Very unprofessional staff. They do not even acknowledge you, do not even look at you when you enter the place, and they were jocking around. The waiting are is terrible, it stinks like cigarettes and is not clean. It looks old. They did a good job on the outside part of the car, but inside they did a bad job. They did not vacuum all the car and have some parts that were not clean. They do not wipe all the car from inside either. I needed to come home and clean the spots that they missed. The place is not welcoming at all and I wanted to run away from that place. Regrest going in there. The lady that was running my credit card, was talking on the phone all the time. Super rude and unprofessional. Do not waste your time at this place. I wish I could have my money back. I am NEVER going back there again. Terrible experience!

This is the only place I'll take my vehicle. $25 for the VIP package gets your car hand washed and dried, and interior gets vacuumed, wiped down, and windows cleaned. $5o-60 gets all that plus a good wax job. They could be a little quicker, so I wouldn't recommend stopping if you're in a hurry. The guys that work here are honest and work their butts off.

Whenever I am in town I bring my moms Lexus here to get washed and the interior cleaned up. She rarely washes her car so it is pretty well roached. It takes a while to get cleaned up but they always do a wonderful job. The price is right and they get the car looking new again. I'll be bringing it back in a few weeks. Always tip these folks. Cleaning up a car is hard work. Thank you!

I usually don't expect people to do a better job on something I own than I would do myself. This place is a little garage, with a few guys that pumps out productivity at premium quality. For the 25 bucks I spent, my car was wonderfully clean. Finger marks were minimal-- the guys took a little extra time so in the end the vehicle felt 'complete'. Bravo you guys. I will return.

I had a bad case of sun baked hard water spots on my 2018 SUV. I tried hand washing the car and the spots were unaffected. The serviceman at our dealership recommended JJ's. I was very happy with the final product. All spots are gone and the car looks great. I read the comments and many are valuable. The business did exceptional work, but do not expect a Ritz Carlton waiting room. Just good hard working folks who know what they are doing. Thank you

Took SUV in for a in and out VIP this is what my car looked like 50 dollars later. Have used this place for years and the prices go up and the services have depleted i every way would not advise anyone to use this place. I will not return!

Not bad for the price but they rush through and I still had dirt inside and outside of my car. I gave a 10$ tip anyway but I could of cleaned my own car. Next time I’ll stick to taking my car to be detailed & paying the cost for what I was seeking. Again it is affordable if you don’t feel like cleaning the inside/outside of your own vehicle

Not only were the employees really kind, the owner and I talked for over an hour like we had been friends for years! The service was amazing! I was blown away the first time I had gone to them, but second time was even better! Mind you, they were not open due to this ice storm. I just so happened to call and see if they were opened, to which the owner stated, I will be there! 10/10! Thanks for good service and kindness!

I brought the car in to get cleaned after spilling a shake on the seats. The employees were pleasant. The outside was thoroughly cleaned. But they did a subpar job on the inside of the car. The photos attached are from AFTER they allegedly cleaned the seats and the floor. The sticky mess from the spilled shake is still there. I should have checked the car inside and out before I paid $45 and even left a tip!

The worst experience!!! I paid $200 for the Detailed plan and the engine. But after about 5 hours, like a regular plan, the inside and outside had been washed quickly. There was some dirt seen inside and outside and inside the hood. Plus, when I went to pick up the car, instead of being parked in a corner, it was left running in the middle of the street. Overall, I won't bring my car here anymore and don't recommend it to others either. I think it was more worth it if I washed it by myself.

Some reviewers say it’s unprofessional. They may be right. There’s no opportunity to sign up to be on an email list or earn rewards. They’ll take your name down on a soggy pad of lined paper and you’ll get the best damn car detailing you’ll find. I bring my truck here every year after the landscape season and drive away feeling like I left the dealership with a new car.
