Absolutely horrendous car wash. 0 stars if I could put that. I went to just rinse my car last night thinking I would save some money and it would be about $2 and it charged me $10. If I wanted to spend more I would have gone to Moo Moo Car Wash and actually used soap to thoroughly wash my car. I called them last night and left a message stating that it was unacceptable to get charged this much for using the rinse for less than 2 minutes. They didn’t call me back. So I waited until around 2:30 today to call again and had to leave another message. They called me back and said that it is posted that if you use a card, the charge is going to be $5 no matter what. THERE IS NO SIGN THAT SAYS SO IN THE CAR WASH STALL I WENT INTO. The guy explained to me that they charge you $10 and then once it’s posted to your account it should only take $5 which makes absolutely no sense to me. Either way, this place is a HUGE rip off. Go to Moo Moo Car Wash where they actually give you a proper wash for the money you are spending.

Do not use! I used self service car wash and my total was 4.61 and I was charged 15 dollars. It stated it would charge 5 dollars but 5 days later and after reading other reviews I'm convinced this business is not above board and is overcharging customers fraudulently. Will be calling my credit card company

This place is a scam!! If you can find a better car wash, it would be best. Left scratches on my brand new blazer because the brushes are worn out. Also, there's never enough soap even coming out of the brushes. This place literally takes all your money, and your car still isn't clean. Do not use your credit card because that's another thing it will even take money off of that. Whoever owns this place is definitely hard up for money. This car wash is a complete rip off.

Had my mom's car detailed there today. She was a smoker and Is no longer because of a hart attack. Needed the smoke smell gone from her car. Let me tell you the car has never looked better. It smells brand new not even a hit of smoke. Outside looks amazing as well. If you want your car detailed at a reasonable price, come see Ernest and his crew. Just an amazing job..Thanks to guys!!

Just used the coin op car wash. Everything worked normally and my car looks ok. Credit cards accepted in the spry and wash bays, 5 buck minimum. Took me 5 dollars worth of quarters to get my car clean, so it sounds fair.

Been using this facility for a number of years with no issues. On Tuesday there was no soap in the bay I used so I called the number posted. Got a text back next day. Got my cc refunded on Friday. Thank you!

No pre wash and no blow dry option. My car was left with steaks and spots everywhere, my windshield still covered in residue. Used spot free rinse, spots everywhere. Have to go back home to fix. Wouldnt return.

Got an upgraded car wash which was supposed to include my polish, drying and a bunch of other things. This car wash legitimately sprayed water on my car for 1 minute DID NOT dry it and was done. I have streaks all over my car. Tried to call the number and leave a message and didn’t receive a call back. Wasted $9 and had to go get a wash somewhere else👎

All these reviews crying about their car not being clean lol you realize you’ve gotta get up in there and actually scrub some of this stuff off right? Yeah touchless car washes are all pretty meh, and every single brush at these places will scratch your paint cause people destroy them. It’s solid for what it is but don’t expect miracles. Hand wash your car and use this for touch ups and it’ll make more sense.

My partner and I went here because it was near our apartments and he prefers manual washes. We chose to pay with coins since all the reviews err away from card. One machine worked normal, the other started working without needing the final quarter to activate. We did high pressure soap > high pressure wash > spot free wash. My partner opted for an extra round to hand dry. Our cars look as if they’ve barely been washed; there is still grime and dirt caked on spots that were definitely washed on both our cars. My car was mostly dirtied from the daily commute and recent storms, his maybe a little more mud etc. Oddly enough, it even looks in some spots like it worked and then inches away it didn’t; it’s definitely not anything special on our cars, and we didn’t do anything differently than we do at other washes where our cars end up properly clean. I don’t know what the deal is, but it’s not worth coming back here.

Automated car wash is worthless. Lasts maybe 30 seconds and gets almost no dirt off the car. Dryer also doesn’t work.

The spotless carwash doesn't do anything. I paid $12 for the best option. The only clean part is a spot I hand cleaned before going. Edit: These were not tough stains, a light brush of my finger wipes the dirt off. The condition before entering is similar to after. If I took a picture before, you wouldn't be able to tell the before from after pictures apart. I've used other touchless car washes before that were much more effective.

Go to literally any other self serve car wash if you want a good wash. Spot free rinse was far from spot free, wax barely came out and there was no tire cleaner as advertised. I have a ton of car wash experience and this is not how a wash should be ran. If the owner doesn't want to take care of their customers the right way I'll glad take over the wash and fix that. Get in contact with me.

The closer you are to the main part of downtown Columbus the more you pay for everything. I've used vacuums throughout the city and and the vacuums do not cost a dollar fifty for 4 minutes. It's a nice car wash. Maybe they have to pay more to rent the space here, but this car wash has been here for ages. So if you're paying more, talk to the city to get those fees reduced and let's start voting for things that help out our businesses Who've been around a long time and are centrally located cuz they deserve as much respect as a newly built corporate type of car wash and we deserve more respect as residents. By the way, the number five vacuum has poor suction.

I put seven bucks in the machine and it only ended up getting to use maybe three bucks to wash my car because none of the options really worked. Couldn’t get the pre-soap to work or the Foam brush, The Air dryer is a scam. Just a way to get you to waste time trying to blow water off your car which you could probably do faster with your mouth. I called the number it went to an answering service. Eventually, some manager showed up, got mad at me for the hoses being on the ground and just wanted to argue with me instead of helping me.

Self service car wash was really good. Used the vending for drying towels and armoral and nothing came out. The machines also did not give me my money back. I tried four machines and no luck.

What a joke… the $7 “package” doesn’t even dry your car afterwards… isn’t that something that all automatic car washes come with? I have a unlimited package with moo moo car wash, but they were busy and I was running behind, wanted to start the week with a clean car and after a minute (if that) of pressure wash my car came out looking worse. I did not get a receipt either. Do not waste your money. Either wait for your regular car wash, or go somewhere else.

Normally able to wait only a few minutes to find an open bay and they have everything you need for a self service car wash. Only reason for minus 1 star is the minimum charge for coins is $3 and minimum charge for cards is $5.
