★★★☆☆ Well overall my experience was very interesting to begin, I spoke with a much older gentleman who was a nice guy who sounded like someone who would take a understanding of other peoples expectations. I then received a call the day before my appointment to confirm which was nice. This time a different much younger lad spoke on the phone. Told me a price of 160 for headlight and hood buff and a Full Auto Detail. Upon arrival I showed him the main points of concern as far as scratches and swirls and such. excellent on the buffing, all in all, but when I asked for a full auto detailing. I was expecting more, than what was received. for my money. The night before he was to arrive I already emptied all of my trash, and moved the child car seat, and all of the floor mats out of the car, cause we have those weather tech floor mats. I emptied my trunk. Pretty much did all of hard work for him . And the next morning he arrived at 8:00am I stayed to explain everything I was hoping for, and left him checks, he was finished buffing by this point and so far I was impressed, a $160 dollar check and a $20 check with the name to whom it was addressed blank. (A tip so to speak.) I had to leave for work around 9:27ish. At this point all I’d seen him do was rinse, wash, and buff the outside and the floor mats. On my security cameras I noticed after leaving he was finished around 10:21am When he was washing he did not scrub the drivers side rear window at all. There is still spots from where birds will, drop me presents every now and again. Never even hooked his peepers into the trunk at all. Did not vacuum the seats or under the seats. And actually left my floor mats in the driveway, (I’m completely mind blown at this point, he washed them. And just leaves them, granite I did take them out of the car prior to his arrival.) but all in all. I will not be calling this company again for a detail, paint touch ups, swirls and paint corrections. sure no problem.
