So much change with the new owners. Terrible service! First time coming since new owners, not impressed. Overpriced for an oil change, don’t even get any discounts anymore. Also, they charge extra for oil filters, usually it’s included with service. Never coming back here again. I don’t recommend this place for anything done on your car.

Went to 350 South on 10/1/25. They were very quick and courteous! But paid more than I was wanting to. Got the standard oil change and filter and paid $85. Another review said they have free vacuums, which I didn't know or would have used it!

I took my car to Oilchangers for an oil change. While there they checked a few other things including my cabin filter. It turns out that it was really dirty. I am so glad that they were thorough and caught that. They were friendly, knowledgeable and did an all around very good and thorough job. Shawn and Billy took great care of me. They were fast, thorough and transparent with every step of my oil change. I also needed a windshield wiper after recent icing and I had already decided to replace both but Shawn offered just one...didnt push to upsell. Guys were cool. Very efficient. Dollar for dollar is a fair price for what you are getting. I can be in and out in less than 20 min if they aren't very busy. Plus they can handle almost all of your other fluids and lubricants that any vehicle needs. I'll keep going back.

I got my oil changed yesterday 7/23 and the whole process was smooth and convenient. I stayed in my truck the entire time while they performed the service, which was super helpful since I had things to do on my phone. The team was fast, professional, and respectful—no pressure, no upselling, just quick and efficient service. I really appreciate how easy they made it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I love going to this store. However the only thing that was done was my oil was changed and a little water added to radiator. Nothing else was checked and my receipt says everything was checked battery. Air ,airfilter,lights exc. They were checked off as if they had been done.

The staff here are extremely nice and helpful with me to understand certain issues with my car🤔. I've been here for my last 4 oil changes, and the price has been different each time. They are a lil pricey, in my opinion, my last visit being $115! My car is a 2008, and that seems a bit much for an oil change, so if you can find a coupon or go while they're running a special, I'd recommend that!!
