I’ve tried numerous times to give this place a chance, but unfortunately it’s just a bad car wash, the SUV came out dirty, the wheels were filthy, the car wasn’t dried and no armor all on the tires. I was planning on signing up for the unlimited plan, good thing they didn’t accept American Express, I asked to speak to someone in charge and they stated they weren’t available. Liked I said, I tried numerous times with the same unfortunate result. Get better and maybe I’ll try again.

First time here. It was quick, can't say how thorough the clean was cuz my car wasn't that dirty at all. Price is slightly below average. I did the #2 for vacuum. Will revisit and regrade another time. I didn't give 5 stars cuz the #2 didn't clean undercarriage, my usual wash spot is $1-2 more but includes an undercarriage wash along with what this place offered for virtually the same price.

Thos place just isn't good. Gave it so many chances but I can't anymore. Each and every time I have to make corrections afterwards. Only plus is the cashier inside, shes pleasant. Car is still wet, streaks galore on the windshield, I mean clean your towels!

Car wash employees are thieves. Took my car for car wash Sunday and they stole my sun glasses. They were securely in my visor when I entered car wash. Didn't realize they were gone until later that night. Clip and glasses were gone. My stupidity for leaving them in car. Only giving a 1 review since you can't post without putting something. Would never use them again!!!!!

I recently visited your car wash service and was looking forward to a fresh and clean car. While I appreciated the quick service time, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the wash. Unfortunately, my car was not thoroughly cleaned and remained dirty after the wash. I hope you can address this issue to improve the service quality for future customers. Worst place to clean your car, I choose one package and they make another one, and the guy told me is too late to change, even if they make the mistake, and also they don’t dry you car not even good, my car was still wet, never coming back.

I would give a 0 if I could as soon as I entered I asked if they take card and one said yes the other said no. Teach your employees communication as it is very crucial ,none of their workers understand english. They left soap in my trunk and did not vacuum anything. Did not wipe the floor mats. They did not even touch the dashboard. They rush and they don’t even clean your car properly. They are just here to take your money. Not worth it for the money. THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU!!!

Not many outstanding auto spas on Staten Island, but SI Auto Bath is excellent. Great prices for great services. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because they don’t clean as thoroughly as other places for the same price—they do kind of a quick wipe down instead of actually cleaning the interior leaving stains and dirt in obvious places. This place does not have tire and wheel cleaners along the wash line so your tires will not be as clean as desired. Expect long lines in nice weather. Need to do deeper cleanings and more thorough drying.

Can't find good car wash on this island. Every place is mediocre at best. They are using dirty towels. If you want your car to look worse than it did before the "wash" feel free to stop by. Update This place is a joke. It's 2022 they are still running "credit card machine not working" scam

Real rush job for the $25 price tag. They barely vacuum the car and when I asked if it was possible to brush the bird 💩 before pushing through the machine was told not to worry because the machine would take of it. Needless to say that didn't work and I ended up scrubbing and cleaning it myself in the parking lot.

Just came out of car wash, to surprise my mother fresh out of the hospital.. Had no idea they would be closing, but I guess that is why it was a rush job. He was thrilled to see that the milk was still all over the mat in the trunk through the dirty window.

This place absolutely sucks. I’d give them a 0 if it were possible. I have the unlimited monthly membership and have been wanting to cancel for a while but haven’t had the time to do it. Their washes are very rushed and careless. The time I bring my car in to the time they drive my car out is probably not even 10 minutes. I also have snap in mats and I always tell them to put them back in place for me and they never listen. There’s always finger prints on my rear view windows and on the touch screen display on my car. They’re the worst.

Very quick, so-so quality car wash. I used Auto Bath with unlimited washes plan in Feb-Mar 2025. The interior cleaning is done too quickly to be thorough. Automatic wash also goes too quickly but the car comes out reasonably clean though. The main problem of this car wash is a sloppy drying. The drops and streaks left quickly become white spots when they dry, especially on mirrors, rear bumper, sides. I had to stand and show them where to wipe it out. I saw one guy who was drying his car himself. Overall, ok car wash for a quick service. For more thorough wash - look for some other place.

If I could give this establishment, a zero I would. I visited this car wash because they normally do a great job and upon leaving, I noticed that a necklace of mine that was hanging from the rearview mirror was missing after returning back to the location to ask about the missing necklace I was faced with people who looked at me like I had 10 heads. I explained the importance of the necklace as it was a gift from my mother, who is no longer with me and still no sense of urgency in help finding the necklace or explaining what happened. It’s evident that this necklace was stolen. beware with any valuables going to this location.
