Avoid. Showed up for a scheduled appointment (April 6) and called the provided number only to be told that they were too busy and needed to reschedule. There was zero notice/communication before and after this - attempted to call/text the business and never had a follow up. Requested a refund if service could not be provided (prepayment was required to book) only to be ghosted. Tried to leave a review last month after this happened but the owner had turned off reviews at the time.

I should’ve listened to the red flags, but that’s on me. This man rescheduled last minute then canceled. He offered a refund but never followed up, leaving me to dispute the charge with my credit card. Very shady, not communicative, a total scam. RUN away and do not book with him.

I can confidently say this might be the best car cleaning experience I’ve ever had! My Jeep was absolutely covered in dirt and dog hair—especially from my 130lb, slobbery dog, who leaves hair everywhere. The floors were coated, and the interior was a mess. The owner’s attention to detail was incredible. Every inch of the car was cleaned with meticulous care, and it looks better than I could’ve imagined. On top of that, the owner was incredibly patient and accommodating, taking the time to explain the best options and helping me choose the most economical package without cutting corners. If you’re looking for top-notch service and amazing results, this is the place to go!

Very professional, timely and efficient. Niles/Nas was prompt and communicative in getting the service started and throughout. I booked a quick vacuum and wipe down for my SUV that I hadn’t gotten to over the past couple months with the holidays, after the service the car feels like new again. Really great work! Waiting in the area also had many retail options so the time really flew by.

I regret to leave a negative review, but I am quite disappointed with the service provided, especially considering the amount I paid. I brought my car in for an exterior wash and interior cleaning. I had glue on the driver's window, which was successfully removed. However, the remainder of the service did not meet expectations. There was still glue left on the driver's door that I had to remove myself. The interior of the car was left unclean with visible dirt and debris. The inside of the trunk was not cleaned at all, and the wax used on the exterior left white streaks all over the car. Unfortunately, I do not feel the service was worth the $115 cost. I attempted to have an open and honest conversation about my concerns, but the response was rather defensive. Cannot recommend them.

Made an appointment on Wednesday for Saturday at 12:30pm after seeing great reviews. On Saturday, Got to the building, spent 15 min calling the number provided without anyone answering and going around 8 floors of a parking lot looking for the place. It seems like this business does not exist anymore. Not sure why the appointment system still allowed me to make one so would recommend to find somewhere else to get your car detailed .

I made an appointment for an exterior/interior detail ($275) and wasn't given any meaningful instructions, considering you have to go down 7 floors of a parking garage with zero signage or cell phone service looking for the place (it also costs money just to enter the garage). To make matters worse, he wasn't there at my appointment time so there was nothing to find. Since I couldn't call or text him down there, I eventually left the building. Later he called me and said we could reschedule; I reluctantly said yes, but then he was completely unresponsive until my appointment day and then told me he would need to reschedule again. I said forget it and asked for a refund. He apologized and said a refund was processing, but after two weeks, it still had not arrived. I have since asked three more times over the past couple weeks, with him either ghosting me or continuing to ensure me it's in process. I'm now going to have to pursue the FTC/BBB/small claims court to get my $275 back. Buyer-beware this isn't a legitimate business, it seems this is just an entrepreneurial tenant in an apartment complex washing cars in its parking garage, which would be fine if he didn't also lack decent communication or customer service skills.

On Sunday, I got to the building early and, 30 min calling the number provided without anyone answering and going around 8 floors of a parking lot looking for the place. Horrible Service – Potentially a Scam! This was, without a doubt, the worst service experience I've had. My confirmed June 1st appointment led to a 30-minute wait with no one showing up. When I finally reached them by phone, they rescheduled me for the next day. The second attempt was just as frustrating: another 30-minute wait, only to be told they had no one available to perform the service. They assured me a refund would be issued, but it's been weeks, and despite numerous calls, I've received nothing and no response. This company's practices feel deeply deceptive.

This place is a scam do not go here. I paid upfront for my service (I know, I've now learned my lesson) just to be ghosted several times and not refunded. I drove out to Seattle the time and day of my appointment just for him to tell me that he couldn't do the detail that day and that it needs to be rescheduled. He then proceeded to ghost me and never refund my purchase. Save yourself the time and money, DO NOT GO HERE.

Operating in the heart of downtown Seattle is no easy task but Najfan Car Cafe gets it done with their prime drop off and pick up location. They have the ample amount of space to take on just about any detailing task. They do it with precision. I consistently need my car detailed for rental purposes and every detail is met with perfection and precision. You have to do business here. Prices are variable,affordable and flexible to meet your cleaning needs.

I wish I can give less than a one star. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a detailing service. I booked an appointment, but he never showed up. When I called, he said he had just seen the appointment and offered to reschedule. I rebooked, and again he didn’t show on time. After calling, he told me he was running 30 minutes late, so I waited over an hour. When I called again, he claimed he couldn’t accommodate due to building restrictions. I asked for full refund, but he has been ignoring my text and call for a week. I eventually had to file a dispute through my credit card company. The communication is terrible and you have to chase him for updates. If you are not a resident, expect additional hassle just getting into the parking garage where there is no service at P7 so you have to go up and down just to call him for an update. If you are considering this business for a detailing job, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This was absolute unprofessional experience.

Bad service. I will not recommend anyone. I booked interior car detailing and I left with my car being worse than I showed up with. The guy called me multiple times to get it fixed, after giving him 3 days he still failed to do the job. The service costed me $248, but it is not even worth anything. He didn’t put my mats back on the car when I received it back.

The person I met was very nice, it took longer than planned. When I got the car back there were obvious things that were not up to snuff. The person offered to clean these things that were missed and we arranged for me to bring the car back the next day at 3.I showed up and texted that I was there and never heard from them. Very obvious things were not cleaned. There was festival paint still on the car and bugs still on the front and still crumbs in the buttons and dust in other detailed areas. The car was cleaner than when I left it. The moon roof glass wasn’t cleaned on the inside and the windshield had smudges on the interior glass.
