I went here today and got express detail hand wax, paid 49.99. Literally waited 2 hours for me to be disappointed with their work. They didn’t vacuum my trunk and didn’t clean my car thoroughly, I will add photos for proof. The guy also got mad at me for putting the tip at the tip box, he told me to hand it to him directly the next time I come in. Unfortunately, there’s no more next time because I am not coming back here. It’s literally a waste of money and time. Not recommended at all.

3 hour car wash and simple interior wipe down!! I brought my girlfriends car here to get washed to have one thing taken off her to do list for the day trying to do something nice and inconvenienced her with bringing her to the worlds longest machine wash and wipe down. I was told 40-45 minutes. I then had staff asking me if my car was being worked on yet as if they were going to help in someway I tell no they say oh and walk away.

My entire family doing the hand wash from the store...however i was so disappointed this time cuz they broke my car front bumper among the wash. And i requested for business insurance for covering it, but they said it is not their responsibility which is ridiculous. The manager just trying to ingore the situation and rejected to give phone number of owner. Anyway, will see how they response, but for now i can only give you guys one star. I will leave the comment again next week depends on how you deal with it.

I’m so disappointed. I’ve been coming to this car wash over 40 years. It’s a BLK own business own by a BLK owner who used to play football but since he passed things have changed it’s not the same. The lady who is new working at the register seen a beautiful black woman (me) and was very disrespectful and asked me was my Louis v purse was real and she seen me with the Louis v box in my hands. She is plain racist and she doesn’t need to be working at a BLK owned business. I wish our BLK ppl stop selling our business. However sell our business to a family member because once they have our business they will not remind ppl that it was owned by a BLK person. I wish the owner sold his business to his kids cause that lady who was disrespectful to me, she is going to do it again but to a wrong BLK person and someone is going to knock her until next week. To all my BLK ppl this car wash is no longer a BLK business just fyi.

It’s a traditional thing. My parents went here because they are great. I have my own car and bring it here once a month to get cleaned for 21$. It’s cheaper to get it done here like this because a monthly pass at a “5$ cash wash” isn’t worth as much value as what they do. I’ve tried cleaning my car on my own but every time I bring it here they do what I can’t for my car. They even have a loyalty program for a free car wash every 6-7

Never coming back deluxe carwash more like lazy carwash😪 inside of my car still dirty with lots of sand 😒 worst part is they flip my rubber floormat they put my original floor mat on top of my rubber floormat hahaha 😆 😂.. i wanted to get my 10$ tip back but it was already in the glass! Absolutely the worst

Well, today I took my car here to this place that I love because they always leave my car. I haven't visited this location in decades, but I heard many good things, so I dropped in with my SUV that needed TLC. I needed a detail but it wasn't in the budget this week, so went with the super deluxe car wash for 39.99 since it included interior and exterior dressing. The service I received was beyond my expectations! I am impressed with the service and detailed work on my SUV. It took an hour and 1/2 but every part of my vehicle was touched with love. I highly recommend this location for outstanding workmanship. 👌 thank you! My new local treasure.

While my car seat was already a bit cracked I’ve never had an issue where it was visibly open like this, I let the guy at the vacuum part know about my seat so they can let whoever details my car to be careful with it. Mid detail of my car, I see the guy completely sitting on my seat at a lop sided angle and now it’s RIPPED AT THE SEAM. I called back and the most they could offer me was an extra stamp for a free car wash. I’m so beyond upset right now this is repair is going to cost me over $500 for sure. I didn’t want to make a big deal at first but I should’ve taken more pictures to have on record so they can at least compensate me for some of the damage.

Second time getting disappointed from this place. Got the express detail car wash and expected it to be a lot more cleaner but turns out maybe their BASIC choice is probably better. Too many spots left unclean and not even detailed clean. First of, it’s pricey already for basic car wash and to get the pricier option is worse.
