The staff is so friendly and the car wash is such a great deal! I have a monthly pass am loving it. I used to pay almost double to wait twice as long at my local gas station for a mediocre wash. I'm so happy I found Elite Express! The car wash is located right behind the 7-11, which may be difficult to spot at first, but its less than 30 seconds from the 101 off-ramp on the Las Virgenes exit.

The employees are so nice and do a great job. But the carwash itself doesn’t do much. I’ve been paying for the $30 package for nearly a year and it doesn’t clean my 2 series well at all. The rims are never cleaned and any dirt near the ground stays after the wash. The last couple of times I’ve went with bird poop on my windows and sunroof and it didn’t take any of it off. Just canceled my membership

Only one side of my car got the pre spray and broom and the soap during the wash. How does a car only get one side for an express wash? Half effort job, hence, half the available stars.

Sadly this car wash NEVER gets the cars clean and the vaccums have little to no suction. They also scratched my car. Other people have complained about this. I have two large scratches which I know was from them because I wash my car a lot and pay very close attention. I always have a back windshield filled with spots. I have gone to car washes around the US and this is literally the worst. They need to make it better. Better vacuums more to offer. It’s just mediocre.

We have been coming to this car wash for 2+ years, and it keeps getting better. The owner is very friendly and loves kids. The Calabasas location is the original and we have also gone to the T.O. location, which has more amenities (even lollipops and stickers for kids!). I highly recommend them!

This car wash is an absolute gem. Service is exceptional the wash is fantastic and quick. And the vacuums are the very very best part. Super strong and made to fit in all the places you can’t reach to clean at the regular gas stations washes because the ones there won’t fit. AND they give you a disposable wet towel for your dash! You guys are great! C

I really asked to wash the Beetles off the bumper, they told me no problem and for $24 they washed nothing, they don’t have the service I was looking for.

I recently went to a car wash that combined manual pre-rinsing with an automatic wash, and I was very satisfied with the results. Before the car entered the automatic machine, an employee carefully rinsed off the dirt by hand, paying special attention to the wheels and lower parts of the car. This step really made a difference — the automatic wash that followed was more effective and left the car sparkling clean. The entire process was quick and well-organized. The staff was friendly, and the prices were fair. I’ll definitely return and recommend this place to others.

5 Stars car wash! This is one of the best car washes I’ve been to! The place is always clean, well maintained, and easy to use. I especially love the vacuuming area, it’s powerful, everything works perfectly, and it made cleaning the inside of my car quick and satisfying. The staff is kind and helpful if you ever need anything, and the whole setup is super efficient. Highly recommended if you like doing things yourself but still want a great result!

Don’t waste your money on anything but the basic wash, I just got the ultimate wash and can confirm it’s exact same (or worse) than basic one. They do not do under carriage spray and the whipping things leave scratches along the sides of your car. Beware

Nice and easy! It’s never packed and the vacuums always work! The owner is lucky to have a worker like Nelson. - he’s very helpful. The location is convenient, but making a left turn can be tricky due to heavy oncoming traffic. If you’re not familiar with the area, it can be easy to miss since it’s tucked away behind the gas station. Once you find it, though, it’s worth the stop!
