It was a nice fast paced experience once I purchased the fast pass. Just drive up and go. Very minimal wait time. My vehicle still had some dirty spots on it though. Noy too much of an issue as I can go through as many times as I wish for one time per day I believe. And to be fair, there was a lot of caked on mud along the rocker panels and other places from two-tracking. That's some different stuff to get completely clean in one round. I also really appreciate the powerful vacuums and compressed air you can use as part of the service. Along with fresh microfiber clothes. Not perfect, but a good experience.

I’ve been going to zippy for a year and never had a problem until today. I went through for a car wash and when I was in there the guy was putting everyone very close together. Half way through the wash the car behind hits my car. So I start honking because in there they have multiple signs that say honk in case of a problem. So I honked like 4 times and nothing happened. The car hit me for a second time. As soon as I was able to get out of there I did. When I went to tell them what happened in the office they claimed they didn’t hear all the honking. The girl named R says she didn’t hear it and neither did her manager or the guy washing the car. Mind you the girl was wearing headphones and talking. Had they been doing their jobs maybe they would have heard 1 of 4 honks. And even after all the my brand new car still came out dirty, dented, and scratched. I’ve only had this car for a week. I canceled my membership and will be going to the new car wash down the street.

Prices are high but the wash is nice. Had a membership a handful of months ago and went came out with some scratches I didn't go in with, but I didn't have photos of the car before so I couldn't prove the carwash did it. Either way it's still a decent wash.

I hate to leave a bad review but after a year of great car washes I had a bad experience today. After getting the silver wash, I noticed little chips of paint missing from my car as well as scratch marks. It may not be a big deal to some but I’ve had this car for 10 years with 0 rust issues and I don’t need that to start now. Disappointed in the quality of the wash and I won’t be coming back

Pretty good prices and quality of car wash. I got the silver and was happy with the results. I like that they have the air dryers that don't drag over your car. However I did have a couple of streaks from what I assume were due to the scrubbers. seems like they might have rubber incorporated with the cloth? you can rub the marks out, but that was my only complaint. overall good place

This location has awful service, I paid to get my service reactivated, only for the guy in the office to not reactivate my card. When I returned for my membership car wash, I was told to go to their website to get the manager’s email. This is entirely to much for their mistake.

I would have given them five star, however, l worked shift l changed from midnight to afternoon, so l often stopped around 12:45 am to put air in my tire. I recently discovered the air pump is shot down at night,but we pay for the service beecause it was open 24/7 for air and vacuum machine.

I AM GLAD that this business is finally getting a competition!! This location is very good to wash your wallet, but not your vehicle. I wonder whether they even have a manager!! One of the worst Zippys location. They charged me for a monthly pass even though it was cancelled. I was told that I should talk to the owner for refunds I visited the office multiple times , but owner was never available and Still no luck with the refund on double charge !!

All of these are bad. Even when purchasing upgraded services my truck leaves still dirty. Not a little dirty- visible mud all along the bottom half of my car. Employees are doing the best they can - im guessing the owner is horrible to them - sure seems to not care about them or his customers. Please don't give him any of your money.

The Carpenter Rd Zippy location is a total SCAM. Paid extra for the under carriage flush and rinse but appears that they either turned off the under body spray function to save money or fail to fix it. Called and spoke with the guys that work there and they said they would fix it and never did. Took my car there yesterday to get the dirt off from under the car, I live on a dirt road, and under carriage was bone dry and still dirty. What a waste of money. Check under your car after the wash at this site.

Locked myself out of my car and the zippy employees were very hospitable. I didn’t grab his name but a young man with dreads working 1/10/26 at 12pm took the time out of his day to try his best to help me get in my car and let me use the office phone to call a tow truck. He even looked up a better deal than what was offered initially for the lock out service. And did it all with a smile. It’s this level of hospitality and courtesy that keeps me coming to Zippy. Thank you and give tht man a raise. He’s representing the company right.

My truck want super dirty so figure let’s get a wash. Spent 18 on the best one they have and you would think maybe ur truck will come out clean . Nope they didn’t even really spray it down before it went through .still have dirty and mud on the sides . Sad part is that my truck wasn’t even that dirty just dust from dirt roads. Definitely won’t wast my money or time at this one ever again.

This car wash is mid but it's in a convenient location. The parking lot layout is atrocious, with vacuums on both sides of the wash and no way to get out by going around the car wash. The machines went down today and some thirty odd cars got turned away. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to notify the people waiting, and getting out of the lot was a mess. I went over to Tommy's instead and I'll be going there from now on.

Superb place to get your car cleaned. Big fan of the internal cleaning service lanes - you have vaccuum access for the inside, air blower and towels with a special dispensor for polishing/cleaning fluid to clean internally. Plus you can also hand in your floor mats to be washed separately which is absolutely great! Am looking for something similar in Windsor but cannot find :(
