So far, so good, they seem to be doing a consistent good job. Car wash and hand wax done right.. After several visits, our new car still looks great! Thanks Oasis Update it would be nice if they opened the trunk and wiped it off where the water and dirt collects, just like the hatch backs without being told.

Been going here along time. Best hand wash I've found yet in LV. Have had all my vehicles window tint done here, and full wash and wax a few times. Can have Mexican food breakfast, lunch while waiting. Shoe/Boot shine available also.

I've been a fairly regular customer at this car wash but sadly will not be returning. In all my past experiences they've been decent enough but today, just ridiculous. Today I brought them my lifted white 2500 gmc sierra, an easy truck to wash. Being that I was really only interested in the interior being cleaned, I brought it in on a day when rain is all around but not hitting us. My thought was, it wouldn't be to busy and they would have the opportunity to spend a little more time with my truck. My assumption was correct, only 3 other cars were at the wash, 2 in front of me and 1 behind. I made it abundantly clear I wanted more attention to the interior than the exterior due to the forthcoming rain. The attendant said they would do an "extra" wipe down and intensive vacuum. I told him I had some dog hair I'd like removed to which he replied that dog hair and sand are too difficult to remove. While I agree dog hair is a pain to remove, mine was very minimal and only at the doorjamb on the rear driver side door. Again, I wasn't expecting showroom perfection, just a little extra attention. Ok, let's get to the finished product. I'm almost certain they spent no time on a wipe down and I'd be surprised if they vacuumed anything. I have rubber floor mats, still full of dirt. I don't think they even removed the mats for vacuuming, under the mats are still just as dirty as they were when I brought them the truck. As for the "wipe down" a simple wet cloth would have removed every little spot from the dash and the seats, I know this because I did it myself after returning home. The center console was not even touched, not by a vacuum or a cloth, just ridiculous. As for the basic wash with wheel dressing, total amateur hour. Again, I'm not expecting perfection but when you have so few customers, I'd expect just a little more attention to detail. The windows were ok, a few spots missed on the exterior of the windshield but overall not horrible. Most of the body was ok but a few very easy and key spots were missed due to a lack of caring. All things I expect from a quick wash but still disappointing. The wheels were washed but again, not real attention to detail here either. The worst part was the wheel dressing. They applied so much dressing to each wheel, by the time I got home my truck looked like a damn zebra. I think I have more dressing on the truck than I do on the tires at this point. I had to completely wipe down the truck again and again to get it all off. I might be able to accept this if the dressing had actually covered the entire sidewall but, again, the lack of attention to detail left some of the tires only partially covered. Totally unacceptable. I've now wiped the truck down 3 times and still I'm getting dressing splatter all over the mirrors and sides. I know I could have taken a rag to the tires and soaked up most of the dressing overflow but I wanted to see how many miles it would take to clear the excess. So far, 22 miles of driving with wipe downs every 5 or so miles, still a mess. This place was the best I had found for years but clearly has fallen in quality and I will not be returning. For my money, a mobile detailer is cheaper and better. I'm actually so disappointed, my wife and I just had a discussion about purchasing a car car wash so the people of Las Vegas will have a great place to take their vehicles and leave satisfied every time. We'll see.

So I've been coming here for a while now and normally they do an outstanding job, which is the only thing saving this review. I just had my car washed and I have mud on the outside of my doors still, bugs on my hood, my trunk of my suv wasn't vacuumed, dirt on/in my gas tank/cap area, my door jams weren't wiped at all, my back windows have water spots on them, my hatch is still covered in dirt, and they left a 1.5in chip in my paint on my hatch. I paid $34 for the deluxe wash and left a $10 cash tip. I'm beyond frustrated. All photos are from after the wash.

I absolutely love the ladies there, especially the boss in pumps. Great to see women leading. I absolutely loved the shine on my car and Junior did a great job on my wheels. My Tesla looks brand new.

I live in Las Vegas,NV and I am a customer at one of the shell gas station located at 3425 E flamingo road Las Vegas, nv 89121... I was completely disrespected by their employees and attached business company called Oasis hand car wash... as a black female military veteran.... i asked the management (I was told his name was Rafael by a shell gas station worker inside) Why is he treating me like I'm nothing, disrespecting me? I then was disregarded like I was a peace of nothing ( wanted to use an uglier word). I told him... I didn't serve my country be treated any kind of way. Just to receive horrible customer service and car wash And I was requesting the highest costing service available for the best outcome of my car! On my little car (Mini Cooper). On top of it all.. why would you put hand wax liquid on top of a still dirty car? And then tell me it's a scratch. If it was a scratch it wouldn't be able to rub off with a rag! As a fellow business owner the management was over the top rude and made me felt like it was a race thing or female thing or English thing or all of the above thing! Never again will I go here for a car wash! And it's not how many cars they go threw a week! It's the quality of work I was looking for and willing to pay for at the end of the day. Great Customer Service is so important! He brushed me off like I wasn't nothing! If this is the kind of people Darren the Owner put in charge of his company? Then it shows bad on him!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I live on the other side of town. A good 30min away. I drove to Oasis on good faith because before Covid THEY WERE great but today was terrible. I paid for the deluxe car wash so $26 plus tax and I left a tip and my car is very very bad. I asked for them to get some of the remaining dirt off the car and they told me they could for an extra charge and I would have to wait an additional 30 min. I got home and was able to remove a section of the dirt off myself so that was a lie. I feel like I pad and tipped for nothing. I also went inside to order a burrito, they messed up on my order and had to remake it. The food was salty and falling apart and the women cooking my food was having personal conversations with people not behind the counter and giving them fist bumps with the same gloves she was cooking with. Not sanitary at all ESPECIALLY DURING COVID.

This is the first time that I had my car washed here today. I'm very disappointed. After the car went through the wash and was taken to the area to be dried, it sat there in the sun, drying out, without anyone wiping it. After they were finished, the car still had dirt spots on it and the windows and the mirrors were still dirty. I would have complained, but I didn't have time for them to wash it again. As it is, I will not be going back again.

I came here a few weeks ago after having bad experiences at automated car washes leaving scratches and dirty areas plus water spots. Not only was my car immaculate with attention to detail but they hand washed then dried the entire car. Shout out to Tyler who was super friendly, quick and made my car immaculate.

they have HOO as closing at 5pm. I called them around 4 today and asked when they stopped accepting cars. he says we're open til 430.. so 430! okay I get there at 428 and they've got everything put away. they got me one other time when I thought they were open til 5, came by at 445 and nobody there. management just let's them do whatever they want?

First time coming here, I'm still new to Nevada area, so I thought I'd try it out and I was definitely satisfied with their job, they don't hassle you for a more expensive wash and they show they care about keeping your vehicle in good condition. They noticed my car was low and took the extra steps to complete the hand wash and treated it no different than they would a nore expensive car. I will be back with my wife's car and for my future washes.

What happened to this place? We have been taking our vehicles to this place to have them washed and waxed for years and we have recommended Oasis Car Wash to everyone we know along the way however, I took my car this weekend to have it washed and hand waxed and I could not believe the terrible job that they did. It was hard to tell in the sun when I got into the car but when I got home you could see hand wax all over the vehicle that wasn't removed. My windshield still had bugs stuck to it. The inside of my car after paying for the best wash they offer had stuff all over the dash and console. It actually looked like someone was eating in it and dropping food between the cracks. I will never recommend this place again it was the most horrible wash I have received in 20 years. This place has really gone downhill. It's such a shame because it used to be the best place to go in Las Vegas to get your car washed.

They don’t clean the inside of your car properly. They don’t clean the windows and windshield properly either. Outside job is fine but from the inside not really. If it’s going to take them 2 to 3 hours to wash and detail your car then they should provide an excellent job. My car wasn’t vacuum properly. I feel like I do a great job cleaning my car on the inside.

Found this place on Google. It was a bit confusing at first since we weren’t sure where to go, but the staff was very helpful—they guided us and explained the package options. We went with “The Works” and left our car in their hands. While waiting, we had plenty of options to pass the time. There’s an upstairs viewing area where you can watch the cars being cleaned, as well as a couple of food options. Outside, a team was shining and detailing the vehicles. The process was quick, even with a good number of cars behind us. We are happy with the overall outcome for the price. We’ll definitely be back and recommend it to others.

It’s a decent wash for the price. I paid for the deluxe at 34.99 and gave them a $10 tip so 44.99 all in. There’s a few water spots around, and a little bit of unwiped interior areas but nothing you can’t overlook. What you SHOULDNT overlook is the fact that they left bugs, dirt and grime in the front bumper in the most obvious of areas. I attached photos of where they left bugs and dirt on my car. They also failed to completely wipe off their green wax or soap etc. it dried and left streaks on my spoiler. That can damage paint!!! Make sure you thoroughly check your car before you leave!

Brought them a car that had freshly buffed and sealed before I left Kansas City and this is what they did to my paint after using dirty rags and towels to wipe it down. One employee dropped the towel on the pavement. Didn’t even bother shaking off the debris and started wiping my hood .. no way take an expensive car here if you value your paint job

If you’re going to go here get a Groupon and save yourself some money. I’m glad that I did and only paid $20. A lot of corners were cut and my car is not clean after their services. Also not hand washed. I watched my car go through the car wash without a single person working on it. Obvious things missed when they were “cleaning it” after the drive through wash. Disappointed to say the least. These are the rags i used on my car after getting it home to clean the windows some external areas properly.
