The 2nd to last time I came here, literally 3/4 of my car got washed and that was with the best wash available! I seriously don't know how almost my entire passenger side wasn't cleaned. However, their monthly membership pricing is very fair and I may consider it. It's a toss up for me at this time because as a local Guide/Reviewer, I'm trying out another auto wash place (I won't mention their name directly "BS") but they are an extra 10+ more min away from me than this location and their monthly cost is a little more. I will say though that this locations staff is very fun and friendly. If I get a membership from here though, I have a feeling I'll be washing my car back to back on each visit (if that's allowed)

Clean cycles are amazing in this place...the vacuums after the wash are extremely helpful

Great guys working the place. Some dude stopped in front of me on the way out mid car wash which was a little frustrating but no big deal. I was about to take off when the employee said I could pull back around to get another wash - totally went above and beyond. Thanks guys

Stop asking me to buy a membership multiple times. No means no. I simply don't wash my car enough to get a membership.

Tony is phenomenal. I drove up (in 30 degree weather) to a man smiling and waving me down, ready to help. Tony gave me all the information about the car wash options and provided additional value. I have never had a subscription to a car wash before, and I’ve been driving for 10+ years. Tony was so thorough and impressive it turned me into a believer of a MooMoo car wash subscription and I LOVE IT!!! Thank you Tony, kudos to you for your ‘above and beyond’ attitude and great customer service. Stay blessed.

My wife and I have been consistent customers of this location for several years, but visits have become a stressful experience lately. The constant pressure to buy a membership is beyond annoying. We were planning to buy memberships for the winter months, but we're now reconsidering. When I mentioned that to the associate, he said "if you just buy a membership we'll quit bugging you". That's not how it works. Offer the membership, listen to when we say no thanks, and move on. But no, it's an argument every time lately and we're going to look elsewhere.

New tactic after the over 50% January 2026 price increase includes refusing to sell a single wash, trying to sell a monthly membership. I refused 5 times. After that the employee twice refused to return my credit card after I said I no longer wanted a wash. He did the third time I asked after I took my phone out to contact the police. Edited 1/16/25 to add owner replied 3 days after I left this review to ask me to e-mail the company, but has now deleted that response. In reading other recent reviews, the constant attempts to sell a membership is a new issue over the past 2 - 3 months that the company has no intention to fix. Plus I already had e-mailed. Took 8 days to respond and basically said sorry, which at this point is meaningless.

Its 11:57 am Jan.20, 2025 as soon as I pull in I can't see because the sun glare and this old man is flailing his hands at me rapidly telling me to hurry up obviously he's not concerned about my vehicle lining up with the rail correctly but I'm trying to be careful and then he starts shaking his head at me like he's upset that I'm going slow. What a lot of these people fail to realize is that once you get through the car wash you have to put your foot on the brake pedal so that you can put it into gear he's packing the car so close to each other that you're going to bump into the next guy in front of you So I told him don't shake your head at me and treat me like that I'm a customer he said I don't care I'm the manager I don't know what the hell is wrong with these moo moo car wash places but they always seem to hire horrible managers.

I thought about washing my car yesterday at the conveniently located Moo Moo Car Wash. But then I remembered the hassle of paying for a simple single wash and the high pressure selling of an unwanted membership. I’d rather manually wash my car (and will) than repeatedly get pushback for a freaking single wash. P.S. Raising the price to pressure the membership is obviously a play. A play that will force my business elsewhere.

I have been going to the #109 5160 N High St location for 5 yrs, but no more after Today! The attendant Mark was hard selling the vehicle in front of me, where 8 vehicles to my right (monthly) went thru ahead of me, and when I finally got up where I could pay for the $22 car wash, Mark started to hard sell me. I said thank you, but I am good. He then proceeded to ask me how frequently do I visit, as this will save me money. I immediately said I already said I was not interested and I just wanted to get my truck washed and be on my way. He said you don't need to give me an attitude and I said I am the customer and I am tired of having to explain I don't want your monthly membership. I then read a sign that stated in 2026 the $22 car wash was increasing to $38 a visit... Really, for what? I have a choice and I choose not to go back to any Moo Moo car wash again.

Greeted with ‘What’s up?’ By Tony who stood by the control arm which in turn I said ‘I’d like a car wash’. Tony said ‘$22’ without giving any options (I was looking to get the $16 whole wash). He tried forcing a window sticker on me telling me it was required, asking if I had been there before, that I should know that. Having been to many Moo Moo Car Washes, I know that a single wash does not require a sticker. I decided to take my business else where and asked to be let out as I did not appreciate his off putting immediate sales tactics. Tony told me ‘I’m sorry you’re having a bad day’. I immediately went to the nearby Moo Moo Car Wash at 1296 Morse Rd where the Team Lead at 9:30am on 2/3 was SO incredibly nice and couldn’t believe the customer service I had experienced. My only regret is not having recorded my interaction with Tony for proof.

I come to this location regularly, and this time I found they removed the machines where you could select an option and pay on your own, and a guy was standing there and kept persuading me to buy a package / pass (whatever that is, I did not care or want to buy) even after I reiterated I wanted a one-time wash. He made me so uncomfortable that now I’m willing to drive to another location to wash my car moving forward, and if this has become the standard practice at moo moo, I’m also willing to look for alternatives and avoid all moo moo locations. Two stars for the previous visits but not today’s experience. The guy I met today was very unprofessional and would just say random shit after I insisted not to buy that pass / package (he said a single-time whole car wash was $30 after he took my card, but it was actually $12 🙄 like what is wrong with this guy).

Let's face it a car is one of the biggest purchases you will make in your lifetime. You have to take care of it and MooMoo does a great job of that! They keep my tires shiny they keep my car cleaned and the salt off from underneath. Way to go MooMoo

I experienced the same sort of hard sell plan tactics that others have noted - went in to buy a single WHOLE wash, was told by the attendant that I could only buy a plan, and I asked to leave. Went to another Moo Moo and got what I wanted, no problem. I don't know if these are franchises or corporate owned but I am avoiding this one from here on out.

I’ve been going here for years with no issues. The man at the entrance today was incredibly aggressive in trying to sell me the monthly pass. I had my kids with me and it made me feel very uneasy. I’ll be finding a new location.

I have been going to this car wash in Clintonville since they opened. They just raised the prices again. Basic car wash was 7 dollars. It is now a 60% increase to 11 dollars. They are trying to force people into a membership to “SAVE” money. 🤣 The pressure tactics are unbelievable. This had happened several times. No means “NO”.!!!!! What is interesting is one of the employees said they sure didn’t get a raise. Must be owned by an investment company. Moo Moo is ruining what was once a great place to go. I will be looking elsewhere to wash my car. No thanks.

THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! Moo Moo will sign you up for recurring charges (without your knowledge!) and then they will make it impossible to cancel them, without involvement from your credit card company. They asked me if I wanted to wash 2 cars for $18 in December. I said sure....ok, thinking it was a ONE TIME DEAL. They did not tell me it would be a recurring charge. So, I was surprised to see the $18 charge again in January. I drove to their carwash on High Street....the guy couldn't help me with it in person! I needed to call the number. So I did. Nothing. I got back from travels, lost my carwash ticket....couldn't stop the recurring charge online. So in February....I got a recurring charge now $38! What the heck people! I used to use this place all the time. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AN $18 car wash....they will make it recurring without your knowledge! What a rip off! This needs to be investigated. My credit card company says I am not the only one!! I thought you were better than this Moo Moo. I will not ever go back! I should also say....I never had time for the second car wash in December. I got 1 CAR WASHED for the $80 they charged my card over those 3 months! AND TO YOUR RESPONSE: you give me no way to respond, so I will respond here. I DID contact you, I drove to your carwash, where they said they could not help me, I called the number you listed and had to leave a message, NO RESPONSE. I tried to go online, but because I had missplaced my ticket....I could do nothing to stop the monthly withdrawals!!! I stand by my comment that you guys are CROOKS just trying to make it hard for people to cancel memberships you sign them up for without their permission. You have lost a loyal customer. I used to always use you guys. Never again. What a lame response!

Wash was fine. That being said, the reason for this review is like many others have noted, this is the pushiest MooMoo I have ever been to when it comes to their monthly membership. Most MooMoo locations are a bit pushy, bordering on uncomfortable. This one is by far the worst I have been to. Goodness gracious, just let us get a single car wash without being badgered for minutes with guilty sales pitches. I genuinely feel like these workers are being held hostage with how hard they push the monthly membership every single time. My Fiancée who was in the car with me even said she would not come here alone without me because of how uncomfortable it made her feel to be pushed so hard on the membership. Do better, we are giving you our money for a service. Accept the money and MOOve on from this gross selling style.

The older gentleman they put in the car wash is extremely rude. He likes to stack cars on top of each other which is extremely dangerous. I refused to move my car forward because it was way too close to the car in front of me and he with aggressive hand motions start screaming for us to “COME ON”! Not going back to this location for the fear of being rear ended in the car wash!

Not terrible. Much better than other locations. With the monthly price we have to pay, we expect not to go through the car wash and smell stagnant water throughout the whole wash and that employees will frequently ensure vacuums are not clogged. Other than that, fantastic customer service.......
