I had the pleasure of getting my vehicle detailed at platinum plus, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with any auto service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional(Mike), friendly, and genuinely passionate about their work. They took the time to walk me through the entire detailing process, asking about my preferences and pointing out areas they’d focus on. When I picked up my car — I was blown away. Every inch of it looked showroom-new. The exterior had a flawless shine with no swirl marks or water spots, and the wax job brought out the depth of the paint like never before. The rims were spotless, and even the tire shine was applied evenly — no drips or mess. The interior was just as impressive. Not a single crumb or speck of dust left behind. The seats, dashboard, cup holders, vents — all meticulously cleaned and conditioned. Even the air smelled fresh without being overpowered by artificial scents. This review is primarily about Mike.... only because we have yet to use his "detailing" services.... BUT over the last several years Mike has proven to be a helpful, outgoing professional. Started with an "incident" at Buggy Bathe/Williamsburg when our SUV slipped off the wash track and Mike was quick to help my wife get it out (Yes, the shop took care of the damages for us)... then a few years later, our new (to us) SUV kept having a leak problem thru the moon-roof and Mike was our resident trouble-shooter and point of expertise by providing us with insight to get the repair shop (local Toyota dealer) to repair the problem. Can't say thank you enough.

This is now my go-to in Williamsburg. He got me in on Christmas Eve and pulled off a Christmas miracle cleaning a new-to-me truck loaded w dog hair and wet dog smell. The truck was unrecognisable (in all good ways) when I got it back half day later. Magic! Thanks for saving Christmas- and just being a super fun guy to boot. Call around for cheaper if you think you can find this caliber of quality - but you won’t. Worth every penny!

After a sunroof leak, the mildew smell just would not stay gone in our Rogue. We were ready to get rid of the car level smelly. I found the word mildew in Platinum Plus Auto’s ad on Google and called Mike Lewis. Best idea ever. All the mold has been remediated and she is looking and smelling like a new car. I did not think it was possible. The process took some time since they have to strip everything out and clean down to the metal. Before you give up on your smelly car, call Platinum Plus. The service rendered for the standard wash and wax is anything but standard; it is a fully comprehensive cleaning and detail, exterior and interior, which leaves the vehicle in “just purchased/new” status. Common paint issues (water spots) were fully addressed; weathered trim was returned to OEM color and condition. We’ve been having our vehicles detailed at another location for years. Recently however our Telluride received cement spray leaking from a concrete truck chute while on the highway. Seconds was all it took for us to receive a light coating of concrete across the entire front, the grill, hood, mirrors, roof and a bit down the door panels. By the time we were able to stop it had hardened. Our existing detailer wouldn’t touch it for fear of scratching the surfaces. Another person recommended Mike, the owner of Platinum Plus. Mike carefully studied our issue and said he could handle it. We scheduled an appointment. 24 hours after receiving our car he was done. Not a spec of cement, Anywhere! We had asked him to wax it as well and what a shine…the best I’ve ever seen. We can’t say enough about Mike, his friendly attitude, and talent. Yep! We’ll be using Platinum Plus from this experience on.

Went to Buggy Bathe in Williamsburg, VA to get my carvwashed and detailed. I had a rock chip in my windshield. As my car was being washed I walked next door to Safelite to get an estimate on a windshield chip repair. i walked back to get my vehicle and spoke to Mike Lewis the detailer at Platinum Plus Detailing, and he said he can do fix for cheaper and better.
