We have wash cards for our trucks so I frequently use Mortys 90% of the time it's clean so big plus . On site attendant another plus free vacuum, plus and Rags if your an early bird . My only complaint is that my favorite bay doesn't have a long enough hose for the brush but I am washing a big truck. But if you guys were awesome you would do a longer brush stick and hose in the manual bay closest to the office..

This place used to be the best car wash in town. Now it seems like everytime i go something is wrong. Credit card machine is down. Not once but twice now. Then you have to get out and tell everyone to backup and move. Brushes in self wash bays are always worn out. When turning knob to wax it takes forever for it to come out. I've told the attendant many times and all they say is I'll go check it.

I really want to like this place. Great location and a clean facility, however I’m consistently overcharged at the self-serve bays. The last time I made certain I stopped the time in the bay and even took a picture for my records. When I came home and checked my statement it showed I had been charged $30 for an $8 car wash. Given that this has happened on multiple occasions I will not be going back until this problem is resolved and wouldn’t recommend that anyone use the self serve bays.

Revised: I still love Morty’s, when it isn’t broken. We have a pass, and it’s frustrating to wait 15+ minutes for a wash when one (or more) of the bays are broken. 😞 I hope they can figure it out soon. Love this place! The prices are good, and my car always feels a little cleaner than after leaving the competition. There’s touch free, soft touch or self serve options, so something for everyone. I’d highly recommend!

This is the best car wash that I have ever been to. Their prices are way lower than any other car wash in the area and you still get a great wash. I usually get the $11 wash and it does the job very well. The vacuums also work extremely well and one time I had a hard time pulling it off because of how powerful the suction was. They also have big trash cans to use. The only downside is that there are no rags to use.

Great car wash! The vacuums used to be amazing, however the last two times I’ve gone there they suck (not literally, unfortunately). If you want a great wash this is the place, but do the vacuuming elsewhere.

Came here to wash my car myself. Won't come here again. Low water pressure. Hardly any soap or even water comes out of the scrubber. Left with as much grim on my car as I started with.

All the bells and whistles - and they charge for it too…. Used the self wash bay and everything worked great - except the foaming brush which produced very little foam, ie SOAP. So it took way too long to clean. See pics of foam brush vs tire brush. First time here, don’t know if I’ll return

We've tried this place twice and definitely aren't coming back. We just leave with a dirty car no matter what option we pay for. Idk if its a southweber issue but it really doesn't seem to get the dust or water spots off the car at all.

Great location, but unfortunately that’s about the only reason I’ve continued to use this car wash. Towels are almost never available to dry your vehicle, and the dryers don’t remove enough water to prevent water spots even when going through them slowly for the full time allotted. I also frequently notice soap residue left on my car after exiting the wash. I’ve tried going on weekends when there’s more likely to be an attendant on duty, hoping towels would be available, but that’s rarely the case. For the price of the second-highest membership tier, I expect a better experience. Comparable car washes offer more for about $15 less per month. I even tried the premium wash with wax once, but it left residue on my wheels that took significant effort to remove. It would also be nice if they provided basic interior cleaner for customers to use after exiting the wash bay, as many other car washes include this. Overall, the service doesn’t match the cost. Hoping improvements can be made, as the location itself is ideal.

Morty’s Car Wash is hands down the best car wash experience I’ve had! The place is efficient, thorough, and my car came out looking spotless. What really made the difference, though, was David’s customer service. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Morty’s Car Wash—especially if you get the chance to be helped by David!
