Just bought a new black corvette so was looking for a good touchless wash. Unfortunately I feel like my car was dirtier when I left the wash than when I got there. The initial water they put on your vehicle smells like eggs and the dryers are very week compared to other washes.

I am very upset with this location. They charge us every month for the unlimited membership but lately they are closed in the morning due the weather. The next couple of days it’s going to do 10 Fahrenheit and of course it’s winter! So I suppose they are gonna be closed in the mornings the rest of the week.So what’s is the point to pay every month for a service that I can’t use?. Today I counted 5 cars trying to get into the car wash and we couldn’t. I hope the change that.

It had been a few weeks since my car was cleaned and after a trip i knew i needed a good wash and interior cleaning! Front of the vehicle was full of bugs didn't even come all off the first time around, talked to Miguel at the drying part of the wash and he told me to go around and he would take care of it, which he did! Miguel pressure washed it him self and made sure the job was done. He then met me at the drying part as well and touched it up! One of my best experiences there. You guys need more people like Miguel there!! Inside was ok, but definitely needs work seems like employees in there are just going thought the motions and not giving any attention to the vehicle. Left and still had dust in my dashboard and touch screen. Like how does that even get missed if its a interior cleaning. Other then that great experience

Very bad service. I paid almost $200 for a wash inside and out. I wanted a hand car wash and they almost put my truck through the machine wash! When they were done the inside was almost as dirty, the wash was horrible inside and out! When I approached the supervisor I was told there was nothing they could do. I paid an incredibly high price for a ridiculously bad wash. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.

They always do a phenomenal job detailing the inside and outside of my car! Always very respectful and willing to work with me on what I need. The self service vacuums are a little weak, but their detailing service makes up for it. I do miss the full Brickoven Cafe, but they do still have the waiting area and other food options you can choose from when you wait. I know there are some negatives there, but like I said, they do make up for it!

I have a auto detailing membership here and I use it quite frequently. I have to say that when Adrian detailed my SUV I was quite impressed! He took his time and actually made sure my dashboard, windows, doors, windshield, I mean everything was clean and dried off. He has been the most detailed employee I’ve dealt with yet!

They damaged my brand new floor mats and they just had fill up form I asked for money back for mats but they seemed careless manager kept telling me sorry but we can’t do anything right now you to wait 2 week something crazy I know the answer on after 2 weeks will be same sorry but money i paid for it I think service not worth that much 0 out of 10 they said price includ leather cleaning but they damaged my seats and left stains on it also cuts be aware before you come here have in mind you may will get damaged your interior

My brother brought to this place after a long trip from Florida. I hate brushless car washes and this place fortified my opinion. Brushless car washes do not clean the bottom portion of cars especially below the doors and fenders. The first day I had the car exterior and interior cleaned. There are employees that stand out the entrance and spray the outside of you vehicle. I’m sure it’s to remove surface dirt but why wouldn’t they spray the wheel wells ? I had to tell the guy on subsequent visits to do this and he refused. After the crappy car wash, My car sat in the sun after the wash for about 20 min while wet. The water spots Delta Sonic left on my car was atrocious! After 3 car washes the spots are still there and now I will have to pay a professional to get them out. I would assume that a big business like this would have some kind of softening system for Illinois hard water. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

This is by far the worst delta sonic location for vacuums, I pulled into 5 different spots and none of the vaccums on either side of me were working today. So at least 10 total vacuums that I personally tried myself. Some not even connected to a hose. This has been a consistent issue for over 2 years at this point, use Gas N wash instead honestly. At least their facility is well kept and they offer more and consistently have working vacuums. How are you charging 25-40$ a month to have car washes and not keep the areas useable?

I’m an unlimited member and my truck is my baby, so I keep it clean inside and out. Overall, I think they do a great job and I go there often. Today is not the first time I’ve had Brenda do the finishing work on my truck. She does an outstanding job!! She has a great work ethic and it’s very easy to see that she takes a great deal of pride in her work!! Even my truck smiles when it sees her coming to work on it! My car looks clean on the outside as it does at any Delta I decide to go to. They advertise 99 cent coffee for members. After going into the store for the 99 cent coffee, they told me I need a membership card. I told them to give me one, long story short, they didn’t know how to give a card, not even the manager. They refused to give me my 99 cent coffee. I will not be coming back to this location. I recommend the one on 183rd. I’m disappointed every time I try another one.
