I’ll gladly change this one star and my mind about canceling my membership($40/month) if and when you actually have the moist towels at the vacuum stations like you are suppose to. U are a car wash nothing special about u, except your moist towels that I can wipe my interior down with, problem is your one niche has gone away with the quality of employees. Last month and this month now I have been over 7 times and not one time have there been towels out like you claim there are suppose to be. There is literally a car wash on every corner so I guess I’ll go check another one out cause the only reason I chose to come here was for the towels. They even smelt good too so idk u ruined my car wash day again!! Smh seriously tho if you get them towels back let me know!!

It does an ok job on the wash. I would like to see them spend a little more time on getting the bug guys off of my vehicle. Also, the dryer on 15th and Mustang Rd isn't drying the vehicle very well.

Over the last year or 2 since I've had an subscription I've noticed this location decline, as I go through the was some of the sprayers that don't move either have broken soap nozzles or pipes leading to them. Some of the sprayers that move to wash the vehicle don't move like they are supposed to. Honestly it sad I have to drive 5 miles or so to another location just to use my subscription. May be the last month I keep it.

I pay the full monthly unlimited amount. The people working the entrance should see what package I have. Most lately haven't been getting the bug remover sprayed across the vehicle. They may only spray one side sometimes. It doesn't seem to be different than when someone only pays the lesser amount. Occasionally one person will take their time and spray it thoroughly. I've paid the monthly premiums for a few years now and feel I should get the full treatment to clean my vehicle well.

Good car wash and vacuum area. I REALLY wish I could go through the payment booth without someone approaching my car trying to sell me a monthly package or upgrade my wash. I understand the desire for increased revenue, but it's really annoying after a while...

This location has had a huge drop off in quality. The back side of my car is never clean and I have spotty glue like residue all over my car. And my membership fee went up without notice. Due not recommend using the 15th street location.

I love this car wash. Okie is great because they have several near me, but this one is my favorite. Mike and Ethan did a great job (like always) in the prewash. Editing to say: you guys really need to fix the high pressure sprayer that sweep over the car at the beginning to rinse away dirt. It currently just sprays in one place down the passenger side of the hood/roof/trunk.

What has happened to Okie Express, especially off of SW 15th?? Once a very nice well maintained facility with great customer service. Now the facility is growing increasingly dirty, lacking maintenance to the point that some of the machinery/equipment no longer works. No presoak or anything else before you drive through yet you have attendants just sitting around do nothing. Good well maintained car washes are getting harder and harder to find!

Good experience! We were given lots of choices for different types of car washes and we chose the $12 version. We were met by two teenage boys laughing about something and somewhat giving us direction. They also somewhat sprayed down the car, not sure the purpose of the spraying. The car wash was quick and colorful. Upon exiting we used their included vacuums for the interior. The first parking spot we chose did not have a vacuum that worked. So then we tested out other parking spots and found one that did, and moved. The cool thing about the vacuum area is that there is also a pressurized air gun that will blast dust out of crevices in your car. You can use this to blast air through your air filter and get out dirt. The unfortunate part of the car wash is that they did not get all of the dead bugs off of the front of our car, but we know that those are tricky to remove. We like this brand and we will be back.

What happened to the extra effort?? I remember when okie express first opened, I was stoked. I used to always go to the one on hwy 152, but it was always out of the way. So when this one opened, I was pretty excited. Every time I went during slower times (and there were no cars in line behind me) they always had me stop before getting on the track and give the entire front bumper, headlights, hood, and windshield a really good soaking and power wash before I went through the wash. I was always grateful for the extra effort, and would usually tip the guys a few bucks for going above and beyond. But now…even with no cars in line behind me, you never stop moving. They barely spray the drivers side windshield before the track starts rolling you through the wash. I guess perhaps I may have been just spoiled before, and I just need to lower my expectations, but it is pretty disappointing. I just feel like overall the customer service lately isn’t what it used to be. I wish they would go back to doing a little more, it was always appreciated, and what set them apart from the other car washes.

I got and paid for a single wash 4 months ago. I specifically declined a monthly subscription from the attendant. I have now been charged 3 times for a monthly subscription. I have called repeatedly, but there is no answer. Bad service on the front end and zero service on the back end.
