The pumps are a little outdated but I always have good customer service they need to do a better job keeping prices were everyone else is at there's too many Gas stations to pick from to pay 15 cents more sometimes even more

The fuel is over priced, the man with the white beard is rude and seems to me he over charges blacks and Hispanics. The comments about police and them not wanting them in the BP was uncalled for.

Had just come from Provena Hospital for testing and was still wearing a wrist ID and a gauze bandage from blood work. The gentlemen behind the counter acknowledged this and was kind with his words. Very thoughtful and just a pleasure to do business with. I'm from out of town but will go out of my way to visit here whenever I'm in Joliet.

The Pepsi Soda drink I bought was fantastic. Good store. I bought another 2 liter doctor pepper from a gas station. With your same name in chest hill. The Diet Pepper was so great in taste. I loved it. I couldn't find it online. So I posted it here. The black n mild ciagar, was smooth in inhaleing and exhaleing. The 1 liter Doctor Peppers were alsome.Then I tried.

I must compliment Ricardo from the BP on Jefferson street in Joliet , he was the most friendly and polite man and always helpful, and kind to each customer that comes in that store, every store needs a manager like him! That's my favorite gas station here in Joliet thanks Ricardo for making each trip to BP wonderful!

Absolute shocker that there are not more negative reviews of this gas station. I've been there three or four times and each and every time I have to move around to several different pumps to find one that will work. Not sure if they are devoid of fuel or they are just malfunctioning and won't take one of the many credit cards that I try. Even as I move around, I look to other customers that are doing the same. How this place hasn't gone out of business is unbelievable. I will never go there again. Which is a shame because it's right by my daughter's high school and it's convenient for me.

Just put 20.00 dollars gas. The credit card is not working and they forced ppl to pay at register. And when we pump the gas we assumed the gage shows full. And here is the kick..the car is brand new(less than 2000 miles). They are scamming ppl. I'm going to complain to BBB. Just be careful when you guys pumping .

If I could give 0 stars I would . Had the worst experience ever today . Cashier had an attitude was not very nice . Bathroom was filthy , had pee and poop all over . And to top it off , air machine did not work . I put in $3 worth of quarters only for me to walk back inside and the cashier tell me it’s not their problem or machine . Will never be returning . If you reading this to decide if you should try stopping here …take my advice and go to shell near Larkin . Very nice . Very clean . Very pleasant. And the Air works :) !!
