Pretty nice setup I got the fire and ice wash for $25 which is but I think it's well worth it. My car looked soo much nicer. Even coated a few minor scratches I have. Always gotta tip the guys who wipe down the cars. And as always the better you tip the better the job they usually do lol.

When I went in for an interior/exterior detailing, no one was in the office. When I pulled around and paid for the basic service at the automated kiosk, I was then greeted by a very impatient & annoyed attendant. And then when I got my car back, I found that my driver-side headlight was out, probably due to the improper cleaning techniques they used. I was pulled over later that night by police saying my headlight was out. Lovely. Would not recommend to anybody in the Joliet area. Avoid at all costs.

Do not come here. If I could rate this 0 starts I would. I guess you pay for what you get. I paid for a vacuum and for an exterior wash and tipped them a decent tip before I saw my car.... wish I looked before I did. They caused damage to the front of my car, and when I noticed I turned around and called the manager 5 minutes later. He said they're not held responsible for damages due to a sign? I didn't see one, and if there is I'm sure it's fine print. He told me to come back and he would fix it... but didnt really. He offered me a free car wash... the one that damaged my car in the first place. So obviously I said no. Then I pointed out that my car was not vacuumed either.. he asked me to re vacuum it, I also said no. I wanted a reimbursement of my money and that was a no. This place is a joke. Young kids doing the work. Would never recommend. Now I have to pay more money to get it done again, the right way.

Horrible. Will never go back. Used to be a good place to take your car, not anymore. I spent $27 dollars to have my new car look like it did when I brought it. Vacuumed horribly. Told me they would vacuum trunk, must have just opened and closed it because it wasn't touched. Fingerprints all over still. Took FOREVER. Cashier looked right at me trying to purchase an air freshener, grabbed her purse and said she was leaving. No one else came for 15 minutes, I had to hunt someone down. Manager was full of excuses. Not worth it. Had to go down the street and do it myself anyway.

Worst car wash I've ever been to, I paid for their most expensive car wash ($25) for a full size pick up truck thinking it would be their most complete car wash available and even paid extra to wash the floor mats ($2) to find out they did not cleaned or vacuum the interior. When I approached the employee drying the vehicle he responded that he was not responsible for it, that someone inside the wash bay was supposed to do it. I went to speak with the person in charge to ask if it's part of the wash and she responded: "Yes, only first & second row" so I went ahead and told her my vehicle has not been vacuum nor cleaned whatsoever and she just rolled her eyes at me and did not even offered to get it done so I just walked out and when to a Self Car Wash to do it myself. If I'm paying for a Car Wash/Vacuum I expect to get the service I'm paying for, not expecting to get a detailed job. I would never use their services ever again.

My first time coming here I had to interact with Olivia. She was so rude I asked for my money back and went somewhere else before my car even hit the wash. I will never go back or spend my money with anyone as rude as her. Zero stars

I wish I could say it was great it wasn't. The floor wasn't vacuumed and the only reason I go on Wednesday for the special. It wasn't crowded at all and we were the only vehicle as long it took at the end. The cleaning used to be real good. I hope they can find good help because its poor save your money and go somewhere else or roll your sleeves up and do it yourself.

We went on Saturday. Was not very busy at all but the sun was bright. You couldn't really watch them cleaning your car. They did not clean the floor mats or the inside of the windows or wiped off the dash of the council. They did it. Awful job. Very disappointed

I have brought my new car there twice. First I’d say it was good. Not great but okay. Last time which was Feb 17, 2020 it was HORRIBLE! Inside front vacuumed but not back floor or rear of SUV. Dirt on the bottom of both front doors and still had mud on outside plus spots of salt. I always tip well ($10) and did so as I walked out to my car. I was not happy with this service this time! My son use to work there back in 1992-1995. The service has always been excellent until lately! Either get people who are willing to go the extra mile (especially for good tips) or shut it down. I am VERY disappointed!!! Probably look elsewhere !

At first glance I thought they did a good job but when I got home and really looked it over I literally had to rewipe my entire vehicle due to the numerous spots that were missed I paid extra for the floor mats to be clean & they were still dirty I should’ve listened to the others reviews smh never again

Took my car in for the top package. It still had dirt on the body of the car and bird poop on the windshield, not vacuumed, dash and console not wiped off 😡 When I mentioned this to the attendant his response was “this is all I do “ and walked away!!! I could have done a better job myself! NEVER AGAIN, I had higher hopes for something owned by John Bays.

I would give this place 5 stars if the manager wasn't so rude to customers. I been coming to this business for over 30yrs and never experienced NO rudeness until these past 2yrs. If they didn't do such a good job I would definitely go elsewhere, but don't get it mistaken, I will find elsewhere if this rudeness continues. Not going to spend money where I get treated rudely at. Other than that the business and other employees are great.

I took my Cadillac Lyriq for a hand wash and paid $55.00. They didn't clean the doors, dashboard or the dashboard panel inside windows and no tire care. And left a red spot on my white leather interior! I took my car back and got a lame excuse about some people not wanting that done. When they go through the automatic all that is done, even the windows inside and out. I will never go back

I paid to wash and clean the interior of my car today. It was as if the car was not washed, stains everywhere. This is terrible. I can’t imagine going back there again.

Worse place in all of Joliet to take your car to wash. I drive a 2026 Crv and paid for a full wash inside and outside. They were done in maybe 20 minutes and when they said it was done I thought wow very fast service. Well joke on me nothing inside was cleaned at all, not wiped or vacuumed at all. To bad I can't post the pictures!!!

I came up with Motor Mat. I was very sad to find out the hard way there's new owners. This new car wash is terrible. They couldn't even let me inside while they cleaned my truck while it was freezing outside. They offered no discount for the inconvenience. What disturbed me the most is that the employees had nowhere to warm up. Poor customer service and even poorer working conditions. Do not support this place.

This is hands-down one of the best car spa experiences I’ve had in Joliet. Shoutout to Junior and Alex — they did a phenomenal job. You can tell they take pride in their work.
