Horrible. Some skinny red head chick on a power trip just refused to give me $200 core back . Then refused to give me the money for my core now I have to pay a core charge at dealership

Went in looking for velcro for the sun visor. Young man behind the counter (not busy at all) pointed and said "over there" I looked "over there" and didnt see it so I went across the street to Auto zone and they took me to it. Had 5 customers other than me in the store. I work in customer service in the government and if I go in on my day off 8 still help customers. Find young people with a little motivation!!!

When I'm in a hurry and I need to make sure a auto part store has the right part I can always count on O'Reilly's Auto Parts there most likely auto parts store to have a part and if they don't have it they can have it right away. They're also good about being able to price match I park to help a customer out and one of the top things I like about a rise they don't have a very high turnover rate so the the guys selling the parts are pretty knowledgeable on what they're selling

I got the kind of customer service from Vicky that most people wouldn't believe if you told them about your experience. I can't believe Vicky is only an assistant manager, and not district manager, holy cow. We need this kind of person managing all O'Reilly stores in the area. I haven't always been impressed at O'Reillys in the past, but the one on Gilmer Road is breeding real life heroes. A++ Customer Service, amen!

Stopped by the store tonight and as usual there was a large sign on the door that masks were required by all in the store. That seems to apply for everyone except the staff, who were all lounging around the counter without a mask in sight. One staff member was coughing too. When I asked why they were not wearing masks like the sign on the door indicated, they looked at me like I was crazy. As a care giver for my 82 year old father-in-law who is also suffering from cancer, I can't risk getting sick, yet the staff obviously could not care less either about their customers, store policy, or even State Executive Orders. Shame on O'Reilly and its employees, I will never buy from your store again and that is after being a faithful customer from day 1. Autozone, on the other hand won my business since they do seem to care about their customers.

Went in to this location and asked them to test my battery. The representative said that my battery needed a charge up but to start my car to test it more. The rep told me my alternator was bad. I went to a local shop that can rebuild them and they tested my alternator and said it was in great condition. This location has cost me $225 in labor that was unnecessary and I would’ve given them the money for a new battery. I’ll NEVER use this location again. I also asked about other parts for my vehicle and that same rep told me don’t buy from them because they’re to expensive.

Bought 2 new batteries for diesel truck asked could help me swap batteries real quick due to it being dark and going ahead and doing my core swap and s said changing batteries hurt his back and had put all the tools up decided to just go home do it truck wouldn’t crank (due to my dead batteries) asked if I could get a jump told me best he could do was offer a small jump box which I knew would not crank a cold 6.6 diesel had to call my wife to drive up to to a auto parts store to jump my truck off but Atleast they didn’t have to work hard
