I went in there the other day to see if I could get a battery exchange and the cranky old man at the counter told me he couldn't do it because he was the only one in the store. During him trying to explain why he couldn't do it, someone else came out and tested my battery. My battery was dead... I had to wait in the store for 45 minutes for it to charge enough to even test. Once it tested "good battery" the cranky weak old man tried to hand me the battery when I noticed liquid coming out of the top. I said "that's not normal" and he wiped it off like nothing happened. I bought the battery being tested 3 months before bringing it back to see if it was under warranty(it was. He), and I I was dealt with that kind of treatment. Don't go here for a car battery. Go to autozone

We were in rental car, Sunday morning labor weekend SABRINA seemed to be only employee in store she sold us battery and installed in parking lot, yes I understand this is service offered but we were in a hurry to check out of Airbnb and she made it happen. Wikipedia should have a picture of her when searching CUSTOMER SERVICE

My car broke down on my way home from a trip, so I had it towed here. Dio, Taran (I think), Ricky and Chris were all genuinely so amazing. I was running on barely any sleep, trying to fix my car to get home safely, and they were incredibly patient with me. They also helped when I couldn't do some things on my own. Seriously, the guys here deserve the world for how awesome they are. Because of their help, I was able to make the rest of the 400 miles home with not a single hiccup. You guys rock! 🩷

Won't go anywhere else for car accessories. I was immediately greeted and received a guys opinion on seat covers for my husband's vehicle (by the way he loved them). The other auto parts store I went to 1st totally ignored me while they were all dancing behind the counters. Won't be stepping in their door ever again. O´Reilly's is the place to go. Thank you for your great customer service.

A couple weeks ago, I bought the wrong headlight from here. It was my fault, but the location generously allowed me to exchange it for the right one. Taran was the associate who handled my mess-up and he did an amazing job. He was kind, asked very little of me, searched through records for me when I forgot my receipt, and inevitably set me up with the right headlight.

Tonight we spent some unplanned time in the middle of our road trip repairing our car in the parking lot at this location. David and Dalton were so helpful and accommodating! They made sure we had all the parts and tools we needed for success, and checked in on us from time to time. David even offered to stay after they closed to make sure we got out of there safely (thankfully we had it all done just before they closed and that wasn't necessary, but we were super appreciative nonetheless). We're leaving this review in the hopes that they receive all our gratitude AND that they get all their bosses' accolades for their fabulous service tonight. Thanks so much guys!

Austin and Terran (Spelling?) are amazing. I went and got a part from them, that was crucial to repair before out trip in 36hours, when i got home and got it installed, realized that the new part required a shorter bolt that should have been in the box. I called them 25min until they closed, they realized it was supposed to have included the part, told me to start driving to their store while one of them drove to a different store to get the correct part with the correct bolt. They stayed open late while we waited on the new part to arrive and I could not be more grateful. They made an already stressful time, much better by going well above and beyond what normal customer service would do. They are great employees and have more than earned my business.

I had a not so great experience with this store. I needed fuses and my husband called and got it straightened out and I went to get them. You guessed it. Wrong ones. They refunded me the money I spent so no harm no foul.

I don’t know who need to know this but Sabrina who works at oreilleys is incredible. Had a huge issue with the hydraulics on my trunk, not only did she know everything about the car, other issues, and how to fix them. But she literally replaced everything for us in the parking lot and was incredibly kind and hilarious about it. Great teacher great help thank you so much
