O'Reillys is usually pretty great but this location was horrible. The customer service was non existent. I asked for info on a part before purchasing it and the greasy haired employee acted like it was a big deal to do his job which he couldn't do at all. I just went to another location and they helped me out there. Until they get better management or employee's I recommend ya go to a different location. There are more O'REILLY parts places not to terribly far from this one. The service will be better and they'll get ya a part with no hassles.

Not super impressed with the staff. Went in for a battery and the person helping me didn't seem to know much. Came in an hour later to return my battery core and asked for refund in cash and cashier said it would be difficult to do and he was "feeling lazy".

This O'Reilly's was very helpful to me today. They were adequately staffed and I was in and out in a timely manner. The store was in good condition with the majority of the shelves well stocked. The transaction at the counter was rapid and the sales associates were knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend.

I actually rank these guys over Auto Zone, at least in Idaho. Ordered Part's are on site before 8 am. Prices are a bit lower than Auto Zone and really friendly staff that actually seem to want to help you, whatever your situation. Nathan, at the front desk was very curious and helpful. America needs more people and businesses that actually try to help struggling Americans. God Bless America 🇺🇸 !!!

This whole experience sucked. I have a truck that wouldn't start and I use it for work so I desperately need my truck. I don't recommend this store in Idaho Falls. I ordered a starter for my truck on 12/17 and they said it was coming from Boise and would be there that same day. Didn't come, so called the store and they said the same thing that it would be there the 18th. Didn't show up, I ask for them to call there Driver but couldn't get hold of the driver and still didn't show up on the 19th. On the 20th I call again seeing if they got a hold of the driver (after I called the Boise store to make sure they sent a driver and the starter) and they couldn't get a hold of the driver and it still didn't show up. On the 21st I call again, and they finally got a hold of the driver but the driver said he couldn't find Idaho Falls and is in Saint George but that he would make it back that day to Idaho Falls but didn't make it. Finally the 22nd the driver made it, yay.... wait a second the Driver doesn't have the starter... I have never seen a company fail so hard and be so unprofessional. I am fortunately taking my business elsewhere as it was proved to me they can't do their job.

I went to get some oil and a filter. I had probably the best experience I have ever received from any store. He went above and beyond to help me before my trip 1500 miles across country. Showed me the best stuff that would help my engine and save as much money as possible. Gave me tips on how to get better gas mileage etc. I will definitely refer others to go to this store. They were very nice and honest people. Thanks again!

Great service! Richard is awesome and helped me try to fix my old wipers, sized them and suggested the best and most affordable brand to replace them with to then find out it was his day off! He was so willing to help and take his time to make sure i was set up all without being on the clock, thats some pretty good service if you ask me!

I've been meaning to write this review for a couple months, but I wanted to give a MAJOR shout out and THANK YOU to Dustin for helping me with a dead battery on a Sunday! My husband and I were driving from Vegas to Hamilton, MT due to a family emergency and ended up with a dead battery while en route (even though the car was serviced by Findlay Honda in Henderson, NV--after looking at my current receipt compared to a previous service receipt, they did not check the battery). Stuck at a gas station, I scrolled through Google trying to find a mechanic after AAA informed me they were unable to offer dead battery service, could only give me a jump. SSSSOOOO thankful O'Reilly's was open because all the mechanics were closed. When I called to ask about having a dead battery changed, Dustin wasn't sure if he'd be able to do it because the computer made it sound complicated for a 2018 CRV. But after AAA jumped my battery, I headed over to O'Reilly's and when I showed up, Dustin was willing to try and I was relieved when he said it was super easy and one of those situations where the computer made it sound more complicated. I was back on the road and relived to not have to stay the night in Idaho Falls when I needed to get to Hamilton, MT as soon as possible. Thank you again, Dustin! Great employee, great service, couldn't have asked for more!
