So as this being an excellent place of business and get everything on time in the most sufficient manner. The employees, all but one give you the upmost respect. I had a bad encounter with this guy Rob. He would give me the "wasting my time" looks and would talk down to me like he was better than me. Also the information he gave me i had later learned was incorrect telling me the products are all the same. The products did not contain all of the same indregient which in turn would congeal and ruin my vehicle. Returned the product the next day. But other than him, i love the place but will not purchase from him personally ever again.

I have visited this location twice each time only 1 employee asked me if I needed assistance and that was Aaron. He was very polite and greeted me with a smile. If the other employees mimic Aaron the store would be a great place to shop. Thank you Aaron.

Every time I come here John and Ernie are always the ones to help me. I have absolutely nothing negative to say at all about either one of them. They both have great customer service skills and they actually know what they're talking about. And I love that they don't just try to sell you anything and everything because I'm a "female walking in not knowing what I'm talking about". They don't take advantage of it. They actually explain things and give advice/recommendations. 10/10 , keep these guys around. They are what brings in good business. 👌

I'll tell you what man I love this place. It's like a toy store for auto. Enthusiasts and if they don't got it, they will definitely get it. And it's usually by the next day and they will call you and tell you that your parts have arrived. The staff is very knowledgeable. Well, most of them And there prices are a little bit higher, but it's worth it for a quality part with a lifetime warranty. I will always go to O'reilly. Thank you o'reilly

Horrible service at this location. Bought a part that ended up being defective, spent over 200 dollars, car broke down 2 days later. Had car towed to a mechanic, who confirmed the part was defective, and installed a new one. Had to pay mechanic 500 dollars almost for the new part, and the labor, and the tow to their shop. Tried to get a refund at this location to be told they can only give me store credit. As if I'm trying to buy more defective parts from them.

So glad I bought a battery for my car here. John took care of me he pre tested the battery and the first one was no good. The second was good. He put it in the car for me as well. Thanks John for help. Then a week later my check engine light came on. I was happy John was there again. He checked it and had me take a picture of the code for my mechanic. That was very helpful for the mechanic. Thanks again John.

I have dealt with so many auto parts stores across the Tampa Bay area and this is hands-down the worst auto parts store I have ever dealt with. They will straight up lie to your face and say they don’t have parts so you can wait for them to make the sale. When you can go up the street to another store and get it

The fact I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer. It was the tone and huffing and puffing for me. The funny part is you had no idea what else I was going to purchase besides what I asked for. I ended up ordering parts somewhere else, this place is a joke.

I understand walking into a place 5 mins before closing but when your car dies at a bowling alley your left with no other choices. Asked the gentleman working a question about rechargeable batteries in which his response is I do not know to get me and my husband out the door as fast as possible. I found to be rude and felt as if getting there tills counted down was there only thought rather then selling a 100$ or better battery. Nice pick on employees, very disappointed and next time would leave my car sitting until morning if they were my only option.
