Like the car wash, 2 stars is due to a part of my car coming off during the wash and not able to reach the actual location to see if they found it before spending $250 for a new part. You speak to customer service that tells you it will be 1-2 business days before anyone will get back to you.

They have the worst customer service at South Penn. They messed up my account and refused or could not get it fixed. I paid for a membership for 3 months and only washed my car one time without issues. Another car wash station helped me got it fixed. They did not update my account with the sticker number so my account still had the temp number and therefore never worked. Why did they not know this?

I’ve been an okie wash auto club member for years now. Madison and Julius on S Penn are always incredibly pleasant and helpful. Today Madison went above and beyond and so quickly, to swap out vehicles and put on my new sticker. I’ve been driving my new car for a month and haven’t pulled in to take care of it because I just don’t have the extra time: Madison took care of me in less than 5 mins which even allowed time for an overdue wash! Way to go Madison !

Stop blocking lanes so you can sell monthly wash subscriptions. Those of us who have them would like to not have to wait behind another vehicle while they receive the full sales pitch.

Charged me 150 dollars in fees AFTER I canceled. I called at the first part of May 2024 after going to the location to cancel in person. When I went in person I asked to cancel, they gave me a phone number to call. I called while at location and canceled my services. Fast forward to today, Just saw the 24.99 charge and now realized they NEVER canceled it!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! This company has terrible customer service, that is if you can ever get in touch with anyone. They have no contact number and they do not care to help you in any way. I signed up for a monthly membership for myself and my wife, biggest mistake I’ve ever made. When I tried to cancel I had to call the local car wash half a dozen times before anyone answered just for them to give me a 1-800 number and then spend over an hour on the phone to cancel a car wash membership. In 2023 I think that is so beyond ridiculous and maddening for any reasonable person…and then even better news is after I cancelled, they charged me more than double the price of the membership I originally signed up for. Then when I call back to ask what happened they give me a totally different phone number and told me I need to talk to them to get it handled. Well after calling “Robert” for a week now and leaving him several voice messages with no return I am so infuriated I can barely stand it. If I could give 0 stars that would be better suited than the 1 I was forced to give as a review absolutely awful.

I went by for a car wash, and they sold me a monthly membership. However, I just don’t wash my car very often. I called to cancel, and they were very courteous and said they would take care of it—no problem. Also, said I could use the car wash until June 3. I was very pleased!! Thank you Okie Car Wash! I do plan to use them on an individual basis.

The car wash did literally nothing for my vehicle. At best it was rinsed. Picked the middle tier service and paid nearly $20 for a "good rinse". Never again.

Never go to and Okie express anywhere I stopped using every Okie express in the metro cause my car will get scratched when nothing was there and blame my self for it. The same thing has happened to my parents one of them has a brand new vehicle and left a nice scratch on the hood. Unless you want to fix your scratch’s they create do not use ANY Okie Express the one in Moore is the same way. They do not know how to check their “cameras” properly if they even do. Do not waist your money with this company!

I have been to the location a couple times because it’s close to my home. Every time my truck does NOT come out clean, they basically refuse to power wash the front of the truck and windshield. They will spray bug removal cleaner on it but that’s it, so basically it’s the same coming out that it was going in. I like the business at other locations but this one isn’t any good. I was giving this location multiple visits just to make sure it wasn’t the people working at that time but no change on all visits. They will run out to help you put your money in the machine but not clean the vehicle. The one on western is much better, bugs gone Lol

I’ve only been up to this car wash twice and the first time was iffy at best. I went about 2 months ago and the towels were empty and the parking lot was messy with no one in sight to help. I was in the area again and I decided to give it another try and I’m happy I did! All the supplies were filled and the mess was gone! There were even nice people that greeted me and walked me through what the washes did! Definitely am coming back!

Definitely went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience at the Car Wash. Everybody was very kind and helpful, and even though I showed up right before it closed in the vacuums had turned off, and response, they are giving me the opportunity to come back on their dime to make it right :-) Car Wash worked really well and I loved the air blowers and towels, and really good vacuum vacuums! I will definitely return!

Apparently they have a broken brush and are neglecting to let the customers know and they are definitely aware….it totally misses an area. Normally I am ok with this place but not today!! Not willing to give an immediate refund going to have to jump through a hoop or two…to be continued

Great experience, as always! The carwash is always quick convenient with their monthly pass and they have someone prewash your windshield, they also provide towels and their bottle of window cleaner by the vacuums for wiping down the inside of your vehicle.

If I could leave a negative star review I would… I’m serving in the us military and recently PCS’d here to Oklahoma from Japan and brought my JDM Collectors Car that I just picked up Jan 5th through there car wash on Jan 10th. When I went through the car wash it split and cracked my rear bumper in half and chipped my tail light and damaged my side skirts all on the passenger side. This car has 5.5 inches of ground clearance. When I filled a damage report they said they couldn’t do anything because my car was “too old” and “modified” no where around the entrance does it mention modified cars are not allowed to go through or warning signs about lowered vehicles which mine is actually above stock height even with my aftermarket body kit. In addition none of the staff who were checking out my car and operated the kiosk mention anything about ride height concerns. Shameful corporate chain.
