I’ve been to this car wash two times. It is 10 miles from my home but I heard such great things about it I decided to give it a try The first time they did such an amazing job. I had sand in my car from the beach and they vacuumed it until it was perfectly clean. There were even cars behind me and they move them so they could get to them while they were doing mine and they did not cut my time short. They made sure it was done. Today I went again, again back from the beach. This time there was not as much sand. But I was very disappointed that there was still sand in my trunk and ion my seats when they were finished. . They were no other cars there and they rushed it. It was kind of a sloppy job. I was disappointed andmay end up going back to the car wash closer to my home. The staff at Joe’s are always very friendly, though. I do appreciate that

A great car was better than the white water the bugs come off myat Mr C's they actually take the time to spray them and wash them down my F-150 and the bed door gets cleaned not like white water where the bugs are still there in the back of the bed is still dirty

Since they are close to my home I wanted to try them out. Bought the unlimited washes for $25.99 and went through. At the end they hand dry your windows and mirrors etc, and the guy on the passenger side pushed the mirror in and it came out of the housing. Some plastic part was broken. The manager basically let me know that he can't do anything about that, it must be a preexisting damage, they are not responsible for damages and the car is older than 10 years anyway. So yeah, basically I'm on my own with that, because it seems I'm the only person ever who had any problem there and it didn't break with thousands of other cars. What I heard was that they really don't care anyway. So, unlimited washes canceled, no more business to Mr C's from me. I'm back to where I went before even if it's further to drive for me.

This is the best car wash in town. There's no doubt about it. However, if you get here at closing time, hoping to sneak in a quick vacuum or car wash, don't bother because they close promptly and I can't fault them for that guys Wanna go home. if you need your car washed, Come here. the other ones around town that operate on the membership automated service are absolute garbage.

This is my second year with Mr. C's! At every visit I've been greeted with welcome words and a big smile 😀. Extra time is taken to wipe down my car and it shines like new when I leave. What more could I want?? I've previously gone to other subscription car washes. Mr C's is better all the way around. I highly recommend them.

Equipment on the Driver side did not work. The equipment on the Passenger side is scratching paint off of your vehicle.

Tried for a while, and went down the street for much better-quality wash, prices, and customer appreciation. Veteran discount and later hours. No problems going through more than once in a day.

Did everything exactly how I paid for it (Bill’s Best Exterior). Wiper blades lifted and wiped underneath. Bug sponge used on my super bugged up front bumper and windshield. Mirrors blown out. Towel stick used on back windshield where they can’t reach. Tires dressed on both sides. awesome job!

When it was Joe's it was just as good. What happened Joe?! We miss you! Anyways this new owner boosted the prices by $5.Its pretty steep even in 2023. My rainx lasts a lot longer than the rainx windshield stuff they claim to use. I've only gotten exterior washes here so I don't know about thier interior cleaning.There's no rewards program. Jax car wash has one and they're a chain like Mr C's so can you have one too?

I have the $25 monthly membership and have for the last 3 years since we moved to the area . First an foremost, I am not sure why it is not regular practice to spray the front of the vehicle and mirrors to get the bugs off before you spray the rest of the vehicle . This shouldnt be something that you should have to ask for special!! We are paying for the vehicle to be clean when we are thru the wash, every time that i come here i have to scrub the bugs off after the wash which is totally ridiculous because I am paying for a service and it is not being done properly. Instead the employees rather rush you thru so they can hang out in the back room rather than give the customer proper service that they are paying for . Not to mention there is equipment that has been broken for almost 2 years and hasnt been fixed so you arent getting the full service that you are paying for because of this missing and broken equipment. Any other Mr.C's that I have been to they pay close attention to detail when cleaning and servicing your vehicle, including wiping the door jams and making sure that the outside of your vehicle is totally clean when you leave!! I am not sure why it is different at this location especially since there is another car wash being built less that a football field away . If things do not get better before the new car wash Is built I will be looking to go elsewhere.
