Probably my least favorite moo moo I've been to... service wasn't good and the wash didnt clean my car. My car went through the wash twice and it didnt pick up a spot on the side of my car... disappointed and went to a different one which did the job

Their vacuums suck!! Really, they suck every french fry from every crevice of your car, even the smooshed ones your kid chewed up and sat on for a month. The facility is kept immaculate, and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is the only car wash I trust with my new car. Update November 2017: A great deal is now even better, and they have dropped the price of monthly wash packages. You really can't beat the value, and the staff just continues to exceed expectations. Thanks for being a great Dublin business! Update October 2022: Still great! They have now designated one lane for monthly wash club members, so it is even quicker to get your car washed. Thanks!

Purchased the creme de le creme while in the area for work. Did not even remove soap from front of truck. Did not clean wheels or running boards at all. And left entire vehicle with large streaks or unremoved dirt. Honestly it's a bit embarrassing to drive like this. Did not want to use the cloth to dry because I was afraid of grinding the dirt into the paint.

I just love going to this car wash. Prices are good. Regardless, if you have a membership you can still use their vacuums for free. I would definitely recommend anybody with a car to find a moo moo near you.

give Moo Moo Car Wash five stars! They have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. One time, my car went through the wash, and a small piece came off. The staff immediately addressed the situation, offering an incident report and covering the cost of the repair without hesitation. Their kindness and willingness to help truly impressed me. Apart from that incident, my car always looks amazing after a wash. I have a subscription and visit frequently, and every experience has been fantastic. The staff is always friendly, often offering suckers to my children and air fresheners for my car, which is such a thoughtful touch. The vacuums here are incredible—powerful, efficient, and free with the wash. It makes keeping my car clean so much easier, and I feel like I’m getting excellent value for my money. I absolutely love Moo Moo Car Wash and highly recommend it to anyone looking to maintain their car’s appearance. Their customer service is top-notch, and they go the extra mile to ensure a great experience every time.

Update: 02/01/25: There are much better choices these days (Blue Sky, Turbo Wash). This Moo Moo location seems outdated and not the best wash. Still using old school conveyor system and still misses the rear of our suv. They do have the cheapest plain wash and dry ($7), but what's the point if the car is still dirty and you need to do extra cleaning afterwards. Original Post: Typically get a good car wash here. The $5 wash is a fair deal and does a good overall job at cleaning. For $8 you get a sealant added for extra protection and shine. Edit 05/23/19: I just got the low fat wash but this time it missed a lot of the back of our SUV. It would be nice if the attendant could wet brush the rear of the vehicles before they go through to help avoid poorly cleaning the back of the vehicles Edit 09/18/19: I just used a coupon that Moo Moo gave me after emailing about the previous experience. It gave me the best wash that normally costs $18. I would be really angry if I had paid for this wash. Missed most of the rear of my SUV (different model than before), missed lower sections of both doors and left lots of spots. Went home and had to wet wipe a lot of the vehicle to remove untouched dirt and clean the windows. Not sure if this is just an issue at this Sawmill location or all Moo Moo's. I realize you should plan to wipe down the car after a wash but it should just be water and not dirty missed areas. Again, if they just had the attendant soft brush the lower sides and rear and the wash would be greatly improved.

Went through and didn’t clean the bottom half of my suv. The design of the car wash is just ridiculous. I won’t return. This location is the worst in Columbus, and doesn’t even clean your vehicle properly. What a waste of water. Edit: I also noticed that my tires were not shined at all. I pay for a monthly package “whole plus”, which includes the tire shine. The owner needs to attend to this location because apparently I’m not the only customer who’s had problems with this location.

I have the membership as many others do. This place was empty on my way home the other night so I stopped, with 3 kids in the car, thinking it would be quick. Waited in the line to have the car washed for over 5 minutes with no one out to run the actual wash. I beeped my horn, nothing. As the line started to fill behind me, I finally got out of my car to see if anyone was working. I go to the door and peek inside and ask the lady if anyone is working the line she said you need to get back in your vehicle. I said I am wondering if someone is coming out or not. She the proceeds to tell me there are only two people working, again I ask if anyone is coming out she said it's me I will be out. She was rude and I told her as I walked away she didn't need to be rude to me. I've never had an experience like this at any of the moo moo car washes but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not go back to this facility. What should have been a 5 to 7 minute stop turned into about 20. And she couldn't have cared less.

Great service but sometimes the water for the wash isn't enough and the car still has soap on it. Also doesnt get bird poop off easily but since I have a monthly subscription I go through the car wash multiple times lol. All in all 👍🏽👍🏽

Nick, the manager, was very nice and went over and beyond! I had traveled this past weekend and had bug splattered on the front of my car from the highway… And Nick greeted me when I pulled up to vacuum and recognized that I was trying to wipe off some of the bugs that remained after my wash. He showed empathy and wanted to guarantee customer satisfaction and offered to send me back through with a upgrade for this time because I have the lowest package available as a member. It was definitely appreciated and showed his dedication to the business and the happiness of the customers. Thanks Nick!

NEVER AGAIN.. taking your hard-earned money and contributing it to this dump of a car wash on Sawmill Road has gotten old and outdated 5 years ago when they were the only ones on Sawmill Road maybe, 2025 there's too much competition to waste your money on this dump of a car wash Moo Moo.There is this older African-American man that works there, is attitude is so nasty towards customers I'm sure since he's been working there they have lost more members than they can count bad customer service Representatives will ruin your business.

Got into a 3 way collision in my car mid wash. Someone in front of me fell off track yet track kept moving.. They send me to a 3rd party for insurance that was basically worthless. Attend at your OWN risk!

This was my 1st time to Moo Moo off Hilliard Rome Rd & had heard good things. I bought an unlimited $36/ mo pass, after going through my car was still dirty. I then went to the Sawmill Rd location, told the attendant the first wash didn't clean my car well. He said just go through again, I "have unlimited". Should I have to go through twice every time? I did & it is still dirty. I was not going through a third time. Do they use dirty water? Have others had this same experience?

If there was a zero star option , that's what this Moo Moo car wash would get. There's is an older african american man that works there , and he's delusional if he thinks that he can be rude to customers while we're taking our hard earned money to contribute to his paycheck. Bad customer service representatives can ruin your business. I have seen this man act like customers or bothering him while they're taking their money contributing to his paycheck. it's better just to not have some people work at your business.. I'm canceling that $40 a month membership , and I want nothing more to do with this Moo Moo car wash because of that person.

If you need to wash your car drive past this dirty car wash. There's a Marathon gas station car wash to your left and two other car washes there's two car washes to your right. if you can scam customers get away with it kudos to you because that's literally what they're doing at this car wash they are running a scam. Don't waste your time and your money this car wash has been broken for years and they keep taking customers money knowing that the car wash dumps more soap on your car than it washes off.. I went there to wash my car in the winter my car came out filled with so much soap. my mirrors were covered in soap and frozen. they tried to tell me there was nothing they could do I left that car wash went down to the Marathon gas station and got my car washed my mirrors got washed nothing was frozen so what is the discrepancy with this place they're just ripping off customers.

I am writing this review to detail a highly unprofessional and frustrating experience on November 10th. The management's conduct was unacceptable. Service & Communication Failure I visited the car wash and went through twice, only to find the blowers were turned off on both passes. Manager Mikayla was present and directing traffic but failed to notify me about the disabled blowers during either pass. This resulted in my car being improperly dried. Upon asking the employee at the entry kiosk what was going on, she informed me that blowers are sometimes turned off if a vehicle has snow on it. I explained my vehicle only had a small amount, which she agreed was fine, and she went to speak with Mikayla to have the blowers activated. Unprofessional Managerial Conduct When I pulled up for the third time, Manager Mikayla intervened with an unnecessarily petty and arrogant demand. She insisted I manually wipe off a small handful of snow on my hood, even though I had just observed at least two or three other vehicles with equal or greater amounts of snow being allowed through without issue. When I told her the kiosk attendant had said my vehicle was fine, Mikayla responded dismissively, "Well, she is not the manager," and then looked at me with a clearly visible, disrespectful, "evil" grin and laugh. This behavior was completely unprofessional and disgusting. I obliged and wiped the small amount of snow just to complete the service. Management Incompetence I immediately notified Site Manager Keaton about the complete lack of communication and the manager's disrespectful and arrogant behavior. Keaton exhibited an equal lack of professionalism and common sense by immediately taking Mikayla's side and dismissing my complaint. The site management, including Keaton and Mikayla, shows a severe incompetence and pettiness that is inappropriate for their roles. It is apparent that this location's leadership has no commitment to basic customer service or resolving issues fairly.

I stopped in to clean my 2010 Ford F150 on Monday 11:17am around 2 PM. Is a beautiful sunny day here in Dublin, Ohio. The nice service lady at the pay machine was trying to upsell me an unlimited monthly car wash that’s on sale. I politely declined, but still went with the Creme de la crème single wash for $18. To say it was poor Service would be an understatement. My truck is just as dirty as it was when I drove through. I would have attached pictures but of course the review platform doesn’t offer that option, strange. I would not recommend going through this locations moo moo express car wash, it did a horrible job, unacceptable service! I did not get what I paid for!!

On Monday December 22nd at approximately 9:45 am I stopped at this Moo Moo express to get my truck washed. I paid for the service and proceeded to drive to the entrance. To my surprise there was no attendant in sight. I kept driving forward when this young woman came out finally with an attitude. She was extremely rude and disrespectful . That’s when I noticed a small sign lower than my truck that I missed when I drove in, she was ordering me to go back to it. I have never been to this place before and I am not familiar with their protocols, that does not give this woman the right to treat me in this manner. There are plenty of good places to get my car washed in this area. I will never be returning to this place again. Btw the actual wash that I paid for was horrible I went to a different car wash and had it done the right way by people with good attitudes.

I'm getting tired of the bullying people to buy a monthly membership. Trying to make me feel stupid for not signing up! I don't need a membership for my work truck. Only an occasional wash to get the salt off. The last time I went through my truck was still pretty dirty after the wash. When I asked them about it, they offered to refund my $11 wash and suggested that I purchased the more expensive one. If I wanted my truck actually cleaned. Why do you offer any $11 wash?And then make me believe that I deserve to have a dirty truck still , because I didn't spend enough?

I don't pay 20$ a month for nothing- this location doesn't clean well. Go to a different one. Couldn't get my headlights grill or back windshield at all. Lewis center and Polaris do much better
