This used to be a Village Pantry but since they changed it to Family Express I love stopping in and getting there famous square donuts.. good perks card rewards and much more!!! Great for truckers and everyone..

My favorite gas station in life. Thank you guys. Always top notch. I work next door at the hospital and get my gas and car washes here. They have THEE BEST TEAS near the coffee. Metz teas. I've been turned on by Family Express and I'm changed forever! Lol.

I was trying to get e85 around noon today, I was paying in cash with a 100 dollar bill, I asked to put 20 on pump 9, and they said they couldn't make change, but the lady at the counter didn't even look in the drawer to see if they had change. I asked if I could put 25 in and that my car probably wouldn't take much more than that to top off, and they just weren't interested in trying to help me get gas in anyway. WON'T BE BACK!!!

I have several reasons for leaving a bad review at this particular family Xpress in Lafayette. It started when I went in to make a milk shake and they had no lids out so I searched through the cabinets till I found a lid and finally went ahead and Although they had plenty of people working they weren’t offering to help. Then I couldn’t find a microwave so i asked An employeea where they were at and she just vaguely pointed to the other side of the room and said they’re over by the coffee machines so I searched around and found the microwave then when I went to check out there were two employees in back gossiping and there was nobody else in the store. so I just stood there waiting in total I stood for seven minutes before they actually came out from Back and the only reason they did that was because the line had ground to about seven or eight people all together so the door dings every time somebody walks in yet they sit out there and visit until they’re done visiting and then they wait on you,I think they were very unprofessional and I will not come here again

I needed air for my tire. I pulled into the Family Expree and found their air was free. Being very impressed I seen the sign on the store outside saying $.79 for a fountain drink so this I believed to be a win win. They charged me $1.38 for their BIG KAHUNA, the description of their 44oz. I could have bought the same size for $.79 across the street. So I guess I am leaving feeling I experienced a win / loose budget wise.

I had a minor encounter with a cashier, which I my add This is not His home store. I heard back from a manager the next day. She Was able to come up with the solution and guaranteed me that that would never happen again. I would recommend this convenient store 5 out of 5 stars. I talk with all the cashiers And every single one excluding the 1 I'm ranting about our exceptional with customer service. Thanks Family Express! And Thank You Expecially Chris. You guys are doing a wonderful job.

Store is great but car wash is down all the time. I paid for 5 washes upfront and usually I have to go there 3 times for each time the car wash is actually operational. Mostly the touch screen is frozen and today they had bunch of error messages on it. Frustrating!!

Can someone explain why the "express" car wash went from $4 to $7? Almost double the price, but for what reason? I truly don't understand. The scrub lasted 30 seconds and my car was still dirty afterwards. Will not go back.

If I could give this negative stars I would. The clerk tried to pull a fast one on me and ring up extra drinks right when I inserted my card. I can only assume to have me pay for them and she can drink them. WATCH YOUR TOTALS PEOPLE! Low key sketchy service!!!

Almost every time I come in here Alyssa behind the counter can't stop talking with coworkers I was Almost late to work no way it should take ten minutes to ring up 1 drink a 1 pack of blunt wraps for the person in front of me as well as listening to pot songs will customers are in the store. I got five on it is not what your customers should be hearing. Please fix or ill take my business else where

You should be prepared for any kind of reasonable change. .I bought 45 worth of merchandise and only had hundreds to pay with well the manager and the clerk both said they couldn't take my money because It would empty them out smh what kind of gas station doesn't have 55 dollars in the register? I spend alot of money here monthly but I'm not going to return after this display of ignorance and incompetence!

Dude is rude at register tall African-American guy trying to tell me Duches are set at a certain price when product is price Marked.you cant sell product at a higher price because it was a miss order nor should it be on the shelf If that’s the case. The product was marked at $1.29 and he tried selling it to me for $1.79.not how you do that and telling ur customer they are wrong is Horrible customer service. You guys should really train your managers on how to fix the system when products are marked different in the system and product on the shelf is price different.smfh family express needs to do better.

Family Express State road 38 Family Express Family Express has become a frustrating stop for me lately. The prices feel out of control — they’re charging $7 for a simple breakfast sandwich, and the gas prices are consistently higher than other stations in the area. For a place that markets convenience, the value just isn’t there. The parking lot and store are often dirty, which makes the whole experience feel neglected. On top of that, the customer service could use serious improvement. Too many cashiers seem uninterested or unfriendly, and there’s rarely a greeting when you walk in. A simple “hello” goes a long way toward making customers feel welcome. The in‑store restaurant, Cravings, also needs attention. The prices are high for what’s offered, and it would be great to see more weekend specials, especially on popular items like pizzas. Lowering prices and offering better deals would make a noticeable difference. I’m giving two stars for now, but I’m willing to update this to a five‑star review if the cashiers show more kindness, greet customers as they enter, and if the store makes an effort to improve pricing — especially at Cravings — along with offering more weekend specials.
