The wash was great and the vacuum area was working, clean, and had plenty of towels. Would for sure recommend.

I went in for a wash and came out with scratches all down the side of my car... the manager reviewed the footage, inspected the equipment and told me a brush came loose from a roller and that was the cause of the damage. I was told to go get an estimate and when I gave the estimate to the manager, he told me he would get in contact with the owner and get me taken care of. After months of back and forth with this manager, he tells me the owner has declined to pay for the damages, basically, if I want anything I would need to sue. A little advice from my experience... first get a police report - I know it seems a bit extreme, but this car wash caused almost 4000 dollars in damages to my car and has now told me to go fly a kite. Second, if there are witnesses, see if you can gather statements... get a copy of the incident report signed by the manager on duty as well. Report to your insurance immediately and supply the police report and statements. I hope people will read this and take it as a warning to completely avoid this place... there are better washes out there. The owner of Charlies car wash is about as crooked as they come... he will not stand behind his poorly maintained equipment and the damage it causes.

I feel like for an $18 car wash there shouldn't be a bunch of dirt left on the car like this. Also I paid for the turtle Wax and never even received it. this is only a couple photos. there was a lot of dirt left on the car.

I use this car wash almost an year but today i went there cz my car is dirty from outside nd i wash fist time its not clear at all . I have basic membership with them nd i ask them second time to can u pls put some pressure water with pipe on my frnt of the car they said u have too pay extra for pressure with pipe . I was very upset cz just for one pressure u gys chagre me extra nd i have membership with them for year that crazy nd its still derty in the frnt nd I decided to cncl my membership on this car wash

I've been to a lot of car washes in the area and Charlie's Car Wash is by far one of the best. It's one of those car washes that has a long enough tunnel to make you feel like your car is actually clean when you come out. I was impressed by how there was hardly any water on the car when we came out and the tires were really shiny. The vacuums are powerful, and they even have little air guns to get water out of small crevices on your car. This car wash is a great addition to the area.

I've been a monthly pass holder for 2 vehicles for a few of years and love it. My car and tall truck fit and stay spiffy, and clean of salt during the winter. We've only had a few close calls with people unaware that you can put your car in drive without touching the brake, and almost roll into them. Free vacuums and compressed air are awesome for detailing.. My kids love "beard guy" because he's so friendly whether we see him at the car wash or in the convenience store. Staff is quick to help if there are issues with the tag reader or when they get busy. I will hold a pass as long as we own our vehicles.

I love how well Charlie’s cleans my car, and the powerful vacuums, microfiber towels and spray bottles of cleaning solution. I would give them five stars, but they close too dang early in the summer. There is plenty of sunlight between 8:00 and 9:00, and it’s the perfect time to wipe down your car in the shade of the building after It’s washed. I’ve shown up at a few minutes after 8:00 several times only to return home frustrated.

Things that come standard at other carwashes you have to pay extra for here which is disappointing because it's the little things that keep you coming back, like the quick spray down before you enter the wash- that's $3 here. Its just sad that you can drop almost $10 on a wash and it only gets your car decently clean. This place is a esthetically pleasing tho, and its right next to the gas station, and to top it off there was a beautiful sunset that night. Had an huge Armada rental SUV which was absolutely covered in salt and sand from being on the flats and driving in desert area. $18 wash and the two staff on site worked their socks off to clean it perfectly. They definitely went the extra mile and the vacuums were unbelievably good. Worth every star of five stars.
