Spencer from concept is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. They delivered exactly what they promised and they did the impossible a reality. We recently moved from New York to Arizona, driving with two cats in the car and three weeks on the road from hotel to hotel waiting for the closing here in Arizona. Needless to say the cats made their home in the car and did their business freely as they could’ve. Spencer and his crew were able to deliver the car to us better than Sheren Condition. Interior exterior, and the smell of urine were all addressed. I will not hesitate to use concept detailing again in the future and will definitely recommend their services to anyone out in the market for detailing. 👍👍👍👍👍
