I have never left a review on google but I was very impressed with this location and I figured I’d share my experience. I ran my car through the wash and went to the use the free vacuums they offer instead of paying for an interior clean since my car wasn’t that dirty inside. As I’m working, I am approached by a gentleman named Abdul who works there. He was going back and forth between their interior clean service section and the self service vacuum section to check in on customers. Amazing customer service by him, he introduced himself to me and told me to let him know if I need anything! He made sure I’m all set and answered all my questions. He had a great personality and was all smiles with everyone and seemed to get along with all the customers. I don’t come to this location often but when I do, everyone is very so welcoming and helpful! 5 Stars!!!

Located just off from Oracle Road, this car wash is on a large site, with plenty of space to line up for the queue. You pay first, then drive your car through the wash, and hop out for the detailing. A very polite and nice crew. The inside waiting area is in a great shape and the restrooms excellent. Just note that there is nowhere to get change on the site, so if you want to give a tip prepare to have some cash or add it to the card payment at the entrance. Overall, a great experience.

After getting my car washed, I was wiping it down when one of the managers came out and noticed that there was still a lot of bugs on the front end of the truck. He said I need you to go through the car wash again and we’re gonna clean that stuff up for you And I did. They called me into one of the cleaning stations and a guy sprayed it down and wiped off all the bugs. I was impressed at how he wanted to make sure that I had a very clean truck. I appreciated the fact that he noticed it and took care of it for me That is great customer service. 1-18-26: it took great care from the minute. I drove in doing a little bit extra in power washing all the dirt from the truck. Once after the truck was washed the guys went in and cleaned it up really good for me and got the inside. Looked amazing. no time at all great service.

Worst car wash ever. Paid $42 to get my car cleaned spotless. Due to an injury I could not do it this time. Boy did I learn a lesson. The windows are not touched the inside of the windshield was cuz I specifically told them to do it the rest was not after I got to where I was going I got to looking they didn't vacuum under the seats they didn't even finish vacuuming the floor mats they didn't dust off any of the door panels like the guy when I paid said they would. Would not recommend this place.

Big shoutout to Noe Medina and the whole team at Mister Car Wash y’all killed it. My car left looking cleaner than ever, inside and out. You can tell they take pride in what they do every detail was on point, no spots missed. It’s definitely a team effort over there, and they made sure my ride rolled out shining like new.

Abdul and the workers did amazing! they cleaned my car spotless, inside and out. and trust me, the car was a mess. i have not cleaned the inside of it for a year and 2 months. they were so kind and cleaned with efficiency. The scents, vanilla and new car, made my car smell amazing. i would choose this location, this car wash, over any car wash Great job today! Amazing workers!!

My stop at Mister car wash was a last minute stop and I was worried I was going to be an inconvenience to the employees showing up at closing time. Andres was so nice and let me vacuum my car. I feel like if it was anyone else, they’d tell me to kick rocks. You have a valuable employee! Thank you again Andres!

They no longer let you borrow a clean towel to dry of your own car after you come out of the wash. Paying for the unlimited wash seems to have less and less value for me. I just came out of the wash (which leaves my car pretty wet, spots on the mirrors, bugs still on the grill, etc) parked in the shade and walked over to borrow a towel like I always do and was told I could purchase a towel on the other side of the building for a dollar. There's a new car wash going in just north of here by In-N-Out...May be time to try something different. Photos are of my car after coming out of the wash

I have experienced exceptional service from many people who work at this particular mister location Noe, Kevin and Patrick are the men who have impressed me the most! Normally, my car wash at your facilities are just fine. But running low on time the other day I pay the up charge of $15 to have my truck dried off in the interior cleaned. They did that happily, however, did not use air to blow off the truck nor do they vacuum the inside of the truck out. Overall and satisfied, but that experience was not worth the $15 I paid. That facility is at River and Oracle I’ll clean my interior myself from now on

This car wash is excellent. The quality is always amazing every time I get a wash and everyone is always super professional and generous, especially the employees near the kiosks at the entrance. Every time I pull in, I see them waving at me and they’re always super nice to me. I was vacuuming my car the other day and since I’m older and a bit slower, I was there for quite a while. A young man, Abdul, who works there noticed me and came over to check on me. Since I love talking to people, I made some small talk with him, and he was more than willing to make conversation. I felt like I was inconveniencing him or distracting him but he was very patient, understanding, and very willing to interact. These days not many employees, specifically the younger generation, take the time to hold a real conversation, especially with us older folks so it was very refreshing to see. He even wiped down the front of my car where there was some stubborn dirt that was stuck on. It always amazes me how professional Mister Car Wash’s employees are, across most of their locations. I mean, I was in customer service for most of my life so I’ve seen it all, but when talking to Abdul, I honestly thought he was the manager at first by the way he carried himself and the way he was talking to all the other customers. This is my favorite car wash to come to, super satisfied with my service, every single time!

I never rank places a 5 but one of your employees were amazing. His name is Andres and he took time to introduce himself and he was very respectful. He offered to help me clean the inside of my car because I was in a rush and I have to be somewhere. I’ve also had a very long stressful and tiring day and he made it better by helping me. Probably one of the best interactions I’ve had with someone working at this car wash. He is dedicated to his job and I let him know not to worry he doesn’t have to help me and he said this is what I do. It’s my job. Great experience, one of the best car washes I have been too. One of their supervisors, Abdul, was extremely helpful and patient with me. My car was super dirty so after they got done with the interior clean, I did a full walk around with him and he took care of every little concern of mine even though they were super busy. He did not rush me at all and was super patient! Everyone was super nice and helpful, will definitely be coming back!

I usually don’t do super detailed reviews or reviews in general, but this time I’m making an exception. This car wash is honestly hands down the best one I’ve been to. Everybody was super friendly and welcoming. My car was very dirty in the front from all the highway driving so I went a few days ago, ran my car through, and while I was drying it off, I noticed a few bugs still on the front. I started cleaning them off myself and then a guy named Abdul came over to help. He was sooooo sweet and offered to run it through again, just to make sure it was spotless. He even said he’d have the team dry it after and scrub off all the bugs which definitely didn’t go unnoticed because I didn’t see a single bug on there when they were done. They clearly pay attention to the little things and honestly, that kind of effort always stands out. One of the best car wash experiences I’ve ever had, and although the team was so great, Abdul’s extra care definitely caught my eye. I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in town again!
