Fairly unhelpful staff but after very much standing there at the computer we got it figured out. If you need advice don't come here. It's on the south side of Grand Junction in O.M. right off of Highway 6&50, easy access.

I always buy all my oil change needs from O’Reilly. I had an issue with the clamp and my oil filter. Went in the O’Reilly on US50 and 27rd in Grand Junctuon to leave my recycled oil. After explaining my issue I realized that I had poked the filter which was leaking. That’s when Luka assisted. He was so knowledgeable, came out to inspect the filter and assisted me to make sure I could be on the road with my RV. This is not necessarily the type of service you expect from a chain store, although I had nothing but good experience with O’Reilly, but Luka went beyond to deliver the best customer service. “That’s what we’re here for”. So rare to hear this these days. Thank you Luka for saving the day!
