Always easy to find people if you need help. Store is well organized and well signed so I don't struggle to find things. Sales on canning supplies and plants are good, so I would think it's worth checking out other season sales. They sell peaches by the lug in the summer(yay!). Convenient location. I love that the store is big enough to have nearly everything you need but small enough that it doesn't take forever to walk back and forth across the store. Clean store, clean restrooms. We shop here all the time.

Best place to get anything they happen to carry. I know nothing about home repair etc., and so inevitably I'll have questions or need help. They're just so helpful there, I've always assumed they must have a well implemented training program or at least make sure they hire people who have a knack for being helpful. Plus they have that check out gauntlet where I can't not see something I " need". And their service is consistent across every store it seems. I avoid big box stores when I can, ace is the best

Nyberg's Ace has EVERYTHING you need. Knowledgeable staff and Awesome customer service! I bought the most spectacular potted flowers at 1/2 off this Summer & I just put them to the trash. Talk about long lasting! I will defiantly buy my next years flowers there!!

Horrible customer service when I asked the manager to look up stock that was said to be available online. The manager said the website isn't accurate or true with how many items are listed or are available. False advertising with no care by employees to look up other stores in town for product availability. I'd give 0 stars if I could.. on top the business will pretend to care with their automatic review saying we would love to hear about issues to resolve when they just care about how many heads they can pull into the store with false advertising to spend $.

Great selection and fantastic staff. Delivered here, they weren’t able to unload me when I arrived in the evening but they let me stay and were super friendly and helpful that night and in the morning. They do unload in the back of the building on 40th, no dock door.

Will not cut a key unless you buy it there. They are good people and I have always had good service but I bought a key online and wanted it cut to my original key. "You have to go to a lock smith". I understand if I was trying to have them program it but I wasn't just put it in the machine you have and use all the time.

I was in ACE the other day to get some keys made and also picked up a mini 5 gallon pail. While getting my keys maid I started to get hypoglycemic. It just came on suddenly. I thought I was going to pass out. I asked Hannah, who was cutting my keys for me if she could go up front and grab me a pop that had sugar in it. I explained the reason why. She GLADLY helped me by getting a pop for me and check up on me. She was SO AMAZING!!! At the check out I asked for a supervisor so I could tell them how AMAZING she was. Then to my surprise who was a manager but Hannah! Actually it really wasn’t a surprise she I’d DEFINITELY the kind of person you want as a manager. All the girls were so nice to me checking out. But I especially was VERY GLAD Hannah was there to help!! Thank You ACE Hardware for having such an AMAZING EMPLOYEE!!!
