If I could give them zero stars it would be a compliment. They would not return one item I bought in cash. My family has spent thousands over the years at Winn-😬Dixie. It's an absolute joke that they "have a policy" due to fraud not to rerurn items purchased at a neighboring store. Curious if the Hernando County Chamber of Commerce would agree. Time to switch to another grocery store.

This Winn Dixie location has been my go-to for routine grocery shopping. I usually buy Publix but tonight I bought this rotisserie chicken from Winn Dixie. On the outside it looks burnt but on the inside has this pink color that looks like it still needs to be cooked. Anyway I don't trust it so, $8.99 wasted. The produce here is so sad and everything that comes in a box has Bioengineered Ingredients 🤮

Buyer beware and avoid all Winn-Dixie's!!! Biggest scam sale stores. Finale disaster was prime rib on sale but on only one of three packages gave the discount!!! The bonus items that are supposed to get all your big bonus points and money back never show up on your account. The buy one get one free are not actually that they raise the price on them first! This was not the closest door to my house but I happen to be in the area and did my shopping here. Call the store and they said I had to come back to get it rectified. When I drove all the way back they refused to properly credit the account as they were supposed to. John, the manager refused to refund the overcharge said it was a month ago it's too late!!

The store brand (check) is by far the very best root beer and cream soda I've had. Better than Barqs, better than A&W etc. And their Premium beef (black label) is great. Tender and great flavor. Even the sirloin is better than the NY strip you get at the other super markets.

I used to be a die-hard publix Shopper but this Winn-Dixie store has really stepped up his game. Staff is wonderful but their greatest attribute right now is there produce. Been very disappointed with Publix produce going bad within days I have had great success with this Winn-Dixie location produce and freshness.

I had a very bad experience at this store. When it was time to pay, there were many people waiting in line and the cashier, Hailey, was trying to force everyone to use the self-checkout instead of providing service at the register. I found this very rude and unprofessional. On top of that, when someone made a mistake at the machine, she got upset instead of helping. Very poor customer service.

This Winn Dixie is better than most. I go out of my way to shop here instead of the poorly run location on Commercial Way behind the Red Lobster. Produce is fresher and the store is cleaner.

They just had their Rao’s penne pasta buy one get one free so I got some. When I went to use it I was shocked to find not just one but both bags were infested with weevils. Now if you know anything about weevils, they are a nightmare and you don’t want them in your house/pantry. I’m disgusted and considered they were trying to clear out their stock I’m sure they were aware.

I just left Winn-Dixie at four corners in Springhill Florida. Totally disappointed. Customer service did not want to take care of me. And. Let me pay for four bottles of wine. They wanted me to do self check out and then come back and play LOTTO. I have never had that done to me before, and then they claimed that they had no bags to bag my wine. This just happened today right now. October 25 At 6:30 P.M. I just drove from Tampa from visiting my sick parents. I am tired and I thought it would’ve been a good courtesy to take care of me at customer service, but I didn’t happen because they had no bags. Publix would had never done that…

No baskets left? I come here every single day and I get a rotisserie chicken (which is too expensive by the way but that's not the point) every few days I used to have to carry the chicken through the store and both of my hands because it's so hot (and in toxic hot plastic that likely causes dementia) that I couldn't just one-hand it. Last week there were 2 baskets in the entire store. Yesterday I walked thru the store looking for baskets ppl were using and saw zero. Not having baskets will not force me to get a cart and buy more items. Not having baskets only makes me mad and want to go to a different store. Bring back the baskets, buy more, or lose my business. I spend over 100 every couple weeks but you're too expensive now so i go to Walmart. The next winn dixie is 5 miles away but i'm petty enough to go there instead despite not having self- checkout.
