Best Hand Car Wash in Reno. The guys there do an awesome job hands down. I have a 80lb Siberian Huskie and they take out all his furr out of my Jeep grand cherokee interior. They leave it like new when I bought it and exterior wash last for weeks and leaves a shine like the paint job was new. The price is fair so if your a cheap skate and worried about money. Then go there because you pay for what you get.

Has really gone down hill! Went in for a wash today, and not only had their price went up to $45 for a wash and vacuum, but he wanted $85 since I had some dog hair. So he then said if I wanted him to not vacuum the dog hair it would be $65 instead. So why would I pay him $20 over their normal price if they weren't even going to vacuum there whole car?!? And the worker Miguel was super rude about it. That place used to be crazy busy and there wasn't a soul in there today. Go figure the way they are trying to rip people off now. I guess the only way you'll ever get a normal price car wash (at a whopping $45) is if you bring it to them already clean. 🙄

If I could give 0 stars I would. My gf came in for a wash and vacuum for 35$ , they charged her 70 EXTRA dollars because there was dog fur and would not communicate to her in English to explain why. Definitely the type of place that will bait and switch on price which is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. Never again, please use this review to apply to your life so you don't get ripped off. Who charges 105$ for just a wash and vacuum ?

I came into Mr. Magic in desperate plea before returning a rental. Tony made sure to only give me realistic quotes and advice about my situation. He was so helpful, honest, and to the point! & boy does he see detail!! The car looked and felt back to brand new, I even gasped when I returned to the car. My opinion is that this guy is the best, he's been in the business for 30 years, seen it all and fixed it all! He is literally "Mr. Magic"!

My car was stolen so I wanted it completely clean & detailed. They did an excellent job! It looked almost brand new. Took out all the seats and steam cleaned.. fixed little things that were broken etc. I was very happy with their work and will do it again in a year or so.

I brought my car in to get oxidation removed from the hood and trunk of my car. The employee told me it would cost $125 for the work to be done. Mid-work, the owner of the business came in and re-quoted me for $375 after the employee already started work. I ended up paying over $500 out the door for the buff and machine wax; the problem didn't get fixed. I asked the employee how long he had been working there and he responded over 10 years. That made me wonder how can an employee that had been working there for over 10 years not know how to quote a job. The obvious answer is that the owner ripped me off. I then asked after getting back my car if I should have just painted it for how much I charged and he said yes. It was obvious the employee felt bad because he knew that the owner ripped me off. In fact, the owner charged me 3x-4x more than what I was originally quoted after work was already being done to my car. In addition, the oxidation came back 2 weeks later. THE COST WILL DEPEND ON WHO YOU TALK TO; AVOID THE OWNER.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Miguel and Fabian and the staff. They took my 2015 white Versa Note and gave it new life. I will NOT go anywhere else. Easy communication and these guys KNOW their stuff. Win-win

Best car detailing in town! Majority of the guys there have been there 10+ years! They know their stuff. Tony the owner is very meticulous and demands the same from his crew. Always happy with the work and the price is fair.

I’m selling my mothers car for her. They did a good job. Missed a couple pretty apparent spots that I cleaned myself. The sales techniques are a little aggressive. They will quote you less over the phone than in person. I get it though they need to get people in the door. They guys were friendly, the car looks great. Except to spend 70-105 here. Will Be back

Wow, what a total unprofessional scam. I usually don't write reviews but felt compelled to share with others to stay away from this place. I called about a week in advance to make an "appointment". After driving about an hour, when I got there I was told that they didn't have room so I said that I had made an appointment and the guy reluctantly said okay and that he would fit me in. Originally I was quoted $385 to detail my Subaru Outback, (which is in all honesty was not very dirty and I thought that was a bit pricey) upon arriving he told me it would be at least $800. I have been in the car industry quite some time and actually own a dealership and have previously owned a detail shop of my own. I have never heard in my life of anyone charging $800 to do a normal detail, so I said no. He then proceeded to say he would do it for $485 and I told him no and left. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO TO THE BUGGY BATH (they are usually booked quite far in Advance but they do a superior job for a quarter of the price). These guys won't be in business much longer I can guarantee that. HORRIBLE PLACE, HORRIBLE SERVICE, SHADY AS CAN BE.

If you are a single woman beware! I dropped my car off to be detailed today. I was told the price would be $450.00, which was high but I figured they did great work and it would be worth it. When I went to pick up my car, I was told the bill was $550.00. It was my word against the person that told me the price, so I had to pay it because I had no proof of what he told me. He had written on the intake calendar $550.00. He never called me to say it would be more. If you want to be certain that you are charged what you were told, I suggest you get it in writing when you drop your car off. The detailing job was good, but the extra $100.00, I feel, was a scam and I will not be going back to this establishment no matter how good of a job they did. It makes me sad that my trust was abused. I believe this would not have happened to a man.

First time customer af Mr. MAGIC Car Wash. Very friendly greeting and up front price of a full service hand wash. Waiting area was roomy and a short walk away was a great little coffee shop. Car was so clean inside and out. Everything was shiny and windows were spotless. Service was worth every dollar!!!

Came here to get my car detailed. They told me it would be $165. I thought that was a little high but i had heard good things.. i was wrong. Picked up my car 3 hours later when they told me it would be 2hrs tops. My seats weren’t wiped down, corners of the car still showing dirt marks. They literally pressure washed the outside and wiped down the wheels with armor all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

New to the Reno area and popped in to get a quick car wash. I had apparently dropped a $100 bill under the seat not realizing, and was pleasantly surprised when it was returned to me. Not many people are that honest these days, so that in itself made a lasting impression on me and I would recommend these guys to anyone. And of course the service was great. My car was spotless like brand new.

I bought my Corvette a couple of years ago, with a big divit and ding in the clear protective bra. I decided to get some quotes for the clear bra and detailing, and boy, did I hit a goldmine. I had been referred to Tony at Mr Magic by a Reno Corvette Club member, and stopped by to get an estimate on detailing. I explained what I wanted and how I was going to replace the clear bra. The Tony said he regularly works with Kat at Trimline, and they coordinate work between them, making things way easier for the customer. He explained the process that would take place once Trimline did their work, and then we started talking detailing the car. There are several levels of detailing to choose from, each getting more complex and detailed for a finer finish. Tony even demonstrated the difference between the level of finish on the rear quarter panel of the car, so I could see the difference. I appreciated that he listened to me about what I was wanting, offered suggestions to meet those requirements, and spoke to me professionally and as someone that knew what I wanted. Sometimes, being female and talking to a man about my car can be frustrating. When the attitude and demeanor is that I don't know anything because I am female, that is an automatic walk signal. The car is 15 years old, so while I want it to look nice, it is not a show car. I opted for the machine wax and between Tony and Kat at Trimline, got my appointment coordinated and scheduled for a week out. Tony also said he could take care of small scratches and minor chips, so I offered up matching paint for those repairs. I felt so comfortable with Tony and his ability to coordinate with the trim shop, and the glowing recommendations of his quality work, I didn't get any other quotes. I believe you get what you pay for, and I was looking for a more through detail than a hundred bucks would get me, but didn't need top of the line either. True to their words, Tony coordinated with the trim shop to get the clear bra replaced and then finished up the detail. The car was BEAUTIFUL! Tony pointed out a couple of places to watch as the clear bra cured and made a couple of suggestions on care and maintenance of my new finish. I am really happy with the care and patience Tony had with me as I stopped by with questions before my appointment day. He is personable, timely and professional with his customer care and service. I will be taking my black Corvette to Tony in the spring for a more intense detail job, again to be coordinated with Trimline. It is great to find collegues in related businesses that can work together to make the customer experience AMAZING! Money spent on making my car look pretty is not a necessity and there is lots of competition for that dollar. Working together with like minded professional people, who provide good value and a friendly, helpful experience makes me feel like I am part of a family. I like that. Thank you.

I got my truck waxed and detailed here today! They are the best in town. It’s the only car wash I can leave without double checking the work. I get what I pay for, and more. Which is the way it should be. Also, if you ever want work done to your vehicle, this is the place to go. Tony knows everything about cars and trucks, down to the chemical makeup. A true credit to the industry and a legend. Thanks again Tony!

The best car wash I have ever been to! The customer service is 5 stars and so is the wash. I have a dog - I wish I took before pics but my car was just filled with dog hair all over the place. Not only does my car look brand new on the outside - after the wash I literally could not find one dog hair inside!! Look at the photos I was blown away !!
