I really loved this place sooooo much but tonight the experience was horrible. They 100% tried to scam me and when confronted they lied. I pulled in around 5:40 ish and the told me that the vacuums would be closing in 15 mins. I confirmed that wasn't an issue. Me: "I'll take the basic." Attendant: "the basic?" Me: "yup." Attendant: "$10" Me: (handing attendant $20 bill). Can you break a $20 for me?" The attendant then grabbed the $20, said thank you very much, and put it in his pocket; he walked quickly to the tunnel and began spraying my vehicle and motioning me forward. If I had tried to talk to him I would have been met with a face of soap, so I continued. The wash was quick. Primarily cause it was the $10 wash. So I went and vacuumed my car. The attendant proceeded to close up and walk around, making no indication of making change or continuing to work on my car. Another attendant worked on another car nearby. I approached the man and said, "I think you owe me $10 change. Isn't the basic $10?" Him: "You said you wanted the Supreme." Me: "No I didn't." He continued to deny any wrongdoing and so I said, "well the supreme comes with a lot more than I got. Doesn't it include a hand dry?" He said yes and went and got towels to dry the car. I said, "I think it also comes with a towel for my car and..." He cut me off, "yeah and wheel polish." At this he called the other guy over to quickly do the wheels. He said he could check the cameras to see if I got the supreme wash but I politely declined. It was really apparent what happened. Even if I ordered the supreme the total for that is $18. I should have received $2 change. An argument could be made he implied I included a tip, but either way bad business. Really sucks cause like I said ai really liked the convenience and price of this car wash, but that's just cruddy, unprofessional and bad business.

Call me crazy, but if I pay for the super duper deluxe, and have them only do the outside of the vehicle...it should be pretty clean. It wasn’t busy and the guy raced through as though he had a line out the driveway. No gratuity today.

Cheaper than most places. Staff very friendly. If your car is dirty you have to remind them to use the soap brush before going through car wash if not they will not use it.

For $18 my car wasn't dusty. But it wasn't washed throughly. The scrub the driver side but not the other side. No air freshener. You vacuum yourself. It was an ok job. I have had better for less.

I went to get a car wash, however, when I exited the car wash I still had bug spots and bee pollen spots all over the car. When I asked about it I was told that they would not come off in the car wash (which is interesting because most of them usually do), and that the only way to get them off is to pay much more to have the car detailed. Poor customer service. I will not go back again.

The car wash itself didn't clean our car very well and the dryers didn't do anything either. When we got out of the wash the car was soaked. I do not recommend coming here if you need your car. I will not be coming back.

I always go here for a quick $6 wash and vacuum. It's fast, but always gets my car pretty clean. The wash has rails, so be careful if you have a low car. I went with a friend once who had a low car, and he couldn't get it on to the tracks.

I have used this car wash many times with no issues. Today however, I asked if I could come back and use their pumice stone to remove dog hair and then wash my car. (I actually wanted to purchase one). Any way, came back 10 minutes later, vacuumed the rear of my car and then went to get the stone. Same guy, said no. I said, " you said I could come back and use it". He said, no, only for employees. I have had them detail my interior before, but they won't get my business again.

Just stopped by today, 28 May 2023. I previously noted today, on their website for this location, the least expensive car wash was $7US. However when I got there, I was told by an employee, "No, the least expensive car wash is $10US." I drove away without a wash today.

I'd give this place 0 stars if possible. I bought a wash and wax package, they didn't honor it properly. So I paid $40 for a wash and interior clean that was done poorly and WAY overpriced. The guy cleaning my car opens a rear door and sees the car seat and says "ugh, I hate these things" referencing having to clean it. His attitude stunk and I couldn't wait to get out of there. Wish I'd never purchased a car wash package from them. I absolutely refuse to go back and won't be referring anyone to them.

$25 is pretty expensive when you have to do most of the cleaning yourself. I pay $22 for exterior and interior cleaning but I thought I’d give this place a try. My windows were still dirty.

I like that they are located nearby, but I'm not a fan of how they frequently only pre-spray or brush the driver's side as if the sunroof, passenger's side, and rear, don't exist. We have multiple vehicles and when time permits, we will take them to a car wash that is further away but does a more thorough exterior job. I hope to increase this rating at some point should they decide that the car wash price is for a WHOLE car wash and not just a partial car wash.

Great quick and easy car wash for when I just want to knock the dirt off, but they also do full detail cleaning too. I took my car their before I put it up for sale, and they did such an amazing job, it looked brand new inside and out! I now bring my newly purchased car there too, and am always happy with their services!

Friendly staff, but a bit pricey for today's economy. Since when did car washes become so damn expensive? Every one I have been to from Soapy Joe's to this place the prices are outrageous. Sure you get a great wash experience, but that's about it. The top end wash at these places will run you about $25+tip.

I was told CASH ONLY! I hope to raise my review my next car wash because I'm going to talk to the man about the things said. These reviews are so old and all I do is drive in and go. I don't get my car hand dried and I was told cash only. I've had to go and ask for one of their towels to wipe my windows. You know how when you roll the window down there's a streak there that wasn't washed. I can't vacuum because I have a bad back but I would be willing to pay more to have it vacuumed and wiped down. It says the wipe down is included but they've never done it. If I could use my debit card I could have them do more. I get the basic Car Wash which is $10 and it's probably up more now because I can't afford a lot of money. I'll find out. My car needs a bath really bad.

Took mine and my wife's car in yesterday for a wash. This was first time taking my car there that has aftermarket wheels and noticed during the wash a bunch of clunking and heard rattling while moving which seemed to me weird. I asked while they were drying it if the wheels looked OK as I heard the weird noises and they said yes and thought nothing of it until later that evening after went home got the wife's car washed at which point was dark. Checked today and the wheels were not ok. Went there and they said their wash couldn't have done it cause it's hard plastic and said it is curb rash. Please see photos of of the damage and photos of other side of what it supposed to look like. Every end of every spoke is damaged from when moved through. Would not recommend taking there. All prior washes had been great but won't be going anymore.
