Efficient and convenient car wash. The wash itself is completely automatic with different pricing options based on which you can get a car freshener and some additional scented washes. There's a vacuum area outside where you can clean the interior before going to the conveyor belt for the external wash. The people are always nice and provide good service.

They did a great job overall. Had them clean the inside and outside of my vehicle. Paid what I thought was fair price to get inside and outside done. Well as she was finishing the vehicle. She locked my keys in the vehicle. Instead of getting a real apology about it. It was like meh sorry. I was incredibly frustrated because I had to pay my insurance to come out and get my stupid car unlocked since I had given them the fob to work on my car. I had appointments later after this car wash. I had to reschedule and push them because of this inconvenience. To get a like a oops okay sorry kind of deal which made me wait an extra 30 mins to have someone else come out to unlock my vehicle was upsetting. Would recommend someone else that seems to care a little more when they make a mistake that costs money for something like this.

I am à regular customer that live on the East side of Tucson but refuse to go anywhere else because I know when I leave there I'm 100% satisfied with my service. My car looks great and smells great for weeks. Everyone works like a team and I'm impressed how the manager doesn't just stands around barking out orders but jumps in and works alongside his team. Two thumbs up Octopus on 1st Ave!!

I just got a GREAT car wash this morning! I live on a ranch and came in with a FILTHY truck. The middle aged gentleman with lighter hair who did the pre wash cleaning was AMAZING! He really took his time to clean my wheel wells, which were a nightmare!!! I wanted to give him a tip, but I was mortified to find that I had no cash in my wallet. He definitely deserved a tip!! I will definitely be back to this car wash for the Wonderful service and to hopefully make up for my tip mishap.

I waited 15 min and no cashier around, then she come out said she was the only one around! No apology. And if was in a rush to go some where else. I guess ill take my money some where else.

I drove out of my way because I prefer to patronize local businesses whenever I can. They were closed an hour and a half early. I double checked their hours before making my trip.

Octopus car does a really good job and they want their customers happy. They stopped me the last time I was there and wiped the top of my car one more time before I left. You can use their vacuums any time free. Prices have gone up since the pandemic like everywhere else but the basic wash does a great job and you can add wax when you need to. Still best price for a good wash and wax.

Best car wash for the price! Greeted with professional and friendly staff. They explain to you all the specials and options you have. Restrooms are always clean. And staff are friendly and respectful. On occasion the owner is actually washing your car as well as training the new employees. I take my personal vehicle as well as customers vehicles almost everyday to get cleaned inside and out. Your car is aired dried and then hand dried as you exit the tunnel. I highly recommend this place to family and friends. Thanks Octopus!

Great place for an inexpensive wash, and they have more typical options too. Self-serve vacuums and nice employees who care. We had bugs all over the front of our car from a road trip and the guy took extra time to spray and scrub that area. $5 plus $2 tip and our car looks great!

I love this car wash!! I would recommend it to everyone! The cashier is awesome and very friendly. She answers all the questions that you have. The crew is awesome! Very family friendly and very hard working. The details are perfect and the princes are very reasonable. Plus free vacuum with every wash. Their AWESOME!!!!

For a basic exterior car wash it was good. They spent a little time spraying and scrubbing the car before I drove through the main wash. I am used to a brief spray that doesn’t do much at other car washes where I used to live. I also liked that they spent time wiping down and drying off the car after going through the car wash. The free vacuums were nice. Price is okay, maybe a little on the upside

Hands down best car wash in town, I don't my vehicle anywhere else. The work is always above and beyond, they have great staff who are very professional. This a family friendly environment. Not to mention the prices are awesome. They also have a member program for only $20 a month for the Platinum Wash....Great place, and also locally owned.

Overall did a good job and this was a second time use. Price for full wash was reasonable. The wipe down on exit was a little superficial and the front end cleaning for bugs not quite as desired...used a brush but a power washer type cleaner likely would do a better job. Friendly staff and they were trying to do a good job. Likely will use, again.

I haven't been to this car wash in over a year but this time after I vacuumed and went to enter the wash there wasn't anymore there to start my car though. I waited over 5-6 minutes and honked my horn to get their attention but no one came. I had to walk around to the front and 1 guy was hanging out at his car and just waved me back to wash. I went back and waited a couple more minutes until someone came. It took approximately 10 -12 minutes just to get the wash started. Didn't seem like they really care. It was totally different than my prior experience. I'm not saying this happens all the time but I was disappointed in the service from management

Great carwash for $10! Starts with a great presoak sprayed on by the staff on the windows and the really dirty or hard to clean spots. I was a little skeptical about the older looking power brushes but after that, the hand towel wiping from another staff member and tire and wheel shine mom's car came out looking really good! ✨👍

This location is now Blue Whale, this Manager and crew are SUPER here. Pleasant and courteous, went above and beyond what was expected of them for a $10. car wash. I had a tricky cleaning problem and they got it done. I was so happy I tipped them $20. Can't say enough good things about them. This is a Super car wash. Bruce W.

This car wash used too be my favorite, nice, quick, and attentive towards customers. The past month or two, you sit there for 15+mins and nobody ever comes out. When it's 105°+ outside, the last thing customers want is too sit in the hot sun for no reason. Do better, you literally take people's money and guide them onto the track for the wash... It's not rocket science y'all...
