I went threw on my lunch brake, and by the time i got back to work, i saw some spots but did not really think about it. After work I sall my car was covered in this white stuff leving spots everywhete and streaks. (i asume wax) went back and sent me threw agen. Somehow it is worce this time.

I love Moo Moo but this location does not stand up to the standard it has set. It’s so disorganized and the scanning system is terrible. People were cutting in front of others and literally rolling down their windows and screaming at other customers. A man tried to go in front of me when I scanned 3 cars before he did and rolled down his window cursing and yelling at me. I let him go in front of me because it was not worth the trouble but he still flipped me off and was still yelling minutes later. A car accident is going to happen here. I told an employee, but also it shouldn’t be up to a teenager to deal with customers like this when the system is the problem.

Had a panel near my passenger-side mirror ripped off during at this car wash. I contacted them and was told I had to return in person to file a claim — even after I explained I was from out of town and unable to come back. They refused to work with me remotely, despite my offer to send photos, documentation, and a written report. Zero flexibility, no customer support, and no accountability. To make matters worse, the $22 wash didn’t even clean my vehicle thoroughly — but I was willing to overlook that until it resulted in actual damage and a complete lack of responsibility. If you’re not local or expect any kind of service after something goes wrong, steer clear of this place. ——- Update: AFTER responding to my review Moo Moo did accept liability and issue reimbursement. Claims are reportedly validated by way of on site videos combined with customer photo evidence, so this could have easily been resolved a month ago during my initial request.

Great experience getting the family trucks washed every chance we get, at so many places to stop. Attendants love the wolfhounds in the back and load them up with treats! Unlimited really means unlimited too!

Edit: One month later and it’s worse than before. Zero reason to be a subscribed customer, using the “fast lane” in good faith, resulting in a wait that’s twice to three times longer than the pay lane because so many other members are skipping past. I’ve canceled my membership as a result of this. Waiting in line for the “fast lane” was much slower than using the pay lane. I watched 5-6 cars enter after me in the pay lane (most were members) and enter the main line before I did. Plus you are stuck in the fast lane because the curbing traps you in the line. I’m just trying to be fair to others, but the system favors those who are selfish. Simply flipping the pay lane to the outside and then making the inner two lanes member lanes cold resolve a lot of the frustration.

The self-pay option has been removed, and those without a monthly pass are required to speak with an attendant to purchase a wash. Ironically, this almost incentivized me to buy a monthly pass, because the attendants are almost always passive aggressive and condescending if you choose not to buy one. The energy has gotten too weird for a quick car wash. I’ve seen this at other locations too, so it seems like employees are being coached to interact this way. Won’t be going back.

Always. A. Line. I guess that’s not their fault, but it does limit the value of their unlimited packages. Unlimited as long as you don’t mind spending 20 minutes in line. 8:30am? Line. 3:45pm? Line. Any time on the weekend? Line. I use to have an unlimited membership but cancelled because I used it so infrequently due to not wanting to wait. Now every time I go the person working the booth tries to sell me an unlimited membership, which is slightly annoying. The basic wash is just OK, and usually leaves the car wet and requires towel drying after.

Opted for the touchless wash of the highest quality (biggest waste of 22 dollars) Ideally I wanted to get the monthly package if the first trial wash went well. Do not go here if you want a touchless wash, my car looks the exact same as before I went though the wash. No refund no remorse. If u could rate this 0 stars I would. It’s like my car was washed with a spray bottle of water.

Went thru Obv my car is not clean Full of streaks etc And they broke my windshield wiper. U have to file a "claim" and wait 5 days! Im requesting a full refund- Never going back OVER 2 weeks , 0 response, 0 phonecalls, OBV they dont care.. I filled a complaint w BBB NEVER EVER RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately my car was damaged yesterday by using this car wash. There are laser or “touchless” car washes that are safer for your car. I’m going to look into one of the laser/touchless car washes. Ending up with damage from a car wash is such a disappointment. Never again Moo Moo.

Carson was the ABSOLUTE sweetest. I came in super early in the morning to vacuum my car and sucked in an important piece to enter my garage. Carson instantly got to work on helping me retrieve my piece. He went into each vacuum shoot and broke down the vacuum I was at to ensure I got what I needed. In their quest to add more monthly memberships, they’ve done away with self-pay machines. It takes so much longer and it’s tiresome tv get the sales pitch each time. But, the washes are good and location’s convenient

I went in for a basic single wash and came out missing a side mirror cover. The entire back of my mirror came off during the wash. When I went back to see if they had it, nobody could find the missing part. However, they did find another customer’s mirror cover, which shows this kind of thing happens more than it should. When I asked about making a claim, I was told I could but honestly not to even bother because if my mirrors weren’t folded in, it would likely be dismissed. The frustrating part is that I don’t remember being told to push my mirrors in. Staff were walking around cars before the wash, tapping the mirrors, and could have easily said something if this step was so important. To make matters worse, the wash itself wasn’t even thorough, there were still visible spots on my windshield. I’ve been to plenty of car washes and even had a membership back home, and I can say with confidence that issues like this are not normal. The fact that they found another customer’s mirror cover proves this isn’t a rare issue. If folding mirrors is so important and relied on so much regarding claims they receive, it should be emphasized far more than it is now, both with clear signage and verbal reminders from staff. Will NOT be coming back and I highly recommend staying FAR AWAY from this wash.

I drive a '25 Honda Pilot. I normally use Tidal Wave in Delaware, OH where I live. However, I was pinched on time and decided to stop in here on my lunch. When I pulled in, this place was slammed. Not a long wait but very crowded. I notice they speed up the wash because they are busy to get vehicles through quicker. After my wash I decided to dry it off and was just shocked at the amount of dirt left behind on my SUV. Especially the back. It was no where to the shine I get when I use Tidal Wave car wash in Delaware, OH. It looked dull and dirty. My tires looked like someone just sprayed some water on them. I won't return as this is a waste of money. I was really hoping it was going to be good because of all their locations but it just not worth it if the vehicle is not getting cleaned. I really do suspect that them speeding the car wash up during busy times causes this.

I just waited in line for 30 minutes just for my car to come out not even washed. I am an unlimited member and this was my first time at this location. As my car went through, the machines completely turned off and I didn’t get any soap and or water. For the water that did splash on my car, it wasn’t even dried as I was leaving. I’ll attach pics of my car AFTER leaving the wash. Extremely disappointing. Never coming to this location again.

Employees are nice. The carwash itself ALWAYS leaves soap behind. Very frustrating. I know they say that due to different contours and overhangs of cars the dryers can’t always get all the soap, but then the feedback should be taken into consideration and the problem corrected. Ultimately, I canceled my membership because I didn’t enjoy having to pull off and hand dry the soap away after every wash.
