I took my daughters car there for an interior only detail. They called said it was ready, & let me know they wanted to close early so I'd come pick it up. I got there & checked it out, & there was still nastiness all in the cup holders, center console, dash etc. I called their attention to it & they made excuses like it was stuck & wouldn't come off & "I worked hard on that", so I took my finger & scooped me up some nasty & told them they just didn't get it. THEN they took about 15-20 min to finish it. Seems like they should have finished it BEFORE calling me away from my work, & wasting my time. After all that, they didn't even give me a break on the price. $65 plus tax. That's NOT how you do business. & We won't be doin business there anymore.

First visit since Covid-19 outbreak. First time I had to make appointment for car wash. Some help needed great time for young people to go and apply for jobs. They did fantastic job on the car. Thank you Plaza car wash.

This car wash is always great. .but today i went there for a car wash and after something was missing from my console the only guy was in there long enough was a tall buzz cut white guy with tattoos. .the moral of the story is keep your valuables at home. ...#lost my business won't be going back. .and i liked that place.

Been to many car washes around Chattanooga and there are some good ones. This place is great. Loyal employees who have been there for years with the owners and they take the time to wash your car right. You get way more for the price than other places. This is my favorite place. I pass other washes up to go to this one.

Closed. Hours online said they're open until 5 pm on Saturdays so I came all the way from Whitwell and they were closed. Employee cars were in the lot but no one was answering the phone. Weather wasn't bad or anything so I'm not sure what's going on. They typically do a pretty good job so today I'm very disappointed. I really needed to get my car detailed today.

Paid almost $40 for ultimate wash. Trunk was not vacuumed out. Rear window was still filthy. Had to clean it myself. Paper towels were literally black. Not happy with result.

All of the staff is very nice. However, when you pay over $20 for a car wash one would expect it to be clean. The windows were neglected. I understand being in a fast pace to maximize profits. But, I will not return; when other car washes do a much better job and, not just rush you out.

Quality of car cleaning is a 4-star. Good enough to make me a repeat customer. The 3 stars is because the inside of the place is a negative for sure. It is so unkempt & filthy, just overall, run-down, I don't like going inside to pay. The employees are all so nice & courteous and deserve a decent area to have breaks, eat lunch, etc...

I USED to get my car cleaned and detailed there. They would not wash my car because they were closing 1-1/2 hours early. They said it was hot outside. It was hot but it is hot all summer. They said to call before you come.

These guys are the best! Awesome hand detailing on a Mustang that had sat outside under trees for more than a year! Clean and shiny in and out, windows, mirrors, carpet, outstanding and fresh smelling. Wheels gleaming. Very reasonable price, great helpful friendly staff. Plaza was well worth the drive! Tipped them out REAL good!

Wow! This was a great value for the price, and it’s conveniently close to where I live. I love going to small businesses like this. They helped me figure out what services I needed, and they did a great job. My exterior is shining and the interior is clean in the way I wanted it- not “brand new clean” (nobody can get all my dog’s fur out of the back seat. I don’t care who you are lol), but nice and clean as if I had done it myself. I’ll definitely be going back. Thanks, guys!

I do alot of driving and my car exterior tends to get dirty pretty often. They were able to make my car look good. I was very impressed. The staff was pleasant and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be back.
