The owner tries to work things out with customers so they can pay full price cheap chemicals they don’t clean the inside well and your money disappears when you get it back terrible service

They do not clean well at all. They cut corners and if you don’t inspect the inside, it seems like they didn’t even touched it. I usually tip well, but I’ll just give someone else my money and go somewhere else.

Mr. Shine Hand Car Wash on Market Street in San Jacinto City, Tx. took the paint off of two vehicles and will not take responsibility for doing it. If I could give this business a 0 I would. I have pictures of the damage that was caused.

Took my truck to wash on 8/11/24 they wash the truck but they stole my air pod out the truck didn't realize it tell Monday. when I need them I pin them and it show there. they told me that they can't do anything about lost or stole stuff out ur truck so don't take yall car there they are thief.

I took my truck to get washed and they stole some items from inside the console. I will never take my vehicles there again! I see alot of reviews on here about stuff missing and getting stolen out of the vehicles.. Looks like they need to look into their employees.. This does not look good on a business!!

Very unprofessional. My mom Waited in line and had two cops waiting behind her and when she was next they let one cop go before her and she told the lady and they said just that one and then they did it again! She had already been waiting about and hour and they let them skip her. She paid for the vaccum and left.

Awesome guys! They do a wonderful job. I came here last week in my car for the first time and not back with my suv. This is definitely now my go to hand carwash spot. Very pleased with the wash the guys did. Hand washed my 4 door pickup for $30. The worker that stood out to me the most is Jesus. Seemed very passionate about his work and the quality in it. He was Very friendly and polite as well. I certainly hope his work and work ethic does not go unnoticed from his bosses because myself as a first time customer will come back and recommend him & Mr shine to others.
