Terrible. When they opened they had tons of staff that would wipe down your vehicle. Then slowly they all faded away. Been there plenty times when they were shut down due to car wash inop. Today went for the last time and canceled my wash program. They removed all the canvas over the vacuum stalls. No way this place stayes in business. County Line Road near Mariner.

I really love this car wash which is why I gave it 5 stars. If there's one thing I wished you all would do is fix the broken floor mat cleaner. Thanks

Super fast, clean facility (not just my car), vacuums work well. I became an unlimited member at $17 per month (my usual wash was $11 each time) so it’s a no brainer!

does a nice job. all soft cloth and i dont see a lot of swirls. I wish the tire shine was more consistent. sometimes I can tell it was out when I go through because none is applied. I like others that have reviewed feel like the rinse is inadequate. it often leaves soap.

The location works great for me. The staff is always kind and helpful. If they were to add compressed air it could be even better. This location needs to fix their tire shine it only works on one side.

I like this location because Quinton is there. He makes sure everything is nice and safe for your car. If he were to leave this location, I would probably leave. He pays attention to the little things and the big concerns about those type of car washes ruining your clear coat. He makes sure that all cleaning chemicals used for the machines are thoroughly rinsed off and don't ruin your paint.

One star is being generous. Employee doing free wash with brush might as well just throw a cup of water on car. Car Wash itself leaves soap all over. Hard to find working vacuums. I'm finding it hard to justify continually using your service. If it wasn't right down the street from my house and so hot out I would quit immediately.

My car looks great, inside and out. Disappointed that the vacuums were turned off before I was finished. I understand that employees wanted to get home to their families but I didn't realize what time it was and they could have told me that they were going to shut down instead of just shutting down WHILE I was vacuuming. Just thought it was kind of unprofessional.

This place just doesn't wash well. Soap all over. Always wet machines dont dry very well. The courtesy towels are always wet. I think they just grab them from the bins, fold them and put them back on the shelf.

2nd edit: I'm done with this place. It's not much easier than just washing the car at home. It leaves so much soap on the car that you have to wipe every inch or there will be spots. When you drive away, all of the soap left in the crevices come out and you get streaks. Edit: The place is dropping off. The machine is doing less work, and I am doing more trying to clean what the machine left behind. The second rinse doesn't remove the soap. The drier just moves the soap around. If it doesn't get better I will discontinue my membership and go elsewhere. Great spot. Helped me dry and everything.

A nightmare. First time customer. Told the attendant I had tint on windshield and I would personally take off old car wash sticker at home. Proceeded to take off 6 inches of tint with a huge scraper razor blade. Ignored by Corporate so far. Beware.

Staff was friendly and informative. Car wash itself was less than stellar. Paid $24 for wash and tire shine on small truck. Actual washing was ok, but tire shine only hit 1 tire on a small area. Had interior and window cleaner available at one central location. Unfortunately had better wash and price at another competitor.

I have been with this car wash since pretty close to opening. I have started coming less often the past few months because I’m getting so aggravated with the vacuums not working correctly. Today I had to move my car 3 different times in order to find a vacuum that was working good. If they can’t get this resolved, I’m gonna cancel my membership.

2nd time I’ve had an issue. First time was with my previous truck. I had black marks down the side of my truck from the things that spin inside. I just got a new vehicle and decided to give them a try again since this car wash is only 5 mins from my house. Welp I won’t go back again. This time my front end of my car looks like it was never even washed.

I’ve been a customer for several years (about 8) and today at the county line location, the man working the machine used a brush to scrub the front and rear of my car. Seems senseless to do that since the point of the machine is to wash it. If I wanted my car brushed, I should’ve had the option to do it myself like the Cortez location has. He wound up breaking my license plate cover, and because of how aggressive he was, the license place cover/trim was scraped against my car, causing damage. Images included. My husband and I heard something weird, but assumed he just brushed over the license plate a little too hard. Not realizing until we got to our next stop what happened. I’m quite pissed off, and he knew he broke it and said NOTHING. Then we go in the machine and the entire things stops. Three vehicles inside the conveyor and he came to the window to say “the air compressor is refilling with air. Even had a chance to tell us, and still didn’t. If the plastic license plate thing broke, ok, thanks for letting me know, I can handle that. Now I had to pay my neighbor to buff out MOST of the paint damage. The quality of this location is seriously lacking and gone so down hill. Take 5/Arland have been my favorite for so long. Now, I’m on the app trying to cancel my membership and it is not linking to my account. Please advise on how I can cancel my membership. Time visited was 9/20 at appx 10am.

Excellent machine seems to get as many areas on a large Z-71 Suburban one could expect. The club pricing is $22 a month, but that’s not mandatory. The service is helpful, and thorough. Staff and manager in Spring Hill set a good standard. Definitely need these guys when I’m selling my Suburban! Thanks guys!!

My car was seriously damaged, and the company refused to take responsibility. The amount of lies they told me in person was shocking! - 1st encounter: It happened on Nov22nd, around 10:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. While in the machine, I saw WITH MY OWN EYES that the brush broke the mirror. I went out and talked to the customer service to ask them how to start the claim. Their first response was, “They’re not going to do anything.” Wow, wait to take responsibility! I didn’t even ask them to pay; I just asked them how to start the claim. Instead of just starting the process, they spent 30 minutes repeatedly telling me, “They’re not going to do anything.” Then came the first excuse: “We didn’t even clean on that side.” Like what? You’re telling me we pay $30 to go through a machine that only rubs one side of the car? Make that make sense! Then another excuse: “If your car is too old, they’re not going to do anything.” After patiently repeating myself that all I wanted was to start the claim and could they please show me how, finally, a man named M agreed to start the claim, took a picture, and advised us to email the company. He advised that someone would get back to us in 5 business days. - 2nd encounter: We went back a week later on Nov29 to follow up. No one called or responded to our claim. We understood it was Thanksgiving week, and everyone was busy, so we took it easy. We just wanted to follow up. Someone told us, “We found your case, please continue to wait. Someone will call you next week, Wednesday the latest.” We went home and continued waiting patiently. - 3rd encounter: We went back again a week later on Dec7. No one called, texted, or responded to the email. This is now already 2 weeks with no communication. The person named M no longer works there. I asked another employee named Z for guidance on how to follow up. Instead of offering solutions, he repeatedly told us that the company wouldn’t take any action. This is not problem-solving; it’s problem-avoiding. He didn’t offer any solutions to the customers but instead escalated the situation by repeatedly dismissing their concerns. I spent another 20 minutes asking him how to follow up, but he didn’t provide any assistance. He simply repeated himself that the company wouldn’t do anything. I had to come up with solutions myself. I asked him for a phone number, he said that HR was closed today. I asked for a claim number so that I could follow up via email myself, he said that the person who started the claim no longer worked there, so nobody knew the claim number (just last week they said they found our case in computer!) I asked when the supervisor would be back so that I could ask for more help, he said that there was nothing the manager could do for me. Then he said that the claim would take a long time “probably because HR hadn’t looked at it yet or because your mirror had already fallen off before you went into the machine”. Seriously? So now you’re blaming the customer for the damage you caused, which will cost them hundreds of dollars to fix. And even if that’s the case, there should be an official written response from HR showing that they did all the investigations. At this point, I feel compelled to take a more assertive approach. Trust me, no one wants to be aggressive or act like a child throwing tantrum. I was exhausted from wasting 20 minutes talking to a man who simply repeated himself. I had patiently requested assistance from the beginning, but instead of offering any genuine help, the people there evaded taking any action unless I had to force them. After I raised my voice and repeated myself the 20th time when I could meet the supervisor. Z instructed me to return next Wednesday, which I have to take a day off to do, which maybe another runaround. Consider this: If this issue is not addressed promptly (which I think that’s what happened here), they will likely damage more cars because something definitely wrong with the machine, and sooner or later, they will face legal consequences somewhere. Avoid this place if you can!

Took my truck thru the car wash, the gentleman at the entrance always washes down the windshield and tailgate, they are always polite. Awesome spot. Vacum free all supplies free, towels, winded, armor all! Pretty great!
