Don’t waste your time unless you’re prepared to spend $90 for an oil change! Comes with a free car wash... so what the car wash is terrible as well and we won’t be back.

They have amazing car washes. I have been going there for over 3 years for my oil changes. They do amazing work. They bring your dipstick out to you to show you your new oil. Which I really like. The staff is very friendly and nice. I will never go anywhere else. Plus when you get a service done(oil change, or a flush), you get a free $12 signature car wash with the code good for 30 days. They get you in and out fast with oil changes too. Highly recommend.

Vince is an amazing person! He provides excellent customer service and truly goes above and beyond. The crew gets me in and out quickly for oil changes, helps me fill my tires up in the winter whenever needed, change lights, and super helpful. One mistake happened years ago on my car and they’ve taken care of me since. Not sure why I took so long to get a car wash membership but for only $15, I just signed up especially since I wash my cars at least once a week! Thanks guys!!

PLEASE BE WARNED! Their carwash is extremely rough on your car’s paint. See photos of the scratches on the ENTIRE side of a 5 month old car. I signed up for their unlimited washes since the car was new, using it on average 1-2 times per week. I’ve only used Jack’s carwash so there’s nothing else to blame. This isn’t my first car to take to an automatic carwash and I am perfectly aware that fine scratches and swirl marks are an unavoidable risk when going to automatic carwashes that use brushes but these scratches are way beyond normal. The photos do not show how nasty the scratches are in person.

Wow. I came in with my two children to get an oil change done. I brought two bags to make sure I had everything they would need, including entertainment. Simply because of my experience elsewhere and being stuck there for 45 minutes to a hour. They were so kind, even with my grumpy one year old. And I was out of there in fifteen minutes. Maybe even less. Thank you thank you! Incredibly sweet employees. Always smiling. Will be seeing them again!

Want.too Jack's car wash to do a monthly pass I always been going to Jack's just doing a one time wash for $5 this time. I walked in to buy the monthly pass for $20. The man at the counter says you need to go up to the machine and hit the $20 washAnd once you get the receipt, bring it in. We will give you a code number for next time that you need to wash which I did. I brought the receipt in and the Manager said. You did not buy monthly car wash. You bought a $20 car wash and I says are there any way to rectify this? He says next time you come in within the next 7 days. Purchase a car wash for $10. The next time you could buy the $20. Monthly Pass. There was no way that he could justify my $20 into a monthly. Pass very disappointed with this place. Hopefully Jack. The owner will get in contact with me so we could justify this wash. It would be nice that if there was someone there to help at the machine to make sure that people do buy the right things that they are looking to purchase even on the inside, they could have purchased the right pass for me.

My boyfriend and I have been coming to Jack's for years. Vince is always super attentive and takes great care of us. The other day I came in for my oil change and he noticed my lights when out. He told me to come back and he would fix them which he did! Great service!

90% of the time, their heated dryers are broken. Horrible customer service when you ask what the problem is stay away from this car, wash.

I don't know who owns this place but my car got damaged last week I'm still waiting to hear back from the manager I called several times and he's never there someone there took pictures of the damage and a sheet to show the damage on the vehicle

I went around lunchtime on a weekday and they got me right in. There were several guys working in the service center and my car was ready to go from an oil change in about 15 minutes. Everyone was really friendly and they didn't try to push additional services on me like other lube centers have. I got the full synthetic change for $59.99 which I think is really reasonably priced. They even throw in a free $12 car wash - this may just be a temporary promo so don't quote me on that. Nice waiting area with comfy chairs & complimentary coffee. I know where I'll be taking my cars from now on.

I’ve given the owner more than enough time to contact me after a wash left my car scratched up and he never contacted me. The store manager is incompetent at handling a situation and he’s a joke. I feel bad for the employee who have him as manager.
