Poor customer service. They will try to brain wash you with there mind games. I would recommend bull city car wash than this crap. If you are trying to get your car wash please stay far away from there.

We have been there a couple of times. They keep missing something. Tires not always waxed if you ask for it. Streaks on windows and some times vacuum spots. But it's cheap instead of paying awful prices.

I cannot express how much I love this place. Big companies do a terrible or mediocre job on my car each time, but not these guys. They go above and beyond EVERY time,and it's such a reasonable price.

I took my car about a month ago, I've never gone there but because people told me it was the best car wash in town, I did. Overall, the wash was good, the armour on the outside was good, but when I got my car back the inside was still dirty, I told the guy nelson that it was dirty, he told one of the workers, and I guess he didnt notice i spoke spanish, so he went off complaining about having to clean it, he made comments about me which i didnt like at all. If you're gonna do the job do it right, its your job, especially if I just paid 25 to get it done, so i had to go home and clean the inside because after nelson told him to clean it he still didnt finish, so i just left. Now would i take my car back? Probably not unless it was my last choice. I was very disappointed.

They took no responsibility at all when my window wouldn't power back up .said it's never happened in 5 years of being there. They said its customers responsibility to notify them if you are aware of window issues which I agree with. However it was working the last time I brought it there as they said they always roll windows down to clean edges unless told otherwise.can't believe owner put intergrity on line and said they never had window issues with customers before. Please! Whats the odds of me being the lucky 1st one in 5 years.maybe they should change the name to touch of no class.

I brought my new car to them to wash, BIG MISTAKE. I don;t know what they put on the doors of my car but now I have a white stain that won't go away. I have tried washing it with different solutions but it always reappears. My mum's car was being washed when mine was washed and they cracked her headlight and did not remove the bugs stains even though i paid for it. A friend of my mine went there 2 weeks later. He not regrets it. Bottom line, if you like your car don't give it to them to wash.

Didn’t even clean my truck. Had to do it when I got home. Left bugs on my windows, didn’t wipe down any interior of my truck, and just overall did not clean my car. I wouldn’t recommend to anywhere. Used to be amazing, new staff caused it to go down.

They do a decent basic cleaning, inside and out for the coinage. Today was not my best experience. I sat and watched as cars backed up after being washed, waiting to be hand dried and detailed. My car was bone dry by the time they got to it. 😒

I came here because I drive an oversized vehicle, a 12 passenger van that is over 7 feet tall and doesn't fit in most of the local car washes. These guys were able to clean it, although it was pricier than driving out of town to a truck wash. The best part was the little girl who handed out popsicles though, just out of kindness. It's a shabby place and I'm sure a lot of people will overlook it, but they do a nice wash.

Poor work. Over shined my tires so they would sling all over my car. Then told me it would be $50 if I returned the next time. A lady came in with a Volkswagen beetle for inside and out. Charged her $100 dollars. I was standing right next to him when he told her. Then looked at me and laughed. Nice car wash but the workers are crooks. Plan and simple. Their going to ruin your business.

If you are looking for a basic wash they are okay. But if you need detailed cleaning you are better off going elsewhere. I paid then $60 to deep clean my car and they did a horrible job. I told the manager about it and they said it will be redone. I did not have time to sit after waiting 3 hours so i asked if he can write me a statement so when I return they will not charge again. He told me he can remember me and no statement was required. I returned today and they acted as if I was a stranger even though I had a receipt. I paid for a service that was not rendered, they are crooks who rush to do a job no matter what you paid for. If you are looking for a good job this is not the place to be. They cannot even clean a small Toyota Corolla.

The team here does an amazing job cleaning your vehicle while attending to every detail. I’ve been coming here for two years to clean both my truck and jeep. Pricing is fair and does vary depending on vehicle type. Nonetheless, expect your clean to last for ~two weeks. Whatever they put on the tires and plastics keep the vehicle shining for days.
