It was somewhat busy but should never take almost an hour for a car wash! Only one employee manning both lanes. Very disorganized. I will never go to this location again!

5 year customer that sees the truth after the car wash damaged my vehicle. Bad business that doesn’t communicate well or take responsibility on vehicular damages. Heed this warning. Go elsewhere. Thousands of dollars in damage - not by my hand. Manager at Morse rd location will dodge your calls and messages, forcing you to contact a home office that will only say the manager will call you shortly. When he does call he will blatantly lie about trying to call multiple times. Technology these days… I have filed with the AGs office, BBB, and many more to come. From the artist community, the car community that I know, friends, relatives to my partners cosmetology community and on and on and on, to everyone I meet…. This story and more pictures will be told. Worst customer service I have had in a decade in the least. This started Oct 6th and I got the runaround for a month (Nov 5th) only to be told my claim was denied for a reason of “this has never happened” Will refused to give me any contact information or any of the video evidence. Thanks Will!

Great value for your buck. However, the team members should not vacuum the ground. They should use the sweeper so the vacuums continue to have great suction. The team members should also tell the other drivers after their wash if they are detailing their car in the vacuum spots especially during busy time, they should move to the side. Otherwise, glad they have the wash membership. I'm proud to be a creme de la creme member for over four years. complimentary VIP air freshener and towel made the membership that more special. All locations don’t have them , which sucks. The other spot up the street donates the money to different charity for the towels which is cool. As a #uberdriver partner our cars have to be clean clean. And it's locally-owned which is awesome. It's great to see they are opening new locations this one on Morse Road could do a like better with maintaining grounds.

I bought the unlimited most expensive pass as you claim that it does so many things and went for a wash yesterday, my car before the wash and after the wash looks exactly the same. Nothing is cleaned at all, it was not able to wash the basic dust and dirt on my hood. the whole hood was still dirty as you can see in the pictures. Also, some vertical line scratches came up on the hood which were not there earlier. I told the guy who was there and he didn't care. He was like just do another wash. Really disappointed by the service. Car is just how dirty is was before the wash and I have scratches on my hood because of you guys.

Pretty decent car wash. Fairly new location so everything is in tip top shape. Every automated car wash that I have been to misses areas on big vehicles. A guy came out to help me swipe my card. Well that was the excuse anyways. Tried very persistently to sell me a monthly plan. The deals were actually good, just don't live close enough to take advantage of it. They have several levels of products that get applied while you go through the wash.

Rude lady motioning me into the was tunnel. I don’t appreciate being yelled at. You tell me to go, stop, go, and yell when I failed your version of Simon Says. Aside from that, this was a very poor wash location. Trash cans are full. Vacuums are very low suction. My car came out still wet from the wash. And it didn’t clean my car effectively. 0/10. Will not return.

This location is a little tricky to get into and out of. 2 lanes to get in. They have 10-12 vacuums, and they are usually full. You may have to wait for one. This isn't an expression wash, they have 2 overhead, 4 side and wheel wash.

vacuums are not working I tried at least 10 different ones before I gave up. the employee said, "It's because they are old. We have said something, but they wont replace the. because it isn't in the budget" . I quoted that. I think they could at least put a sign up on the broken ones that arent obvious (the hose broke off the vacuum piece). also, if the owner or manager chooses to respond to this asking me to call or whatever.. I shouldn't have to call. fix the problem!!!

This is my first time and PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Wait in line forever, they treat their customer like trash! Stuff is very , very rude! Manager should quit and never work with people again!!! NOT RECOMMEND IT even it is a last car wash in Cubs!

Quick and easy car wash. You can either have a membership or not. Prices did go up about $2. It's okay. There is a cheaper one closer to get free vacuums. The line does go pretty fast. As far as I know it doesn't scratch your car like some other ones. The drying process the dryers do not land on your car and push the water off there from a distance

The wash was ok, a bit pricey. The thing that for me though was the wait, it took almost 40 minutes. There are 2 lines, 1 for members, 1 for non, they would feed about 10 members through for every 1 non-member. Was not managed very efficiently to allow things to flow smoothly and quickly.

I’m at the car wash now and as I’m going through the wash, I roll down the window and point to the air fresheners. I ask for an air freshener. The attendant looks at me, ignores me completely. She’s looking directly at me and looks away like I didn’t say anything. I go through the wash and get out the car and ask for an air freshener. The male attendant says yes and goes to get me one. The woman in the drive through tells him I can’t have one and they are only for top washes. I am ok with that cause the vacuums don’t even work here. Poor customer service for service that doesn’t even work properly. Two thumbs down!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Took car in to get a smidge of dirt off the hood. Left with chipping paint and a nail in my tire. Just bought the car a month ago, and have been inspecting it regularly. This was absolutely a result of the Moo Moo on Morse road.

Very inconsiderate car wash, I waited in line, my line never moved only the line on the right side, which I realized is the prepaid unlimited car washes, they let cars through that line and my side just stood still. I was angry and even more when I reached to front of line. The attendant left the prepaid side gate up for about 15 cars. I told them I'm not paying and left. If you are coming into that car wash to just have your car wash and pay full price, stay away.

Taurus was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional! I appreciate him providing me information about memberships. I was at the car wash for quite some time, Taurus made it his business to make sure that I was OK and lended a hand when I needed it. Very satisfied with my experience at this location and because of that I will frequent this location again and again!

I do not like starting the new year by leaving a negative review, but unfortunately I feel compelled to do so due to the way I was treated. On January 2, 2026, at about 5:14 PM, I drove to MoMo Car Wash – Morse Rd location to purchase a Low Fat car wash. At the kiosk, I clearly stated the service I wanted. Instead of processing my request, the employee began promoting a monthly membership. I politely told him I was not interested. Despite this, he continued his sales pitch while holding my debit card, even after I repeatedly declined. He stated that it was his “obligation” to finish his presentation. I explained that while he may offer promotions, it is my right as a customer to refuse. At that point, visibly upset, he returned my debit card, opened the gate, and told me to leave. He then walked around my car, read my license plate, and came back to say that the Sheriff was coming, which was very alarming and unnecessary. I immediately contacted a supervisor by phone and explained the situation in detail. She apologized and offered me a free car wash for the mistreatment, asking if I was still on the lot. I confirmed that I was. I then rejoined the long queue. When I reached the kiosk again, the same employee walked away, and another staff member assisted me. She informed me that there was no free car wash and that I would need to pay. I did not argue, as my intention was simply to get my car washed. However, she also insisted that I was obligated to listen to the promotion before payment could be processed, which is completely unacceptable. If this is how customer service is handled, management seriously needs to review staff training and communication. A customer is not obligated to listen to promotions in order to receive service. Respectful communication should always come first. I am unable to attached my receipt to this review for reference.

Would NOT give even 1 star! I’ve been a member since 2021, and this was the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. I was wrongly stuck in the non-member lane and forced to wait over 45 minutes. When I asked for help, customer service was rude, aggressive, and using curse words loudly in front of other customers. Instead of fixing their mistake, they made me leave without getting my car washed. No apology. No respect. No accountability. Loyalty clearly means nothing here. Avoid this place.

I went to the car wash today and after waiting 30 minutes, when I got to the front the attendent was trying to con someone into buying the monthly package. The guy clearly didn't understand he just wanted a basic wash. After the attendent talked to this man for at least 10 minutes I asked him to hurry up. He got upset and told me to be patient, then the customer got upset and went into his trunk to get money after realizing his card didn't have enough money. So I say another 5 minutes... I told the attendent it wasn't personal and apologized but also let him know that he was definitely holding up the line. When I got my car on the track instead of putting my car in neutral the attendent told me to put my foot on the brake, while I'm in drive and he ran the track super fast three times. I've never experienced anything like it before and he was laughing. I don't know why he did it, I don't know if he messed up my tires or anything on my car but I'll be going to the dealership in the morning to find out. I honestly want answers as to why this happened and if it's a normal procedure. I was there today at 4:19 so that happened between 4:19 and 4:27. Grey Lexus truck!

The fact that my side mirrors didn’t clean I went through twice. And the mirror is freeze with ice. This is safety hazard, idk if I should reach out to Attorney general or not. But further find the ways to fix this. And nor vacuuming works. Worse moo moo ever
