Used to be good but now they need to replace the vertical spinning soft brushes. The blowers also need work as one side of my vehicle is very wet when it is done

This is automatic brushes you drive through yourself and vacuum afterwards yourself with good strong vacuum hoses. It says $1.00 for vacuuming but then the machine won’t move unless you put in a 5th quarter!!! I had to put in 5 quarters 3X because mr car was so dirty . It worked well ——

That last few times I’ve gotten my car washed there, my car was covered in water spots. I thought the dryers weren’t working. When I went today, I asked the owner about it and he said you have to get the $15 car wash if you want the dryer. That’s absurd. I will go to the car wash in Simi from now on.

Unless you want to risk something being ripped off of your vehicle, don't go. Their brushes are not smooth like many other car washes, but rather a bit Velcro like so they can catch on the edges of something. I had a license plate and frame attached to my rear bumper which were ripped off my car causing me to have my bumper replaced. Trying to work with the management, they told me they weren't responsible and that it was my fault, and would not give me their insurance information. As my license plate was run over by the rollers and fell into their drain, I had to pick it up the next day which is when they showed me another license plate, which I quickly realized is not mine, which was also ripped off a car. Many months later, my insurance company is still pursuing this issue with their insurance.

Do not go to this car wash! The brushes are crap and they catch on parts of your vehicle. One of my windshield wipers was ripped off from my car. I retrieved the wiper but it was damaged beyond repair. I spoke to the manager. He could not have cared less. He said, didn't you read the sign? We are not responsible for any damage. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid this place of business. It's the 76 Station on Los Angeles Ave.

Car wash damaged my vehicle. They took no responsibility. Pointed to the sign. A warning to all not to use the car wash lest it knock your mirror off, too. My mirror was bent downward by the machine. The car in question is a 1985, without folding mirrors. It had never been damaged by a car wash before in the prior decades of use. It took them several years to respond.
