Took my Jeep in today in hopes that it could be shined up like new and the crew who worked on my car surpassed my expectations. I had 3 years worth of dog hair in the carpets and it came out looking like a dog had never stepped foot in the car. I took my previous car here for a wash and detail before selling it and had the same experience. I cannot recommend this business enough!

I brought my car in for a full-service detail and was extremely disappointed with both the quality of the service and the customer experience. I paid for “THE WORKS” package listed on their website ($205+), which includes a hand wash, shampooing of the carpets and seats, interior vacuuming, window cleaning, engine detail, headliner cleaning (if needed), and more. While the exterior of my car was cleaned well by a separate staff member, the interior was barely touched. The seats were not shampooed, the headliner wasn’t cleaned, and many areas were still visibly dirty. I was able to wipe down surfaces myself with just a damp rag — something that should have been taken care of in a full detail. When I reached out to Tom to express my concerns, he was immediately rude and dismissive. Despite trying to have a calm conversation, he became hostile and eventually blocked my number, which I found unprofessional and concerning. For a service priced at over $200, I expected a much higher level of attention to detail and at the very least, respectful customer service. I initially chose this business based on the positive Google reviews, but after my experience, I question the authenticity of some of them. If your car detailing experience matters to you ... especially the interior I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Very impressed. Had a car that's been sitting under a large oak tree for quite a while and was covered in sap. Literally I'd get comments from random people every week about the car being dirty. Finally decided it was time to do something, so I read some reviews and decided to come here. They took care of me and got my car looking clean again. Folks are very friendly and professional and definitely know what they're doing even in a super tough case like mine. Definitely recommend, though probably don't let your car get as bad as mine in the first place.

David and his crew at Perfect Touch Hand Carwash and Detail Center are simply awesome. I dropped in on a busy Friday afternoon with a 2019 XC90 that was really in need of detailing...thanks to Perfect Touch, my car now looks brand new (just look at that mirror shine in the pics). Believe the hype! Dave and his crew are amazing. I purchased the Ultimate package and in just an hour they cleaned my car inside and out (without missing a single nook or cranny). It looks brand new. I highly recommend getting your car washed/detailed here. And if you’re on the fence, just do it. You won’t regret it!

For the most part the exterior of the truck is solid I was pretty satisfied with that except for the roof of the truck where it didn’t even get washed but the interior is where I was not satisfied at all dash not cleaned properly some compartments were never even touched smudges left on the dash, I was in no rush to get my truck back I dropped it off and informed them I would be back later pick it up. For this being my first time I give it a overall rating of 6/10 I don’t know if I will be back or not

This place is SO good. Efficient, professional and very talented at what they do. I encourage you to go early- they are busy and can sometimes fill up before 5pm. Ask for Dave! He was awesome! 😎 Everyone there works so hard and my car has never looked better. If you have a luxury (or any) car- I wouldn’t trust it with anyone else. Yesterday I got the Ultimate service. I keep my 2018 Mazda3 clean and I try to keep it waxed, but it had never been detailed. They did a great job. Not a speck of dust or dirt in the interior. All door jambs clean. They cleaned off a strip of tar on a front fender that half a dozen car washes didn't remove. They even cleaned the sticky infotainment button that a drink had spilled in. I'll be back.

I had an amazing experience! Booking online was super easy and I was able to schedule my appointment a couple of days in advance without any hassle. The team was incredibly thorough and communicative. They even called me before starting to make sure I was aware of a few dings on my car, which I really appreciated. I came in specifically to get watermelon juice cleaned out of my trunk, and they went above and beyond. Not only did they get the juice out of the carpets, but they also removed my spare tire to clean underneath since juice had spilled there too. I was blown away by the attention to detail and my car was left cleaner than I’ve ever seen it! Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a professional, detail-oriented car wash.

I will definitely make this my regular car wash spot! When I left my car looked better than I did when I took it off the lot - I’m not exaggerating because I bought it pre-owned. The inside of my car wasn’t that bad before hand but my mats were super dirty. I had gone to an automatic wash a couple times before and it would never get bird poop off but at Perfect Touch they did phenomenal. I received the deluxe service. I arrived around 9:30am on a Friday and they had it ready by 11:15am. The staff was friendly and professional. I will say it was a little confusing when I got there because I wasn’t sure where to pull in to get in line - maybe some signs would help - but overall I had a wonderful experience.

I visited PTHC this past weekend. I happened to catch them right as they opened on Saturday and had about 4 cars ahead of mine. After speaking with one of the guys there, he instructed me to choose which service I wanted then park my car off to the side and they receive patrons in the order they are received. They had a designated outside seating area with a bench and some loose chairs and I believe an inside area as well that I did not take advantage of this go round. About 6 men were working continuously on each car and creating an assembly line, finishing each car. The entire ordeal took about 35 mins for my car to be completed. My car was cleaned inside and out with attention to detail. I chose the Superior wash and was happy with my results. I do plan on returning but I will make sure I am super early!

Very pleased with the service I received at Perfect Touch. My car was COVERED in tiny black dots from something called artillery fungus from mulch. This stuff is a bear to remove. I brought my car in today due to lots of tiny orange spots produced from metals on my car that wouldn't come out with liquids or regular washes. The employees kindly took my car in on the same day and polished it, placed a ceramic shield and left it brand new. During the service (I dropped my vehicle off) they sent me pictures of how the progress was going. The service was quick and the employees were very nice. I've been coming to this location for the past year and a half to get the deluxe service and have always had a good experience. I appreciate so much the help and the care given to my car.

On July 18, I visited Perfect Touch Car Wash to have my vehicle (2017 Volkswagen Jetta) detailed. I dropped my car off at approximately 11:30 AM and returned to pick it up around 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of service and the manner in which management handled my concerns. Upon inspection of my vehicle, I noticed that my hubcaps had been significantly damaged during the cleaning process. This was not minor scuffing—it was substantial and obvious damage that occurred while my car was in their care. When I brought this to the attention of management, I was told this was “normal wear and tear” that can happen during cleaning. I found this explanation unreasonable and inconsistent with the actual condition of my hubcaps prior to service. I presented my concerns respectfully, but management was dismissive, showed no accountability, and offered no resolution. I was informed that the business has a policy stating they are “not responsible for damages” and that my only recourse would be to take them to court, which further highlights their lack of customer protection and professionalism. At the very least, management could have offered a refund for the service as a gesture of good faith. I am attaching photos to show that the damage was not “normal wear and tear” but rather clear destruction of property. If I were not moving out of state, I would have absolutely pursued this matter in small claims court. Customers should be aware that this business does not protect vehicles and does not take responsibility for property damage.
