I have the okie express pass and this location is the best one yet! They did such a great job on the pre wash and the wash itself was great and my car looks basically brand new. They did so great I went back home and grabbed my Jeep that was DISGUSTING and they got it cleaned right up. Best vacuums in town too.

The wash was great! It got all the dirt and muck off of the truck. I wasn't aware that you couldn't go in with tire hitch and was told I needed to back out, fortunately the member spraying the truck down was able to help me get the hitch off and allow to go through the car wash. So before you go wash you're truck MAKE SURE THE TIRE HITCH IS OFF, over all the Experience was great. Vacuums are strong and they provide microfiber towels to clean your windows as well such a plus!

I highly recommend Okie express. This location specifically!! Unfortunately i had a disgusting disaster this morning… while my car was parked downtown, someone had crapped and smeared it all over my car……(yeah i know LOL it was disgusting..) But Danny (The manager of this location) was kind enough to do the dirty work for me and diligently get all of it off before i went through the car wash. Thank you Danny and Okie express!!

The car was was good and the amenities were good but the customer service from Croy was excellent. He saw my vinyl floor protectors laying out and offered to take them and spray them down for me. Was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this location.

Guy who guided me in with my moms jeep was rude and removed the trailer hitch ball and damaged the receiver hitch on the back of the jeep and said they don’t allow anyone to have trailer hitches to be installed when it enters for the wash . We’ve took it to many other okie express auto car washes , none of the others removed the trailer hitch or were rude about it . He ever lost one of the cotter pins for the hitch when he removed it besides damaging the receiver hitch tube!! Avoid this location unless you want your stuff broke by an employee who doesn’t like working there I guess ?

Awful experience this is the second Oki car wash. I’ve been to the first one. I used half of the brushes were operating when I went through. I did complain and got a call back and they said I could get a free car wash, but when I went to do it, they Had no idea what I was talking about so I tried this one today thinking that maybe I would have a better experience but no the car wash did not do a good job on my car. I had bugs and dirt all over it when I was done I spent about 20 minutes cleaning the outside after I was done with the car wash. Also, the air compressors were all broken, so those didn’t work for help with cleaning the inside definitely not worth the money.

Love this car wash! All of the boys that work here are great! Poor Braden had to get a dead frog (lol) out of my grill and handled it like a champ with the best attitude! My favorite Okie Express of all! Shout out to Adonis & JC for getting the bugs off of my bumper & keeping everything looking so clean!

I’ve had nothing but issues with my account. I pay monthly for my membership and the last 8 months almost every time I go they say they’ve fixed my acct but then my sticker won’t work. Every single time they say the sticker isn’t attached to an account so what I’m I paying for? I’ve had 5-6 new stickers given to me in the last year and this happens every time. I am officially done using them.

Great experience at Okie express auto wash, well priced and great customer service. Was having trouble getting my card to work, and someone came out very quickly after I pressed the help button. For nine dollars the basic wash was well worth it, especially knowing they spray off the thicker dirt and bird poop before you go through the wash. Vacuums worked extremely well and the free mat wash and trash cans are easy to access.

I accidentally locked my keys and phone in the car at this car wash and asked the attendants if I could use the phone to get a locksmith and they called for me, asked if we wanted water and offered my mother and I to come inside the office to wait. I believe his name was Danny B. , he is very friendly and helpful at our time of need. The Locksmith arrived about 10-15 mins later and got us in the car, all the while giving us helpful tips to avoid this next time lol! 'Everyday Locksmith' i believe is who i called for the rescue! That guy, forgot his name, was very friendly as well. It has been over 12 yrs atleast since I locked my keys in my car with my cell phone in it! All in all I give this place 5☆☆☆☆☆5 because of the attendants who helped us out so much!
