My sister has a pass so we just go right in. Always gets her vehicles nice and clean, there are people when you enter that spray the front of the car for you.

I keep an eye on my outside of my car for scratches when I get to my car from anywhere even my house. I had no scratches at all. I paid $15 and the bugs did not come off and there was a scratch on my driver passenger door. When I brought it to their attention and which cycle did it they refused that it was their wash and proceeded to tell me to just buff it out. It was the noodle like ones that go up and down that did the damage. Then they let me go back through to get the bugs off. They gave me a basic wash that negated all of the $15 of additives I paid for. I left with water spots and no tire shine. I walked around my car again when I was done and there was yet a new scratch and because logic did not get me anywhere the first time I approached the guy I decided to leave. I will not go back especially if they dont take responsibility for their damage. I would not advise people that do not know how to "buff it out" to go through this wash.

Their locations aren't bad, but their customer service is horrible. Pay attention to your credit card withdrawals because they will overcharge you when you get their monthly subscription. Check out the rest of the comments to see how often this happens. When you bring it to their attention, they won't refund your money. They call it "promotion pricing" even though you didn't sign up for it. They instead chose to close my account rather than to refund the overcharged amount. Plenty of other places get a car washed that won't scam you.

Club car wash is much much better than this place, at least they have ppl who sprsy the car manually and id also like to mention that the car dryers actually dry the entore car unlike this place that leaves alot of water behind

It's pretty good. These type of car washes seem to never get the back or the bottom of your car very clean. Their prices are a tad higher than most as well. If you get a monthly membership they do not make it difficult to cancel which is nice. Just wasn't happy with the wash clear coating the dirt on the back of my suv.

I have a membership here. The equipment is getting a little older and the staff is hit or miss on the prewash the brushes literally stipped my truck of its antenna and roof trim but staff is sooooo lazy here. 5pm 10 cars in the vacuum area that ONLY works in the first 6 bays strong enough to remove anything in the floor mat I drove my mom's car through the new wash one mile up the road and omg everything is RIGHT AND TIGHT. I get that this spot is older but lord have mercy you are making a killing at 1.50 cost per car wash. Keep your equipment straight. This is getting disappointing.

I have been a member with them for YEARS. I went through and the spin brushes scratched the hood of my car very bad and they said “it was on there before I pulled in and my car is too old so they won’t pay for damages.” My car is in VERY good condition and is very well taken care of with no other visible damages. I’m so upset with the way they have handled things.

Okie Express Auto Wash surprised me. For as low as $9 you can get all sudded up! I went with the $12 option, just needed the dirt off. Of course this place has a free auto vacuum for customers! So, five stars!

if i could rate this location a 0 star i would. drove through on my way from tulsa and ended up getting a flat tire that i didn’t realize until i was almost home. had back to back appts this day and had to call triple AAA to get it towed and then pay for a $250 tire and then had to drive back to tulsa and they don’t take claims over the phone only in person so when i got back to town i went and made a claim in person. manager was supposed to call back the next day NEVER called. i have reached out 3 different times and still have yet to hear from him. i spoke to another guy in there and he says the claim was denied bc i never brought my car back the same day? now how in the world was i ever going to do that? this incident alone will be why i cancel all my vehicles through okie. horrible customer service.
