Will not return back the young guy that was directed me into the wash didn't do a food job my left passenger rear rim got messed up due to how he directed me into the wheel grid. Plus what I asked for was to wipe my outside of my truck and SHINE MY TIRES AND RIMS....Wasn't done tire was dull looking and half ass cleaned my rims.

Williamsburg employees were not good at all I've been to other autobell and know what to expect. Here they didn't preset my car nor did they dry it well I left with water spots and dirty windows because the rags smeered something on them.

Same experience as many others on here. Paid for the 39.99 special. After the cleaning there were smudges and bugs on the front and windshield. Scratches all along the side which are deep that were not there before which I will have to get fixed. Part of the bumper popped loose. Very disappointed. I could have gotten a better result on an exterior wash from a gas station car wash. I do not reccomend getting your car washed here. The car does smell like lemon though, and the vacuuming was well done so I will give them that. (Side note. This is a brand new car) Edit: I have already filed a claim with customer service since I was unable to reach the manager. I am waiting for a response via call. Edit 2: As expected Autodell denied the claim immediately, after trying to recreate the scenario. For anyone expected a claim to be accepted, you will need to hire an attorney like I have. They will ask you to take photos of your vehicle along with signage of liability at the Autobell (which they don't have). I have already had the bumper fixed. It's sad that what could be a small cheap fix has to go this route. All I wanted was scratches fixed and an apology. Things happen, however now I'll let the Attorneys deal with it.

Avoid if you value your time money and your vehicle. One wheel got scratched, and I thought it was a fluke. I went back a second time and the second time it also took a chunk out of the sidewall of my tire.

If you are looking to spend $40 and still have a dirty vehicle, then look no further this is the place for you. I could keep going with pictures but I think you get the idea. First time there and absolutely the last. Complete and total rubbish.

Went to have my car washed. It was not at all what I expected hand prints and water spots all over my car that the tech did from leaning on my car to wipe the excess water off. I complained to the manager he sprayed something to try to get it off that didn't work he just apologized didn't rewash the car offer another wash nothing first and last time they will get my $21.99. They where supposed to clean the car inside and out.... Half job

Overall, they do a good job. Once or twice they’ve done a great job. It’s rare that I don’t have to wait for somebody to notice I’m waiting. A number of times I’ve had to honk my horn or get out to get someone because they were on a phone or fallen asleep. No one has been rude or unkind, in fact, when we do have interactions, they are very polite! They do a good job of cleaning the car, which is why we keep our monthly subscription. Three stars because of the “lackadaisical” service.

Employees don’t know what comes in the unlimited wash packages, I was told they don’t wipe the rubber mats in my car I had to show them what was included. Poor quality cleaning and the l employee that stated it wasn’t included gave off the vibe he didn’t want to perform the service came around 6:30pm.
