I came here today for my first time around 1pm from Elkhart to get the free $25 carwash and it wasn't even busy nobody in line I was the first person that came in today and I like how they have a detail station where the person wipes off all the water on your car with a drying towel and cleans your tire with the tire cleaning stuff that's cool I went through that everything was good and nice they're we're still open today earlier during the icy snowy weather on the ground I like how the person that had the water sprayer at the beginning of the carwash sprayed all the dirtyness off my car that's good at first at the beginning of the driveway of the carwash before going into the beginning of the carwash I thought it was closed after seeing all that ice or snow on the driveway but it wasn't and that's good so everything went well here for me

I love this place. The technology is state-of-the-art, and I've recommended it to all my family and friends. The staff is very friendly, and the place deserves all the praise in the world. Unfortunately, the cashier is rude and doesn't seem to care about selling car wash packages. She has a terrible attitude, and as a business owner, it's very important to have staff with the best attitude and a genuine desire to serve. The detailers are great; they go out of their way to make your car spotless. Lately, they hired a new guy who doesn't clean the rims, and when he details the interior, he doesn't do a good job. 😪 I've already spoken to the managers and asked them to talk to the cashier and ask her to change her attitude, but they don't seem to care…

The wash did not remove the limestone dirt all over my truck. So I went through for a rewash and was told that I cannot get a rewash, even though they failed to remove all of the mud from my car. The manager, Ashton came out to tell me that because I ordered the $10 wash I am un eligible for a rewash. I clarified even though your power washer failed to remove the debris from my car I can’t get a rewash even though it’s your fault you did not clean my truck. He said yes, you cannot get a rewash. He then proceeded to tell me that I have paint all over my car and it is not mud. I told him I know it’s mud. I know when I got on my car and it comes off with a power wash, which was evidenced by the fact that the front of my truck which was power washed, came clean. He proceeded to tell me it was paint and that I cannot get a rewash. More than anything I’m just appalled with the customer service. I really did like this is not acceptable, my wife and I will not be coming back.

Visited here as a first time as my car was really needed to be washed. From the moment we pulled into their facility, the staff came out and greeted us. Then he thoroughly guided us explaining every option we have as it was our first visit. The price was very fair and their service was great. Our favorite part of this place was their car wash system! It is just like a conveyor belt and we did not have to worry about fitting one tire into the metal bindings, which can damage the wheel/tire. Very impressive! And, the whole wash process doesn't feel short at all compared to other facilities. Also, there was a giant bird dropping on the windshield and it got "completely" off right after we pulled out of the wash machine like nothing happened. The waiting area was very clean. And the staffs will never shout at you waiving towels when your car is ready. You do not need to check outside constantly to see if someone calls you or if your car is ready because the staffs will gently just come inside and let you know your car is ready. Plus, there is a cute little bathing area for your fur-kids. (Picture attached) Overall, the entire experience was very enjoyable from start to finish. And we will definitely come back next time! Highly recommend!

Disappointed on my first time here. I wanted to test the basic $30 car wash. As soon as I left the lot I noticed streaks all over my windows. I went right back to the service staff (not management) and they did everything possible to clean the windows. There were a lot of bug marks on the hood and fenders. Unfortunately, the streaks are still there and they are even more noticeable when I drive at night. The windows look nasty. Also, when I came out of the car to point out my issue, I noticed that the front grill of my CRV was white and dusty and plenty of bug marks. The service staff is very friendly, but I am sorry that maybe they are not provided with good cleaning products? Good towels that don't shed? I was excited for the 4.7 reviews but I found a lot of other customers reported the same issue with their cars not getting cleaned.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I feel like I have to this time. I paid for a full car cleaning service expecting my vehicle to be spotless – inside and out. What I got instead was barely an improvement. The exterior still had streaks and water spots, and the inside was nowhere near clean. Dust still on the dashboard, crumbs still in the seats, and the mats looked like they hadn’t been touched at all. If I wanted a half-done job, I could’ve saved my money and done it myself. Honestly, it’s frustrating and disappointing to pay for a service and feel like nothing was actually done properly. I left feeling cheated and annoyed. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects a thorough, professional job.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I got a car wash I asked “do you have a touchless option? They told me yes so I paid and drove up only to have the brushes spin all over my paint. I usually wouldn’t care but I was lied to before purchasing. Please avoid.

Edit: Revisited recently, but had the same experience unfortunately. Original Review: I tried. I was excited and wanted to like this car wash, especially since most are abysmal. An employee stopped me to get the manager because I went around for the second time in a row. I said everything was fine, but I was going through a second time because I wasn't sure how realistic of an expectation it was for these car washes to completely clean the car. I was told that it absolutely was realistic, and to buy the top-of-the-line package and inspect my car after each wash before leaving. I've tried three times since then *with the top-of-the-line package*, and every time I've had to complain. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to be a Karen and do your Quality Checks for you *every time I want a wash*. I'll just do it myself from now on. The car is almost never clean, even after doing the top-of-the-line exterior detail. I tried, and tried, and tried. But I'm not going to be known by your employees as the jerk that always complains. It's a half job every time, and you're putting the onus on the customer to improve your quality? No. Train your employees and implement quality checks. This is ridiculous.

This car wash is like many others that have opened up in this area. There are several different options for a wash. They try to sell you on a monthly plan for unlimited washes, I think it's $15 a month. The kid/young guy was very nice but I just opted for the $10 exterior wash which was the least expensive one they had. It was going to rain again and really I just wanted to wash all of the dirt and dust of my car and widows before then. So, pretty basic, no complaints with the wash, you get what you pay for. However, a couple of things I noticed that I didn't like was that there were no towels or sprays where the vacuums are like they provide at other places. And another thing is that the vacuums are placed up high on a hook. That might not be a big deal for most people but I'm only 5'1. I had no issue getting it down but putting it back up was a little tricky. I doubt I would go to this carwash again. There are too many other options in the area.

My car had a strong odor for the last few months, and I asked the staff to wash it to help get rid of it. After their wash, the smell is now mostly gone maybe only about 3% left but I’m very pleased with their service. The staff there are incredibly helpful and attentive. I highly recommend Oasis Car Wash if you want your car cleaned and cared for! Thanks to the manager Ty and the rest the staff, Isaias and Andrian they both are amazing!! Thank you!

Coming here for about four months. The reason why I found this place was because I had to have and go to a specific car wash that did not mess up the wrap on my car. This is by far hands-down, the best bang for your buck that you’re gonna get in this area I live in Alan and travel all this way just to come here because the service and quality is so good. I have the unlimited package and wash my car about once a week. The bathrooms are extremely clean. The staff is extremely friendly. There’s never a long wait time and I will be coming here until a better option becomes available which I don’t think well anytime soon.
