Staff was friendly. Vacuum was fantastic. Overall business is very clean and well-organized. However the carwash did not remove most of the pollen residue so I basically wasted my $16 except for the vacuum. Update Decided to try them again - this time for a muddy truck. Don't ask me why I tried them again - I guess it was convenient and I figured that a car wash must work on some kind of dirt. Mud remained on running boards and tires and parts of the body after a $14 wash. This time I was smart enough not to get the wax - avoided having waxy mud. I don't suggest that you use them unless you have a very clean car and just like watching the pretty lights inside the car wash.

2025-01-22. Paid for the $14 touch-free wash, was next in line but the car in front of me left before their cycle was complete and the system went into error, the red arrow was on. Honked horn, (edit: knocked on the staff door), called the business number, but received automatic answer that voicemail is not set-up. No one to help, no attendant was there. This was at 5 pm during their regular business hours. I have been coming here since 2022 but alas this was my last visit as the quality has been going downhill - recently the pressure is not enough to remove enough dirt. Ended up leaving, and so did the car behind me who also paid.

Add to my review. Its 7:50 and no one here. Why do I have 2 cars on autopsy with you. Closed at 6:30 pm. No rain nearby. Was supposed to be open till 7pm. Not happy.

Dented my Tahoe. Went to Autorific to wash my car after the snow in January 2018. The toucheless line was in the street so I tried the other wash. I told the attendant I had never used this side before. He said not to worry. He would guide me to the right spot and then he told me to take my hands off the wheel. I did. It dented my Tahoe. I have tried contacting Autorific through their web contact email & have no had no response. I have also tried to call. No answer. It's been a month.

I went to this car wash with a very dirty car (thanks to overnight target practice by a flock of birds). I met an outstanding employee, Austin, who personally walked me through the express wash options. He even took time to hand wash specific tough-to-remove spots. It is wonderful to see folks who take pride in their work, and I am so grateful for Austin's assistance with this tough wash. My car is sparkling clean!

Absolutely avoid at all costs! This will happen to your car and owner will say if it’s greater than 7 years old then it’s not his responsibility. Kept giving excuses about how they make cars these days with poorer quality but takes absolutely no ownership & shows no care about the situation.

It's a nice little vacuum and car wash place. It sits beside McDonald's and Wendy's. It has about 6 spots to vacuum (free) and 2 lanes for the touch free wash. I went early in the morning so it wasn't busy but it is on a busy road surrounded by restaurants so jeep that in mind.

This place sucks. I don't know what any other review is taking about when they mention employees being helpful.. the employees don't talk to you at all. The wash itself kinda sucks too, I got the works, the machine didn't apply tire shine, had to go through again and when I came out the second time, I just said forget it and applied my own... There are, I think, 6 vacuums after you do the wash, on a regular, 4 of them are out of commission.. when they do work, you have to CONSTANTLY hit the button every 3mins... 😂 Sheesh. The parking lot is always dirty.. with Rocket wash now open directly across the street, I don't see how this place makes it to 2026. It's not horrible, this place just doesn't really offer anything of value, honestly.

For a quick in and out car wash this one is a good place to go. Before posting I looked at other reviews and I just don't get it. The vacs are free, the wash isn't going to repaint a 25 year old car and it certainly isn't going to repair your wheel rash from last Saturday night drifting in downtown Durham. What it will do is clean your car and offer you a good deal from a clean and well maintained car wash.

Love this location. They upgraded the soft touch wash and it’s the most thorough drive through car wash I’ve ever seen. The brushes get all those odd spots (rear window/bumper, mirrors, etc) that most car washes miss. And the tire scrubbers are great too! The dryers are average. Not to mention, the one dude I only ever see working here is always on point to help folks if they need it. And they keep the vacuum trash cans emptied.

Pah-thetic. New to area. Had no idea that there was an awesome car wash right across the street until I had paid and was in the bay. No cleaner and clothes for interior. Useless vacuums. Tires still dirty. Please don't waste your time or money here.

Went through the manual wash two days in a row to see if there was any difference. The tire shine slings all over your car! Defeats the purpose of cleaning your car especially for $16. I need my $32 back. Now I’m washing my car all over again MYSELF

Been here years so I am loyal even though fancy new one is across the street. Vacuum then laser no touch on bmw, get traditional brushes and wheel treatment on pick up truck. In and out fast!

I recently visited Autorific Car Wash and, unfortunately, my experience wasn’t as positive as I had hoped. I understand that the express lane was under renovation, which is completely understandable, but there was a noticeable lack of communication about service interruptions. There were no signs indicating that the express lane was out of service, and I was caught off guard when I arrived. Additionally, several vacuums were down, which added to the confusion and chaos. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it was hard to get clear information about what was available. While I appreciate the efforts to improve the facility, clearer communication would have made the visit much smoother. I hope they address these issues in the future to enhance the customer experience.

COVID friendly and open during the below freezing temperatures unlike gas station car washes. Stay in your car and enjoy the light show. :) Definitely my new go-to! Updated review as management sorted this out! This was my first time and it was almost a seamless experience. I selected the second tier wash with tire cleaning and a wax. My front right tire didn’t get cleaned like the others.

The carwash is fine but they make it very difficult, if not impossible to cancel your subscription. This is unacceptable. Answer the phone or, have a working website, or enable cancellation at the point of sale machine. At the very least list an email address.
