amazing job professionals for real. came to fix sandpaper scratches some idiot put in my car. it was ruined andthey brought it back way past my expectations of whati thought could be done for it went from needing a whole new paint job to presentable enough i don't need to now. wife and i are extremely happy with the work and recomend them to anybody. very fair price i only paid $75 plus tip thanks. jesse!

The most horrible thing happened to my car. Milk was spilled all in my suede seats and my God the smell was horrendous. Whatever you guys did, worked. And the inside of my car hasn't looked that good since it was new!! Than you so much!! Highly recommend

Super nice guys. Very convenient for them to come to you. Had a full detail for a boat. It took them 2 hours for a 24 foot boat. It was very fast but they missed many details. Paid a premium but didn't feel I got what I paid for.

I got the complete detail for my car before selling it and I was VERY satisfied with the work done by Jesse and Jacob. My car was very dirty, and with a tan interior all stains show. The detail made a real difference for selling the car. Before the detail I had 1 of 2 potential buyers turned away by the dirty seats and seatbelts. I sold the car 3 days after the detail and of the 4 people that saw it, none complained and two of them noted that it was very clean for a old car, including the eventual buyer. In short: From buyers turned away, to buyers noting the cleanliness of the car. The complete detail was a great investment in getting a good price for my car.

They did an adequate job on my truck, a couple of times. Nothing special - a simple exterior wash and clean the windows inside. They didn't even bother to clean the wheel wells the first time. I had to ask them to do it the second time. When I called to have them do it this last time, they decided they wanted nearly twice as much to do the same job. Apparently, the 15 minute drive to Central Tucson is too far. At least they were smart enough to tell me before-hand that they were going to screw me, which tells me they just didn't want the work. I certainly don't want to give my money to someone who doesn't appreciate the business. Won't bother with them again.

I went to Joel's Mobile Auto Detailing and Power Washing with a significant scratch on the passenger side rear door that extended almost to the rear of my maroon Honda Pilot. The scratch was long and seemed pretty deep and I was doubtful anything, but a body shop could remove it. After a few minutes of buffing the scratch was almost completely removed.

We use Joel's to keep our van fleet clean. They come weekly, are very reliable, and take great care of our vans by hand-washing them (needed because of the graphics wrap). I tried to set up an appointment for a complete detail of my new Class A motorhome. A date was set but additional details were needed. I tried to reach them for two weeks, by leaving voice mails, sending text messages and emails. They would never return my calls and I spent so much time chasing them to give them business. Imagine if there was a problem. They do not answer their phones and are not responsive. How do they stay in business? No way to treat a paying customer. By the way, I used them twice in the past few years and it was an OK experience, so I was a returning customer. Unprofessional, rude and irresponsible.

Very disappointing. I spent $384 for wash and wax on a 32’ fifth wheel and was going to pay extra $50 to have the front oxidation removed. They rushed through everything and used a very poor liquid wax, didn’t even get it all off and never did the tires. They did come back but still could not remove the oxidation. Ended up doing it myself be hand and it looks better but was hoping the expert could have done the best job. They still tried to bill me for the oxidation. We agreed on the $384, what a waste of money. Thought I was getting an expert detail job...far from it. I would never use these guys.

For 250 dollars i don't feel they did a good job. The car was really dirty inside so I understand it would only get so clean. They did not clean the floor matts and I feel the headlight restoration could have been better. I never had a car detailed though.

What an outstanding company! I was in a real jam looking at a $90,000 Mercedes that my guys had over sprayed with an oil-based wood stain and I called Joel and explained my situation and I needed a car detailed right away, even though Joel was booked solid he managed to fit me in and got my emergency detail done, not only done but done to the point where the car looked brand new and to top it off did it in about half the time he told me. Absolutely hands down the best company state wide in auto detailing period. Joel you have a customer for life and THANK YOU

I give one star because there is not an option for zero. I engaged Joel's to detail my Escalade for what their website calls a "complete detail" for $285. The entire experience was a night mare. The job was hideous to say the least. Windshield was smeared, numerous bugs still on the front bumper and grill, A/C vents were not cleaned nor were crevices, dirt under on carpet under driver side floor mat. The exterior black plastic was not treated ( and mine was not too bad because car lives in a garage). It just was a terrible job. I called them the day after the "detail" (Friday) and told them I was dissatisfied. And especially for $285. The manager told me he would send his best man back Monday at 2:15 could I be there? Well this upset me because now I have to come back again and I don't think for $285 I should have go a second time but I agree and they send a email to confirm 2:15 Monday. At 10:15 Monday I get a call from home telling me that Joel's guy is there to clean my car. I text the manager asking why at 10 instead of 2:15. He texts they had a cancellation and sent him early. Said he tried to call me. I never got such a call nor was it on my caller ID. Just a total night mare and a terrible job and then I have to deal with dishonest unprofessional people all I wanted was my car detailed. I would have paid had it been done even close to right.

Jesse did a great job of washing our cars and cleaning the insides. They really just needed a good washing after all the rain but he spent an hour on each of them. He did a super job on the tires and windows as well. He was polite, on time, and left the area as he found it.

Decided not to wash n wax our 34ft motor home this year. Called Joel's and was quoted a reasonable price. Two very personable and polite techs arrived on time, discussed our expectations and left us with a gleaming, showroom worthy motor home. Glass was polished, tires were dressed with our preferred product, and stainless wheel covers were left sparkling. We are well pleased with the service received. Likely will be too lazy to wash n wax the rig next time also. :) :)
