Damaged the paint on my new car on the right rear bumper. I have given management ample time to make this right but they do not return my calls and ignored the filed complaint. Completely unprofessional. I would advise everyone to avoid this place.

This place was great. We were traveling through and came across Goffys. Figuring I was about to see the in-laws thought I would avoid the looks of judgment. I was taken back at what a great job was done. From the guy that prewashed the car to the hand dry by the kid at the exit who gave attention to the details like the windows. I have a pick and everyone always misses the back window but this guy really took care of all of it. I give him a lot of credit. That has to be a tough job, all day it was probably 85⁰ out. I don't know his name but he was about 25 and had red hair. I'll be back if not for anything his attention to detail.

Sadly I didn’t get to go through yesterday because Goofys is no longer Goofys as it was just purchased by new owners. (although nothing indicates new owners all the same signage etc) when I pulled up I was told my $10 “Good” pass that I purchased with a book a few months back would not be honored. Please do something about this and let people know before they pull up and put your new staff in difficult situations .

Went there, car fell off assembly line for no reason, after we fell off, debris that was left on the runway ended up lodged in our tire. It very obviously happened here and they have done nothing about it. Don’t go here, you will likely damage your car. As an update, the owner has had the accident report for a month and still haven’t heard anything from them. It seems the man is avoiding his business all together after hearing he was sought after. Very cowardly, will pay more in damages than what car wash is worth.

I got the $9 car wash. The guy in the beginning did more of the washing than the automated wash. The brushes didn't spin fast enough for them to do more than just tip my car. If it weren't for the hand drying my car would still be dirty.

Employee was more interested in cleaning their personal car then helping a paying customer. Waited, doors were open and open sign on, and he just continued to clean his car next to the building. I'll make the drive to zax next time.

This is the car wash and self-grooming center that your car will love! With service and prices that can't be beat. Try Goofy's just once then you will never go anywhere else. P. S. Their low cost monthly sticker is good for unlimited visits.

Have lived only quarter miles away I never used this place since I had my power washer, but I am getting ready to move and Michigan winter is harsh on my car and I dont have a power washer anymore so I decided to take it in. They are very professional and gentleman that was pre soakinv/soaking drying my car hit every spot. I felt terrible that I didn't have any cash on me at that moment. I highly recommend this place to anyone that's considering it. They also have monthly fee for unlimited wash.

Had to run my car through twice to get the dirt off. The guy running the place was friendly but the car wash and equipment is horrible. It needs to be torn down and completely renovated. Maybe Jax could come in and turn it around.

the worker was great and nice! but the wash left a bunch of scratches on my car. the soap wasn’t even rinsed off my car fully at the end and the drying machine barely dried my car at all. wouldn’t recommend this place tbh

I thought Mr. Goofy's was great and very affordable! I always get anxiety about lining my tires up correctly on the little track thing so I'm so glad there is an attendant there to direct you. They also super thoroughly sprayed down my car even before I went through the wash just to make sure all the gunk gets off. I'll be back to use them!

Barely good enough because of the convenience of living close. The pre clean is lacking and consistently leaves dirty spots, same spots every time for months that I clean myself. They seem understaffed, all the great people I’ve met there are gone. Instead of it taking longer, they do less work; no more hand drying, even when they have multiple people. They don’t pay attention when guiding your car in and you’ll end up bumping your car if you’re not careful. Try going in at an angle, they’ll just stare at the floor and wave you forward.

There really needs to be a ZERO STAR OPTION on these reviews (c'mon Google ! ), because that is PRECISELY what Mr. Goofy's rates in my opinion. A couple years ago, I bought three of their coupon books (15 BEST washes total) for $132. All was fine until last summer, when I was told that they could not take "big trucks" due to an equipment problem in the car wash. (my truck is a 4 wheel drive Dodge Ram). Multiple times I went there only to hear the same story. (they never answer their phone, by the way). Today, Feb 20, 2024, I hardheadedly tried Mr. Goofy's again, only to once again be given the same worn out excuse. So at that point, I asked for a refund on my unused coupons which I had brought with me. But guess what, I was informed in no uncertain terms that new management no longer accepts car wash coupons, and furthermore, absolutely NO REFUND would be possible or forthcoming. So whoopee, I am out about $65 bucks on that lousy, stinking, raw Mr. Goofy's deal. My advice is to go somewhere else, as they don't hand dry vehicles anyway, which leaves them water spotted in my experience. Your results may vary --- good luck.

It was OK. Got their most expensive wash. It was $11 and tipped 4 bucks to the gentleman doing the prespray and whi I assumed would dry the car, but I didnt recieve the hand towel dry like it mentioned. Waited for a minute it so, but was busy so left. Quite a bit of soap was still ALL over my car... the car wash was aggressive enough to push my mirrors in. 🤷‍♂️ wasn't the worst car wash ive been to but i wont be going back. Wouldn't recommend

Very pleased with the car wash overall plus the guy who hand dry my lil baby took his time & did a excellent job had a lot of bug Splats on my bumper and windshield and they did just a tremendous job I would recommend them to anyone
